Absolutely gorgeous! This one is much better than the marjan island double tree. Good customer service. Tropical island experience, good food etc. The best things about these places are time stops which is difficult to find if you look around in many places.

Price during holiday is very high so that you’d have a high expectation of the hotel. My suggestion, if the price goes more than AED600, don’t go, you will get disappointed.There are many pools in the facility. It’s a family friendly resort. Rooms on ground floor with access to the garden is really good, brings sense of holiday. But as many people commented, bathroom needs some touch up, some tiles are too old. Toilet is in a very weird position at the corner.What impressed me is their service. During a holiday weekend morning, you can see many staffs that not used to work in restaurant came to help in breakfast time. They might not be familiar with the service, but everyone wanted to help.Reception was also jammed in the noon time. But there are at least 5-6 counters available and each one moves fast.They have very good planning on the restaurant to control crowds. Breakfast is divided in to 4 slots, 7-8, 8-9, 9-10 or 10-11. We booked for half board. My husband loved the food and said everything is very tasty while in my opinion there could be more choice of meat or seafood.

Visited this hotel back in 2014 so cannot comment on it as of lately. However my visit then was excellent!Our room wasnt ready when we arrived so we had to get another room for the first night. (Wasnt a problem for us as we were tired)The hotel gave us a voucher for a dinner at their expenses, and it gave us a wonderful meal!The beach is excellent and magnificent as well.Ive been to Hilton hotels before, and this was not a let down.I can only recommend as of my experience back in 2014!

We spent our vacation at Hilton RAK. The property is clean and very well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and cozy. Property has a nice lounging area on the beach. The swimming pools were big however was filled with extremely salty water. The in-room dining experience was below average. The food was tasteless and was on par with cafeteria standard at best.The overall experience was pleasant.

The only issues I had were, the toilet bowl was so close to the wall. I had to be seated on a 45-degree angle as the tissue holder blocks my leg room. My brothers room also didnt have bidet sprayer. I also called to have the mini-fridge fixed as it wasnt working and nobody came. Just ordered ice instead. Other than these, the property is nice. The staff are friendly and the view is just amazing. Its also close to the city where you could try the local restaurants.

An amazing beach resort. The option between swimming pool or sea is yours for the taking. The swimming pools are all amazing and the sea is absolutely breathtaking. I had a wonderful time enjoying the tranquility and beauty of both sea and pool. I will definitely be visiting again.

Hilton Beach Resort is a beautiful property and the pool is laid out well. a good place to visit and relax with the family. Children enjoyed the pool every bit. The Spa experience was amazing. The breakfast experience was a bit tiring however due to the Pandemic, it is understood that certain precautions have to be made. Make sure to have a good view to enjoy the property

I love this place. So secluded and beautiful. Friendly staff and convenient parking. The suite is lovely. Has a Mediterranean feel but also been upgraded to look modern. The view is amazing. Cant wait to go for a dip in the sea just outside my door

Our stay in Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort was perfect. Nice, kind and very helpful staff. Food in the Kitchen was just excelent. We liked that it was fresh and healthy and so many choices! Great pool, beach and bars. Everyday was so relaxing. Oh and I cant forget the gym with a great view. Really worth the money, hope we will come back some day. :)

Spent the day relaxing by the pools, multiple pools for whatever your flavor. The Saltwater pool is just that. Saltwater, dont try to open your eyes or your mouth because well you know what sea water does. This place is relaxing, the music was not overpowering and the ambiance was fantastic. Just what the doctor ordered!

Our stay was amazing. The beach view, the number of pools for adults and kids, the central location of the hotel, top notch. Breakfast was mind blowing and their staff was amazing, especially Tilhan.The only drawback for me was, two of us friends booed the same king size sea view facing room, where they got the proper sea facing and pool view, whereas, ours was sea facing, but backside. This should either be highlighted when booking or changed at the check in time.

Very nice place. Staff was amazing and courteous. Service was very good, chef was able to provide customised meals for our 7 year old. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and experience here. Special shout out to Omar at front desk and Aye in Kitchen restaurant.

This resort has a great location and most of the staff are very friendly. However, it has been let down by the lack of thorough cleanliness and general upkeep of the rooms. Our room had a bad odour when we checked-in and the safe wasnt working. The staff tried their best with the smell which worked to an extent but wasnt totally gone. The safe was also fixed on a couple of tries. It was clear that no one bothered to check the rooms before check-in. For a 5-star resort, this is unacceptable. No one wants to go through the hassle of changing rooms after a long drive or flight.The food and drinks in All Inclusive package are average. The quality of the food was not great and the selection was limited. The worst thing about the resort was the cleanliness of the pools. There were insects floating on the surface and you could feel debris on your feet when standing. The headboards had a thick layer of dust that wasnt cleaned in the four days we stayed there. The shower room and the bath tub needed a deep clean as well. The toilet position was odd, you had to sit at an angle to avoid the toilet roll. Very strange design choice!For us, this was a 3-star experience at a 5-star price. We still enjoyed it but this could have been so much better!

It could be better. Staff was good and helpful but the food wasnt that good (I couldnt finish my Pizza!). They had a water pipe problem and havent informed us at check in which ruined our first day experience. One of the pools was so warm and full of bugs that we couldnt stay in it for long. The other pool was lovely and the view was amazing. In general we felt that the hotel was not well maintained.

Very nice hotel, but you should definitely pay more attention to cleanliness. On several occasions I witnessed used glasses being just washed quickly with tap water and served to the next customer, bar tenders tasting the drink with a spoon, and “washing” the spoon with tap water water, and putting it back to be used to stir the next drink. This is not washing, washing should be disinfecting with soap and water. I love this hotel, I wish they take better care of hygiene in the restaurants.

Wonderful experience at Hilton RAK, there was teenagers club where my children spent lovely time playing different games. 🎮🎲🎼There was also playground for younger kids 🎨🤹🏻‍♀️swimming pools and the soft sand beach 🏖 were so cool for the summer vacation.

I love this hotel so much Ive been to it many times since the first opening. The service is very good and the staff are very co-operative, having said that the hotel, wgile getting older, is now suffering a serious maintenance issues and this does not go well with the Hilton brand reputation. Despite all this I enjoyed my stay very much.

We are a family of 5 including an infant. We went for 2 nights all inclusive staycation and we had a great time!! Special mention to the staff at The Kitchen. ESPECIALLY CLINTON. He was always there at our service. He was really good with kids and knew exactly what they wanted. He was very KIND and HARD WORKING too! We would definitely come over again for another staycation because of the staff there.

Hotel with very friendly employees, nice food and a beautiful pool and beach areas. Rooms and some places of the hotel need a renovation. Room size very satisfying (Deluxe Seaview room). Foods in Main Restaurant can be more divers as mostly Asian/Indian. Water in the room free of charge. Room-Service very good, but rooms smell badly (I checked two rooms and both same). Overall, for that price, you cant find better hotels in RAK.

Positives:- very nice beach- not crowded (in late july)- Salt water pool - enormous- nice kids pool with slideNegatives:- our fridge and toilet were broken. They fixed them as fast as they could but fixing these things takes (and wastes) time- very unpleasant experience with lifeguard. He didnt let my (very pregnant) wife in the pool with a swim top. But he then let other people with swim tops enter the pool- they open the pools at 9am. In summer its already very hot by then

The place is good not perfect for fast and inexpensive getaway.The pool timing start at 9am which i see its late and I prefer early morning swimming pools.The staff working near of the pool not friendly at all … if u start to have any conversation they will be defensive . So I preferred to not speak to any one of them😬!!!Maybe because of the heat they don’t feel like talking to anyone.The pool had a lot of dead bees and flys.The furniture is a bit old fashion.

I am being very generous to give them one star.I booked a 2 bedroom villa with private pool and an additional villa. This was suppose to be a family weekend getaway but the AC in the 2 bedroom villa was not working.We called the management and they sent the technicians 5 times and they kept telling us that it was working when it wasn’t. The room was humid and it is 42 degrees Celsius. Eventually the whole villa was without air conditioning and the management’s solution was to give us another normal room but still charge us for the villa and charge us for the normal room. In addition to this the manager was trying to weasel himself out of responsibility, like it was our fault that the AC in the villa was not working. I had never seen anything like this!!!! Grand theft in broad daylight!!!!! I am never going to spend another dime on a Hilton hotel ever!!!!

Lovely little villas, well maintained. Spacious rooms and good bed. Ive booked the beach access villa, which is just amazing and comfortable. Breakfast in the restaurant was okay and standard, but a little bit messy and chaotic. I decided to have a in room dining. Staff super friendly and always helpful. I was on a business trip and traveled alone. This resort is preferred for families with small children.

Four stars given due to: Excellent location, huge widespread property, great swimming pools and overall a fabulous place to chill out. Breakfast was great and the Kitchen restaurant staff were polite and helpful.However, deserves only three star due to :The room had a damp feeling and odour. There were no tissue boxes in the main room and we had to ask for one. The holder of the shower hose in the wash tub just fell off the wall and hurt a family members feet as it was a heavy piece of metal (probably lack of maintenance). Could not find any instruction/info cards kept in the rooms. The maintenance and cleanliness was generally not upto the standard expected out of a 5 star property.Overall, not a great value for the overpriced amount that we paid.A suggestion for the hotel : since this is a beach resort, a foldable clothes hangar to dry clothes would be handy for guests to dry their wet clothes, rather than hanging them on the railings or chairs in the balcony.Additional info: please carry drinking water and snacks if travelling with children. Be aware that there is one big salt-water swimming pool and around four or five non-salt water pools (could not see any information board on this but happened to find out by chance while asking the lifeguards).

My family and I had a wonderful time at the resort, the food was great and the ambience was fine but the valet parking company staff horrible, they broke the cup holder of my car and mishandled my car and they still haven’t taken any action about it, a complaint has been registered with the Hotel Front Office Manager. I’m still waiting for their positive action…Edit: Even after 2 weeks, there has been no action from their side regarding my car

Hilton Ras Al Khaima Hotel, is five stars hotel.It’s amazing to stay there, you have to give it a chance at least.They have two swimming pools, one with sea water, and the other one with normal water.The breakfast buffet is so nice and delicious also as well.All the people there are so friendly and gentle.

The hotel staff should be well informed and give guests accurate info. We asked the direction of some of their hotel restaurants and they did not tell us that the restaurants are close. We went all the way there to found out the restaurant is not open. There is no signage closure of some restaurants in the hotel premises. A disappointment and felt the hotel is unorganized.The salt water pool could be more cleaner. The decking area next to the salt water pool could be improved and staff should be more attentive! We found most decking chairs and tables are either with leftover drinks or used towels left by previous guests and no staff bothered to clear it.

The food was tastier in front of the covid and especially in a larger selection. Now the hotel offers maximum services only on Fridays and Saturdays, when it is a weekend in this country, and the hotel is visited by locals.Room spacious, tidy every dayStaff pleasantThe beach is mostly empty, it could only be cleaned around the sunbeds from the clutter of hotel guests

Had a great stay at Hilton Resort. The rooms are old and tired but they make up those negatives by providing excellent beach resort services and amenities. The hotel was almost full but the entire stay were so proactive and cheerful. The beach, salt water pool, kids play pool and the other play areas etc are well maintained and have good supporting staff.The breakfast was also good. We really enjoyed the stay.

Beach club receptionists always warm and welcoming. Kids love the water and pool. Pool temp should be regulated for 5 star.

This hotel is just amazing. If you get over its size (it is huge, so if you forget something in your room, you can expect quite a walk ;), the rest is perfect. Cleaning, food, service - all of that meets the highest standard. I have to mention the food one more time - it has never happened to me, that throughout the whole week, I would not find a single dish that wasnt great - well done !!!

Its beautiful and relaxing place to spend your holiday with your family. Its our first trip as a family of 3 to travel to RAK and this resort exceeds our expectations, the big plus was my son loves the pool that hes able to swim without crying for the first time. They have a lot of pool and the temperature was perfect for babies. The hotel, its gardens, beach views and the beach itself was amazing. ❤️❤️❤️Would definitely come back and recommend it.

I am a member at Hilton and I normally stay at Hilton every location I go to but this hotel i would honestly give it a zero rating. There was a cockroach in the room and under the bed we found used slippers and an empty cup which shows they did not clean properly. The toilet sink was overfilled with water and the biddeh was broken. The staff at this specific location are not helpful and gave no compensation or apology. They proceeded to charge us double because we couldnt stay in the dirty room even though and we have picture evidence. The carpets smell musty, the hotel overall is trash. This is not a 5 star Hilton resort it doesnt deserve it . I tried to get in contact with Hiltons customer care but no one has responded yet.

A total disgrace for the Hilton brand, at the same level of a cheap resort in Spain while paying an outrageous price for common rooms. Dirty, lack of services, 5 stars nowhere to be found. Better to avoid.

A HILTON is always a HILTON.However the water at the beach has been too contained with breakwaters to create lee conditions and prohibit trespassing that the water does not recirculate. This doesn’t help to keep it clean or cool…

It’s a great resort especially for families with kids . The villas with direct beach access are excellent , spacious rooms - bedroom with king side bed and a living room with a sofa bed. The front garden is well maintained with natural grass ideal for relaxing and for kids . Facilities are great for kids and adults . For kids apart of the beautiful king beach there is a kids pool with a fountain , another pool with a slide , a playground , a bouncy castle and kids club too . For adults there are two lively bars by the beach, an adult only pool and several restaurants with great food . Highly recommended

Beautiful resort, amazing beaches and pools. The rooms are not new but well maintained, comfortable beds and bathrooms have both shower and bathtub. Slight issue with lack of water pressure in the shower but the fantastic staff and great value for money of the all inclusive offer more than made up for it.

Actually we arrived today we took two Villa one is ready and the other one not yet we are waiting for long time beside we asked some one to come for air conditon also we still waiting I dont like the service her and its first time to come here and it will be last. Nice stay, friendly staff in the hotel, from the check in stage, Chester made us feel more than welcomed. Regarding the breakfast, the kitchen restaurant had vareity of delicious food and supportive staff, thanks to Thilina and Alya for their kindness. All was great, one point was strange odor in the bathroom, otherwise would recommend people to visit, especially the swimming pools, just take care there is a swimming pool with salty water.

Very good 5* hotel with good price and quality with all inclusive concept. Main pool with salty water with palm trees is spectacular. Sea has nice sandy beach and soft access to the sea.

As an establishment it is beautiful and the villas was beautiful, and the room service very polite.However, the room was not cleaned well although they had those room has been disinfected and cleaned seals which was rubbish since there was blood stains on the bed foot chair and a long long deserted female underwear covered in dust in the closet.And on top of all of that, the front desk staff dont really care about you and dont even smile at your face but would even frown.They will treat you like trash if you have booked through a 3rd party provider like booking for example and they wouldnt amend anything to your booking because how dare you not through our website that charges more ha !

DONT BOOK - NO COVID PROTOCOL - Should be 1 star, not a 5-star hotel, really old linen, really old towels with Hair in them, dirty rooms not properly cleaned, and not to mention insects in the room. Below average food ( both dinner & breakfast ) Only good thing was a staff

Its my 4th visit and my last visit, Im done with this resort, the pool is great, stuff is great, but they need to shut it down for a while and make some huge maintenance for everything, not in customers staycations, 4/10 over all inMy last visit the water was brown as you can see in the picsAnd also a huge piece of heavy wood couldve fell on my friend

We went for our anniversary celebration and stayed there for two days, 1st of all from the get go Mr. Richard just outside the lobby was so helpful. They allowed me to park myself and it was very easy, lots of parking space available with shades. Room was spacious and was in par for the standards of a 5* hotel. Everyone was so polite and helped whenever asked. The resort is a very big so the easiest way is call a golf buggy which will be available in seconds. The ideal timing to enjoy beauty will be from September onwards as the temperature become tolerable. There is akids club where you can let your kid to play for 2 hrs continuously for free. There are minimum 4-5 pools available and one is a saltwater pool. The beach is so calm due to the wave breakers and you can let your kid to have the experience without a fear of big waves. Restuarant at the time we visited was mainly focused on western food but there was good verity of foods for those who used to Asian food. We went on a Thursday and checked out on a Friday but it wasnt too much crowded. Strongly advise to avoid public holidays in UAE as this is one of the favorite place among the UAE residents so gets up to the full capacity in those days hence there will be some mis happens as the staff get super busy trying to serve everyone. Have a bit of patience and you can enjoy your stay a lot.

Good property. Would be perfect if the staff was more welcoming, however, they are always correct and formal but somehow never welcoming. Hilton should not cut corners with inferior quality breakfast and insufficient toiletries.

Mold around the AC everywhere affecting the smell of the room and the corridors.Staff are welcoming and doing their best to please the guests. Especially the fron desk staff Chan, she is lovely to deal with. The hotel needs to work on a plan to start renovation of the AC system and othe old molded ceiling, furniture and carpets. The Kitchen restaurant is good. The swimming pools are very nice and the beach is clean.

We spent a week at this resort with our little one and we loved it! The temperature controlled pools were awesome! A lot of space to walk around and play areas for kids! The beach is large and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Used the QR code to order drinks. Upon arrival of beverages was presented with a bill and told I had to pay as orders received via QR code are not part of all inclusive.Car Valet was busy. Didnt give me a receipt. Later I obtained one by going through all the car keys they had stored. Car Valet people completely denied they were at fault.

Very disappointing and dirty experience!Checked into our premium room at 2:00 pm only to find someone’s spit with food particles in the bathroom which was supposedly clean sealed. Contacted reception who sent someone with a key to a different room, which was more dirty floors stained furniture and overall nasty. Got back to my room called guest relations who shared they couldn’t get a hold of a manager and someone will call me back. 20 minutes later no one called. I called back there was no answer period. Called reservations was in hold with guest relations for 15 more minutes with no end or hope in sight! All that while being a Hilton Honours member and with a premium sea view room. I can only imagine how other guests are being treated. This used to be my favourite hotel, I will not come back here again. Almost 5:00 pm now and no actual solution has been achieved.

Visited on Valentines day, and the best review is that my wife left very happy.We had a King room with sea view, and the room was more than adequate. The cleanliness of the room had nothing to fault. Everything seem to have been sanitised, and social distancing throughout the resort was practiced. The view from the room was so serene as the pictures show.I also booked the Romantic Dinner as a surprise for my wife, and that was so lovely. Had a beautiful set up on the beach with no one near us. So private and romantic, having a lovely dinner on the background sound of the waves. We even had our own waiter standing about 15 meters away ready to take our orders whenever we wished for something.Staff were nothing but welcoming and helpful. First time here and highly doubt it will be my last.

Worst experience of my life! The food was at best barely edible service was baddd and basically dont care about the guests once you have checked out so had to carry our own bags down!

We visited the resort for 4 days staycation. Service from the beginning was not upto the standard or price we paid. The hotel seems servely understaffed, probably due to covid lay offs. The place is nice, the rooms are a bit small. The view is great. Food and drinks are average and over priced.Would I visit again? Not really, I didnt feel I got the value I paid for.

It was our honeymoon place and its amazing. We enjoyed it so much. Very relaxing rest after working days. Nice breakfasts and we were going to the beach after, sitting and listening to the sound of waves. In the evening we was also sitting and just listening to the waves. This place has wonderful atmosphere, which we needed so much. Mornings with the waves and signing birds. Thats what we need after hardworking ✨📊📈🗂📓📘There is beach with waves and another one without.Very nice staff.I would like to come here again and again to escape from daily stresses.

My only complaint was ordering a bucket of ice or whatever room service needed took 30-40min to arrive.I love the sunset from this place. Great 10min walk to the public beach. 12-16min drive to the port.Fun place to hang out with friends or just have a rest and recreation for yourself

Undoubtedly an amazing and peaceful place. Made a recent trip. Total foreign environment. Spa needs appointment. Children pool have 1 slide. Age limit for slide is 4 to 12. V safe slide. Adult pool is separate. Family pool/general pool is kind of separate. Open pools are also available. In short, place have a lot of pools and you will love it.

Everything was super. The Beach and the sea were perfect. Food was also good and tasty but just in this covid period you have to tell stuff what you want to eat and they give it to you. The room was super with the terrace and comfortable.

Beautiful resort, swimming pool is large (there are two more pools available). Hotel is clean.My only dislike is that when you head to the beach, they dont offer you a bottle of water.Other than that it was a great stay in Hilton

I went there for weekend. The place is very quite and nice. The sea and pools are absolutely stunning. Dinner was unbelievable. We had sea food at the restaurant called Sol Beach Lounge. Was amazed by the huge portion! The prices are affordable. I want to comeback again and again!

It was an excellent stay for my family and me last 29-30 July. I could have easily given a five-star review, but my experience communicating with the Guest Relation Executive - Mr. Lassada, was an awful experience. My son left a tripod for the camera on the evening of 29 July beside the swimming pool. Since it was past 9 PM when we realized the missing tripod, I reported the same to Ms. Marinelle - the Night Manager, the following day in the morning of 30 July. She immediately checked with the lost and found section of the hotel, but no one has surrendered the tripod very, unfortunately. The case was also reported to the security office so that they could check the CCTV camera.The security informed me that they could not find the tripod. I refused to accept that they could not even see who took it from their CCTV camera when the area where we left it is wide open. The security promised to check again, and on 2 August, I finally received a call from the security that they managed to locate the missing tripod. The hotel staff who found the tripod did not surrender it to the lost and found item, and it was kept somewhere in the hotel.Mr. Lassada communicated with me that he could arrange the delivery of the missing tripod in Dubai by courier service for a cost of AED40.00. I asked him why I should pay the delivery charge to Dubai when it was clear that the hotel staff made the mistake of not returning the missing item he found near the pool on time to the lost and found section? The AED40.00 is not a problem for me to pay, but it was clear that the hotel staff made an error of judgment for not surrendering the missing item to the lost and found section that resulted in me not collecting it when we checked out on the 30 July! Mr. Lassada insistently told me to pay for the delivery charges because it was not the hotels responsibility to deliver the tripod to Dubai. I informed Mr. Lassada to keep the tripod out of frustration, and I hung up the phone.A big shout out to Ms. Marinelle, who phoned me up on the evening of 2 August, and after hearing my comments and fully understanding the story, she immediately told me that the hotel would take care of the delivery of my tripod to Dubai. Again, I could have agreed to pay the AED40.00 courier charges. Still, how I was told that it was not the hotels responsibility to arrange and pay the delivery was very unfortunate to hear from a Guest Relation Executive of the hotel. Mr. Lassada failed to keep the hotel relationship with me, but his negative attitude was compensated well by Mr. Marinelle.Except for Mr. Lassadas attitude, the hotel facilities were excellent, and the food was fantastic! Thanks again to Mr. Marinelle!
