Though got old but good place to spend your weekend. Rooms are just normal but swimming pool is good for kids as well as adults. There are 03 slides and kids will enjoy the rides. It is a dog friendly resort. Night they have some fun activities for kids and they have a nice kids room if you wish to drop off your kids and relax.

Bathroom in our room was full of bugs and had sewage problems. Bedsheets had sand on them, not sure they were changed. On the all inclusive package the wines were hot, including the white and there was only one beer available for the supposed all inclusive package. Food mostly Indian. The salads were good.

BM beach resort is a nice place to stay and relax with some fun and entertainment. There is a beach and pool bar, well maintained beach and nice ambience with good greenery inside the premises. A water slide which can be enjoyed by both adults and kids. Though Property located on a nice beach, though there are no waves in the sea which may not be a good choice for atleast a few. I felt bad sand quality inside the sea. I stayed in a chalet room which is of good size with a large balcony and closer to beach and outside view was a visual treat. Two pools which are decent. Rooms need a bit more make over and felt water scarcity in bathrooms at times. Breakfast buffet was below average in my opinion. But very friendly and helping staff.

Worst stay ever we had.We stayed in this resort for 6 times since 2012.But this time we really had bad experience from the hotel reception, room amenities. We took the package with full board and alcoholic beverages inclusive for two nights and they offered 10 min Kayaking or pedal boating. We made the booking directly with the hotel one week in advance. On the day of check in we were given two rooms adjacent and one room very far.The beverages we were charged for the complete stay was not accepted as per the operations team. We were only offered one day free beverage. For the check out date we are not eligible to have the drinks included in the package.We had been staying in the hotel from 2011 every year but never had this rule before.The food quality was really disappointed this time. There is no variety and no taste. We used to enjoy the food very much and it was mouth watering. But we never had any sort of experience this time.I will never recommend anyone to go and stay here.

Awesome. Went for a family staycation with an all inclusive offer and it was an amazing stay. Room was spacious and clean, with the door extending on to the grass and few meters away from the pool. Pool temperature was cool. Perfect for the summer. The slides were awesome. enjoyed a lot. there is live entertainment and games for kids and adults in the afternoon. Food in the restaurant was good with good choices. Only glitch was there is no table service . There is staff around but all they do is clearance and wiping of tables. But smiles were always on. Overall an excellent stay with an excellent offer. Will return back again. Well done to BM team.

So our group of 20 friends went for a staycation to Bin Majid Beach Resort and we booked the all inclusive package. We had a ball of our time . Drinks were free flowing and we had fun having a swim accompanied with the cooling drinks. They had a good spread of food with a combination of both vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Their Sports bar is a must go to place specially for sun downers .

We booked for Premium Queen Chalet but when we reached, we realized they do not have such chalets. They offered King size chalet and asked us to pay extra for an extra bed for my Baby though we paid for the premium chalet. We ended up choosing Twin chalets. I do not think that was a premium too as the room did not have any premium facilities. The room had a tiny fridge but no drinks in it though Premium Queen Chalet price offer minibar.The floor was very dirty, but we did not complain on the first day because we realize nothing is going to change but the cleaner cleaned on the second day upon our request. I have shown the picture of my babys feet with the dirty soils in his feet, that we took on our first day after 30 minutes of our check-in to the room, to the receptionist upon checkout, but as I anticipated no response was there from him other than saying sorry for a sake of it. I even sent the picture to his WhatsApp asking him to report to his senior staff. I was expecting a call back with apologies or part refund for the inconvenience that occurred and irresponsible service. But nothing so far. This shows their ignorance.I personally would not suggest any of my friends choose this place as it is not worth and THE service is not up to the standard. However, I must say, the food was good and worth the price we are paying.

I booked for one kind size bed but when we reach the room it’s a twin bed. The customer service in this resort is so poor!! No customer service at all fromAny restaurant staff or reception.. we booked for 2 night and it’s more than enough. We took the all inclusive package but it’s not worth it. The bar in the pool, the staff serving there doesn’t seem clean enough and whenever weOrder beer he keep opening the can without even wiping the top with tissue at least. I know it’s very hot weather now and the staff need to wear gloves as protocol, the staff in the pool bar wearing gloves and you can see his hand are too sweaty that’s so unhygienic! Better not to wear gloves and wash all the time before he serve guest.So disgusting.. the buffet food doesn’t have any other option and the food either to salty or very blonde taste.. and I think they should have designated smoking area specifically there is a lot of children staying in the resort. Most people can smoke anywhere. And with this pandemic they should have more careful.In the restaurant there is gloves and mask you should wear before you can take food which is good, but some people doesn’t wear gloves. If you implement this protocol you should apply to all the guests.The room bathroom is not so clean and there is smell. They should improve the cleanliness of the room.

The resort needs to be refurbished its outdated. Found cockroaches and lots of ants inside my ground level room. The buffet was nice lots of variety. Pool are nice. Slides are nice. Average Play area for kids.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our wedding anniversary in March 2020 in Bin Majid Beach Resort and they surprised us with our room decoration and a sweet little cake. We had a full inclusive deal and the chef cooked veg food... exclusively for us.We enjoyed our stay and will visit again for sure.

1. Check in is super slow.2. Internet is from the last century.3. Humidity in the room is high.4. All inclusive is only for the first day of staying.5. Shows outside are until 11 pm and you cannot sleep or rest.6. The beach is the worst in UAE and swimming pool is dirty.

The most amazing adventure in relaxation. I have yet to experience more helpful, warm and friendly staff. An incredible atmosphere and inviting surroundings. The food is well prepared and tasty. A wonderful experience and I will be back for sure.

We booked 3 dog friendly rooms and supposed to check in at 3pm but they made us wait for an hour and half. At 4:30pm they gave us the key to our room but it was dusty, smells like cigarette and one of the rooms has a water leakage. Instead of giving us another room, they sent a maintenance and had us wait for another hour to finish their work. We paid full but the service we got was definitely not worth it. Terrible experience.

Cons :- The villa was missing a plug for charging a device, had to unplug a lamp just to charge 3 devices.- nothing elsePros :- Lunch was amazing!! Breakfast too!!- Fine service.- a nice beach view if you book for the right villa

Its an excellent option if you looking for a low budget staycations. A small space but beautifully setup. Their main attractions are their open pool, pool time games and evening events, a tennis court, an open beach, a water slide, and night clubs. However the place is not at all well maintained. I had give the place a 1☆ for cleanliness. Also they just own one buggy and on heavy booking dates its a struggle to get to your room with the baggage. Though, they have budget friendly restaurant tariffs, the restaurant never picks calls for room service. However, despite of all the service disappointments the place was a minimal beauty.

We checked into this place just for the facilities. We booked our rooms in BM hotel instead of BM resort, which we thought they are the same, but they are actually 15 minutes car drive apart.The main reason we check in here is the pool in BM hotel is not climate controlled, we literally couldnt swim in late afternoon as the water temp was too warm.BM resort is a better place in terms of the facilities, pool is climate controlled, and there is a slides to complement the pool. Also there is a DJ to play and mix music, and organise some games and dances, much livelier than the BM hotel.We cant comment on the chalet style room and amenities, building looks dated as the BM hotel, but if we knew earlier, we would have booked the BM resort rather than BM hotel.

Nice rooms, but there is only one swimming pool which is not too big. 3 water slides and beach with black sand. Buffet was fine. Have too wait in queue to get into the restaurant for lunch if you arrive late.

Very good,value for money, food was very good, room maintenance attended the job within couple of minutes, very entertaining night stafe show and fire show. Restaurant staffs were very good and food was very good. One suggestion may be little more variety for vegetarian s.

This resort has many issues with it but I will talk about the positives as well. To be fair some of the staff are very polite and helpful. The night show is great and creates a nice environment. There are two swimming pools. One of the pools is crowded and noisy the other was calm and better. Now with the negatives:1. House keeping took more than 7 hours to come clean the room this is in addition to many callst from us.2. The full inclusive is a total waste. This is due to the variety being low.3. The open buffet is focused more on salads leaving the main course with few options. The desserts barely change. The juice is horrible this is because it’s not fresh, it’s powdered and very diluted.4. The pictures of the gym on the website is nothing like it’s reality. It’s dirty. Equipment is old and rusty. Treadmill is squeaking.Overall I wasn’t happy with my stay there and won’t be returning to it.

I booked full bird package but I recived a low quality liquor and low food quality and room was horrible

One of my worst experience specially on our Anniversary Day.The Staffs are only worried about their timing and convenience.All that matters to them was they already paid money, now just put them in some room, no consideration its an occasion, but with other Hotels, even a 3star hotel makes your day even more special.Some people were at the serving counter without Masks and we felt even more disturbed and unsafe.Theres many other things to highlight as well, but its ok, it wont make much of a difference.Im sorry, I didnt see even the responsible Manager being enough supportive.. My 2 days of hotel stay shortened to 1day.I felt my home had better greenery and views.

Worst hotel experience! Firstly came for a weekend break with our small dog as we saw the amazing advertisement of how “dog friendly” this hotel is. On arrival we were made to stay outside to the side of the entrance with the dog in 40 degree heat - a separate area dedicated for dogs should be provided with shade and especially water bowls! Upon entering our room we did not receive ANY towels for the first 24hrs of our stay until the next day at 4.30pm after calling reception 4 times, asking house keeping outside 2 times and also mentioning to management passing by. A dog pack for the room was also suppose to be provided for the room but was not.We had 2 large dead cockroaches in our room even after ‘cleaning’. The food choice is poor quality and the buffet area looks like a run down school dinner hall. The grounds of this hotel are beautiful but unfortunately everything else and the service lets it down. We paid a premium price for 2 nights and comparing to other hotels within the area you can get a lot more for your money. Will not recommend.

We had travelled for the Eid holidays, it was fun as there is water slides, swimming pools, then night programs and there are kids activities as well so staying out was fun. Also there is kayaking, jet ski, etc - all require extra payment - kaykaks is cheap while the others are not.If you intend to stay over - take the full package that covers breakfast, lunch , dinner and drinks - unlimited.The rooms are not that great (3 star maybe ) and they have very minimum necessary items, the kids playroom dont have much activities to do , the beach water wasnt very clean and not recommended for swimming.There is so much happening in the pool area you dont miss the beach much - and we were really happy, will go back once again.

Good for a one day stay. Nothing more to to do. Rooms are average size only. Very small bathrooms. Shower area is too short to take bath. Swimming pool is outdoor. Its too much hot during summer even we are in the pool. Staffs are friendly. Neat and tidy. Biggest draw back is there is no wifi inside the rooms.

Location is good but the check in messy. The guy named Munsur in reception is very rude without any customer service ethics. Instead if helping guests, he was just creating issues. Restaurant guys were very helpful and friendly.

It wasnt really a great experience but its okay. The food was okay, most were bland, very bland, including the desserts. And the overall getting of the food was so confusing and very unsanitized. Furthermore the rooms were clean, some amenities were missing. The designated dog area was depressing, and so was the beach. The staffs performance was disappointing but one was kind enough to get us drinks. They could improve and do better.

Bad wifi connections ( was disconnecting constantly)during our entire two nights stay at the one of their expensive suites, receptionist team didnt support even after complaining multiple times. Its seems they already knew about this issue and expecting customer to use wifi at public areas outside the room. Quite disappointing service 😕 . I saw a previous similar review on this and was expecting betterment on this issue.Pool area and slides are good , and lifeguards are really superb at their duty.

We used this place for my husbands birthday party. Due to covid restrictions we couldnt enjoy it as much though the dinner buffet was OK. If you like alcohol they sure have a good package bit just make sure to get the wrist band or go yourself else you will get Gray waiting for the servers. Ohhh and they sure have a very nice beach bar I will recommend if you visit. I dont know about room and all cos I didnt spend the night. As for the music, it was also good.

The room are small, old and not well maintained. This was terrible. Pools and beach are good and the resort is quiet large. Take the a la carte menu at cucina restaurant, the buffet is not worth the price. Overall bad experience in this resort, I will not recommend.

Our 2nd stay.First in 2014 and then now 2021.we booked 6 rooms .Enjoyed the stay.It was too busy during checkin,we were lucky that all our 6 rooms were ready.we got all near by rooms.

The location of the resort is good, feels refreshing.Dont fall for the meal packages offered.The food is 3/10 if youre an indianThe staff are friendly.The alcohol served is some random beer cans and the cocktails are not cocktail. They are just spirits mixed with coke or juice. (in the package)Note there is no alcohol on the last day of your stay.Alcohol is not served to you, expect waiting at the counters for really small serving sizes each time.The rooms are ok, do not expect anything fancy.The bathrooms are small and compact.If youre opting for the all meal package, you have to be very careful about timings. Do not expect any snacks with your drinks. You can have your meals only inside the restaurant.Overall it is a good experience and worth the price.

It was a bad experience at this resort1.We had a booking for king size bed but we where allocated two separate beds and the rooms where too old without any view, backside rooms... When we told them about bed they just joined the two beds v even requested to at least give us with a good view but no availability they said2. We booked for all inclusive package but the food had no taste and was served cold and even no indian breads where available though few Indian curries where there. we requested Indian bread for our 2 kids as they dont eat rice but the restaurant guy refused to arrange it...aftr lots of fight he served just 2 pieces. N nw tell me Hw v cn hv 3 meals a day for two days in such a restaurant. 😱There was only 1 restaurant working though they mentioned they hv 2 restaurants and it was fully crowded, we hv to wait in a queue in hot sun. No proper management.Never go for all inclusive package they are just fooling us. They didnt mentioned about the list of all inclusive things on arrival, no bands where given to us. N restaurant was asking for bands.3.last but not the least they gave us tickets for laguna Waterpark and green planet, v visited green planet but to our surprise those tickets where not working for laguna Waterpark. We where 2 families 4 adults n 2 kids, today afternoon when we went to laguna park, the tickets where not accepted, dn v called up the resort to ask y the tickets are not accepted they told us to wait there and they will get back to us... Aftr waiting for more than half n hour in such ahot sun, there was no response. dn v again called them and asked to mail the valid tickets but they wr saying v hv to investigate n right nw v cant help ....God knows what and when they will investigate.It was really a disgusting stay there,We spoiled our vaccations and even we thought to just neglect all the resort things n enjoy the green planet and laguna with kids, again it disappointed us at laguna.

I booked for 2 days stay,. I booked ahead of time and triend to read comments and reviews .... i have read alot of negative comments about the room comfortability and internet access... but i thought they are just being exagerated... so i kept a blind eye and continue by booking for All inclusive package.... 1st day - after 30mins of check in.. i ask right away to transfer to another room as the first room was very isolated.. far from all facility.. then we move to another room - premier queen chalet 347 - during daytime we didnt notice the AC and internet as we are ecstatic to enjoy the drinks and view outside.... during evening we hardly slept... AC is too noisy...so distubing as if construction is going on... sound like drilling.. AC is split type... we just waited for morning to come .. again to request to be move to a better room, so we can have sleep for the 2nd day.. Net does not work inside the room..

Terrible experience,(14/08/2021) We checked in with 3 kids at 4pm and checked out at 5:40pm same day. We felt like we live in staff accommodation 683 and 687. This hotel deserves may be 3 stars. It was like fish market.I request reception staff to give us rooms next to each other since we had small kids but she said no other rooms available.Ras al khaima tourism department should also visit and see the situation. FISH MARKET

The property has grown old. Units are not maintained. Too many maintenance issues while we stayed there from clogging of sink, AC leakage, main door not locking, missing light fixtures, broken sink accesories etc..

Had a good time with the family but mainly because my family is fun to be with. The resort itself is very low standard. Bulbs dont work, shower doesnt work, a.c doesnt work. Its tonnes of issues at this place that make me not want to visit again.

We booked two rooms for two nights in July.Staff not organized, rooms and facilities including pools not clean, food acceptable. Worst part is that security is lax. As we were checking out of our rooms a drunk and clearly mentally unstable guest threw insults and tried to attack us with a whiskey bottle that apparently he was been wandering with on the premises of the hotel. My family got inside the lobby and the police was called. When they arrived the manager apologized and said that since yesterday they have appointed a staff to follow this guest as he has been attacking the staff. The manager had no answer to me when i asked why this individual has not been removed since the day before except that drunk people sometimes act weird.. definitely will not be going there anymore nor recommending it to my friends. Despite having some facilities for children definently would not recommend it to families .

We love this place. Its family friendly, clean, service is good, beach and pool are lovely.. They have water slides open 3-6, and kids can have so much fun! We usually stay here at least 2 times a year.

THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE!!!! Dont be fooled by their marketing and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!Started off from the booking. We booked us 3 rooms, and unfortunately one person in the group tested positive for covid, and after a few days another member of our group started to feel symptoms. At that point we called the hotel to inform them of the situation and request to reschedule. They were literally FORCING us to stay on the dates we booked despite having 2 positive covid cases in our group!!!!After a lot of back and forth they offered to reschedule to a following weekend, but wanted to charge us around 700 or 800 dirhams as room rate difference. When we checked the same dates on booking.com, it was instead much cheaper than what we had already paid. We obviously were not happy with this and again after loads of calls and emails back and forth, they agreed to change dates without charge, and told us that at the time of check in, they would offer us an upgrade.When we reached the hotel to check in, they refused to give us any upgrade, and instead were VERY RUDE with us telling us to speak with reservations and not them, like they were 2 separate companies!!! While we were checking in, there were 3 other groups of guests that were at the reception to complain and one of them had to call the police as the managers refused to come out. We were finally too tired and had to give up and just check in to our rooms.At the time of check out, we requested for a late check out especially because they delayed us so much during check in - they said they would check what time and call us back to let us know. We waited for the call and it never came, tried calling reception from the hotel phones and no one would ever answer (and this was the case throughout our stay). Finally we had some people trying to open our doors while we were in there - when we opened the doors, we were surprised to see other guests - THEY CHECKED IN OTHER GUESTS, WITHOUT CHECKING US OUT OR DOING ROOM SERVICE!!!! that is the only time we got a call from their side requesting us to check out immediately.THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THEM, was their restaurant staff that were very polite and welcoming. I am struggling to understand how in the world did they get a 4 star rating!! Never ever would we come back to this place even if we were offered it for free.

Please actually very good.. But building is bad.. Very old.. We face humidity issues in night. As AC is full time leaking.. Bathroom is flooded because drainage is blocked. They dont even manage to keep a floor mat infront of washroom atleast..If you are not bothered about all these.. Go on👍

******Worst ever hotel experience-Booking Number#1430391 Room#619********This is to escalate the matter of worst ever customer experience in your BM resort on last Sat-Sun (31st Jul-1st Aug), we checked in on 31st July 2021 at 3 PM and checked out at 1:30 PM on 1st Aug (one night stay). We followed below issues during our stay;1. Reception was not welcoming and very unprofessional, their behavior was not standard as many other 3-4-5 star hotels staff.2. The room service was not good, upon request of drinking water, they supplied after 3 hours (after repeated calls to reception number)3. Room TV was not working, only Audio. They didnt take any action after the complaint.4. Upon the check-out, they didnt give Laguna water park tickets as a part of Deal. We called the reception while on the way back to Dubai, they promised to send Laguna vouchers on same day i.e. Sunday before 3 PM but they didnt send.Despite continuous/daily follow up with Mr. Dee (Approximately 10-15 calls made), still we have on received the vouchers as of now i am writing this 3rd Aug 2021 1 PM.We never recommend this destination to anyone.

The rooms are a little dated, but being that close to the beach made up for it. The food is okay. Room service is much better. The staff is friendly! I forgot my cell phone in the room and they chased my car down to bring it to me.I like the state and the opportunity to dance. I wonder if the noise bothers the people staying on the beach. They also have access to clubs and bars on the resort.The rooms had gnats in there and I had to kill a spider. Other than that, all was well.I really enjoyed myself.

Fabulous view, multiple pools and activities done by the resort staff near the pool was great enjoyed alot.Specially enjoyed the bar drinks.Wifi service was very good.Staff was very helpful all the times.I would highly recommend BM BEACH RESORT as a awesome holiday place to stay and enjoy yourself.Only the thing which i didnt enjoyed was the food it was okay okay

This hotel has a lot of potential but unfortunately it was a really bad experience. Starting with the frontline staff we checked in but we waited around 1hour and 30 min for the rooms. The rooms are not cleaned properly we had a problem in the air conditioner we called the guy he came. The buffet from breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s below the average. The food is cheap.Moreover the gym is horrendous the equipment are really old it’s nothing like shown on the website The gym it’s not sanitised properly.overall it’s not the worth the money. Lastly, the internet is really bad. I didn’t enjoy my stay.However, the entertainment at night was nice and fun. Some of the staff are helpful.

Really bad experience with the booking. Their prices on their website are even higher than with travel agencies. Very poor customer service. I called them and the said next time I should book with agencies… what a solution… if you want to discuss the feedback you will need to provide me with a contact method btw…

Today I has a new review, Iwould like to share it with everyone,What I see today honestly make me feel impressed by the restaurant staff, each one of them has been performed a great respect and support while they have too many guests in the restaurant.The supervisor Mr. DALEEP has been communicated each guest and encourages all the staff to help and support.Currently I decide to highly praises and recommend this place one more time as I find lovely people helping and supporting me and my kids.My best wishes to the management team for improving all facilities in the resort.Best wishesMohamed Salama

Visited them for an all-inclusive Eid staycation. It was very crowded with families and kids but that’s to be expected.PROS: Great service and entertainment. Lots of fun games and activities by the pool in the daytime and at night like a cool fire show and live music. The rooms were clean and nice. Special shout-out to Talent, our bar server for taking care of our group all night, and the three entertainers and DJ at the pool.CONS: Food was very meh, not at all flavourful. Breakfast was ok. Lunch and dinner weren’t great. Cocktail options were very limited, either choose between 3 cocktails or just get low quality liquor and mixer. We had to wait for 2 hours to get a luggage cart for checkout.All-inclusive ends at 11pm so plan accordingly. Pool closes at 7pm. Would suggest that they have one of the pools open till late just for adults since there are A LOT of kids in the daytime.

I was forward to my visit to bm resorts but I was very disappointed. 1st when y friend booked it showed fully on board which technically means meals and drinks are included but they said its only half board which was new information to me and I was shocked to hear full board means something else when we asked them how some this is an issue they said pay 100per person extra which made it very expensive for this kind of property.I wish they had mentioned it properly that its half board and full board which makes it easy for new ppl to book.I wish they had proper management to help with this issue. They made us wait for half an hour and frankly, the dinks are not worth spending too.Secondly, they gave us a room that was literally out of the resort which made me a bit paranoid.Food is not that great in the buffet.All drinks which they included were very cheap and not worth the money.Hope they improve.This is not to criticize them just to make sure it doesnt happen with others too.

Kids had fun, the water slides are fun.. but they need to look to following points:1- When you try to book via there website, you will have many questions to ask as it is not very clear, however trying for more than 4 hours to call them but no one picks up the phone.2- Our booking had a free Laguna water park access, at the checkout they give you the ticket, however it is valid only for 7 days, and not applicable on Eid holiday, so for us the tickets were valid only for couple of days as Eid holiday is approaching, that is an example of things not clear on their website and you need an answer for.3- you have to look for your own and your kids safety, as the lifeguards there are useless.. especially in the water slides area, my 2 daughters were drowning and I came running after hearing my Mom shouting while the life guards there were watching!!!!4- Water slides open only 10-12 and 3-6.5- suddenly we had no water in our chalet, and we had to call them to fix it.6- the facility is a bit outdated and needs renovation.7- Food quality was good, but variety was not

We have just checked out from here. Booked a 2 night stay here to celebrate my birthday and we have come away with the worst possible experience. A private party on the grounds of their Madison Sports Bar had thundering music until 2am. At 11pm we called reception to ask them to do something. A very apathetic staff from reception and security could only tell us that it was a paid event and they could do nothing about it. We were also told the event would go on until 2am. After repeated calls to reception we were forced to call the RAK Police. The police came very quickly in response to our plea. They heard the music themselves and Inspite of them asking the staff to tell the party to wind up , the music continued albeit a tad lower in volume.After more calls, the staff said they could change our room. At 2am we were shunted through 2 rooms and ended up in a twin room only cos we were completely exhausted.We were also told that the manager would call and speak with us in the morning. There has been no follow through yet. And we learnt that the night staff at reception Bibin and Akhill and Secutity in charge Mr.Salman had not informed or recorded the incident. We are leaving with a very bad taste and disappointment of a very botched up birthday.The excellent services of the wait Staff at the restaurant especially Ms. Saras( 5 ***** for her service) were over shadowed by this experience on our last night there.The rooms to avoid are from 615 to 635.EDITED TO ADD AFTER RESPONSE FROM OWNER:Sir, I have sent an email to the Front Office Manager Mr. Haytham Taha. The Resort also has my email and my phone number. I sent am email on the same day, before posting the review, hoping to resolve this matter, but its been 5 days and no response from anyone.

1. Poor management of reception, keep on calling, they dont pick. If they pick, maybe after 15 to 16 calls, their phone voice crackles. Try option 1 ( for reception) after calling to check. Option 2 is reservation, which they pick very fast.2. A lot of stuff needs maintenance3. If you are from Indonesia, good for you in communication. English communication is limited( maybe I got that kind of staff but I had to break words to explain like you explain to kids)4. Restrictions on food and drinks. I have checked almost all RAK restaurants, none, I literally mean none, had a beverage Restrictions on day off check out. Pool bar guy was very rude overall also, like he is boss and we are beggars. I never seen such rude staff ever. Beach bar guy is very nice, so go to beach and enjoy happy times, not the pool guy.Pool is very small. Food options are limited. Resort is small. ROOMS are very small compared to competitors. So all in all, I would never like to visit it again, rather enjoy my time in biggest RAK resorts which is kind of 100-200 Dirham extra only.Old saying, nothing is free or on sale. So try competitors, I realised.

The property is very scenic and beautiful alongside beach. But very old decore and rooms. The staff is polite but not equipped to handle the kind of weekend rush we had. They need renovation badly. Also the breakfast was worst ever I had in Duabai.

We went there only to try the jet ski it was nice, we wanted to order something to drink or to eat and nothing was open until 11:30 and we kept getting wrong information , they kept transferring our call from one to another..

The property is good. Clean. Nice Chalet at the Beach. Nice pool and water slides. Nice Staycation.🤩Shoutout to Ziko n team for adding a great entertainment to the whole experience with their water Zumba, yoga, dance n Games. Keep-up the efforts, guys...! 😍🤩Food can be definitely improved n choices of drinks as well.

SURPRISINGLY ENJOYABLE!My family really enjoyed this resort! The entire stay was enjoyable. The reception received us and got our rooms for us in no time. The room was spacious with the standard amenities. The resort facilities is also really good: pools for kids, jacuzzi, adult pool, 3 fun big slides, beach front, dog friendly, aqua sports and all.Going to RAK? Go book your stay here!

If there is less than one star I could choose not recommend at all from rooms to parking and is not real all inclusive and food really low quality I feel like I am in treck or trap specially Capana side .only staff is good and that not enough

My wife and i spent a weekend here at the resort. It was a magnificent place to stay at. Deluxe chalet was comfortable to be in. Has 3 pools and Private beach to relax all you want ⛱️ food was okay.

Life guards very friendly and provided an amazing experience with the jetski

Its an absolutely pathetic place..d rooms r like lodges..service is below average..d staff in restayrants dont speak proper english so very difficult to communicate..food is very limited n not upto d mark..if there would be negative ratings for dis i would surely give dat...worst experience ever..

Very bad place . The rooms are ok not that great . Food is too bad and cheap. Dont fall in to the trap all inclusive is total waste . They provide only basic beers and cheap wiskey . Got fooled by adds . They have ruined my 2 days stay . Pool is ok. Food provided was total waste . All the items are repeated . Asked about the food to the employee they said it is continental breakfast lunch and dinner . I serviced all 6 meals with kuboos and hamoos and few potato. Hardly 10 dishes of food out of it 2 rice will be there and 2 soups . Pasta was soo bad . We all should avoid it .they said they provide juice but it is not real juice it is just orange tang and pinaple tang . Their cocktails are pathetic. Dont ever try this resort . For the same price you get better ones near-by. No liquor are served on the day you check out . Stay away from the resort . Overpriced total waste

The place is located near to Marjan Islands. They have different types of room from Standard to premium and villa.Food spread is good in their Lunch and dinner buffets.Staff is cooperative and helpful.They have 1 swimming pool and a kids pool adjacent to main pool. There are also some 3 slides near by . This property has direct Beach access and all this Beach side is occupied by Beach chairs and tables.Overall the stay was wonderful and would like to visit again

Worst customer service in UAEi didnt expect that from such a good reputational hotel and resort
