The place has a sense of relaxation, the moment you walk into the lobby. The grand lobby is welcoming not just because of its grandeur but because of the warmth and exemplary service of the staff. Every person is helpful, welcoming and attentive to guests around the hotel. The facilities are very well managed, the staff are increasingly efficient and most importantly, the hotel has adapted to the use of technology and COVID protocols to an amazing level. Ordering from your beach bench is simple and food is served packed and safe to eat. The restaurants offer wide variety of food but the service of the staff is what makes the experience exceptional. It is an absolute gem of a place to visit for a holiday with your family.
Nice spa, clean, however the receptionist holds a very negative vibe. From the moment I walked in I felt very unwelcomed and awkward. After my treatment, it took 10 minutes to pay as she mentioned the wrong prices and, kept making calls attending other customers while I was being served. Came here to do a sea breeze scrub which was nice however I think the receptionist could be more attentive to help customers receive the relaxing spa experience that Waldorf Astoria promises.
We would like to express our huge thanks to Waldorf Astoria Resort Ras AL Khaimah. This is an amazing place for enjoyment and peaceful vacation. The beach is extremely nice and big. There a lot of lovely places to sunbathe and just sleep near the palms. The territory of the hotel is rather big, so you can walk around nicely. The rooms and everything in the hotel is extremely clean. And the stay in the hotel is very safe (if you have doubts due to COVID-19 conditions).The staff is amazing. They do their best to serve in the best way. There are not so many waiters, but everyone makes a lot of efforts to make your stay unforgettable. They are wonderful. We couldn’t get the opportunity to write the names of everyone who works perfectly. But at least I will mention some names here.Aitolkun is the best hostess of Qasr Al Bahr restaurant. She is extremely helpful and supportive, cute and polite. She does her work perfectly.Munir is an amazingly professional chef from Syria. His dishes are so delicious, wonderful. He is very attentive, responsible, friendly.All other chefs are also very polite, attentive and professional.Nijin is an excellent supervisor, very serious, attentive, hardworking, concentrated. He solves all the issues very fast. He does his work at the highest level. Nijin is very professional.Akram is an outstanding supervisor. He always supports his colleagues, serves all the guests very fast, paying attention to everyone and everything. By the way, he adores his work and he is extremely responsible.Sayeed is the best waiter and a wonderful person. He is always smily, polite, fast, energetic, positive. He deserves a lot of respect and recognition. He gives his positive energy to every guest without exceptions. He adores his work.Ajay is an extremely fast waiter. Whatever he does, he does perfectly. He serves nicely, comes to check everything and is ready to help all the time.Nicolai works very well. He knows how to help every guest and to be attentive. His work deserves recognition and a lot of good words.Precedes is very hardworking, polite, helpful. It is not easy to serve people and carry heavy plates being a lady, but she copes with everything perfectly.Nurzat is a young specialist but very talented. And she learns everything very fast, in a wonderful way. We are sure that she will achieve a lot.Mohamed from the front desk from Azerbaijan is extremely professional. He speaks Russian perfectly and is always happy to help with everything he can. Excellent person.We would like to mention as well Dinuka, Gautham, Beksultan, Akizhan, Zain and all other excellent people from the swimming pools and beach area who made our stay unforgettable.Ganga works in the housekeeping department. He cleans everything perfectly. He is very sweet, polite. His smile is the best. He is wonderful.Thank you very much for everything! You are not only people who work in the hotel! You are our friends and that is why we would like to visit this hotel again.Very often guests observe only the disadvantages of service, but very seldom guests observe the advantages, forgetting how much people do and how hard they work to make us happy.Let’s be polite with each other and don’t forget to express many thanks to those who deserve.
I’d run out of superlatives for this particular hotel and it’s staff if I had to write a lengthy review. I’d probably end up thanking everyone from Front desk to individual Head chefs along with the entire F and B team. I go there with my family at least twice a year and have done for the past 5 years. If you value attention to detail, great customer focus and a quieter, less crowded experience it’s the place for you.
Im coming to this place almost every weekend over the last 2 years. One of the rare places where you are able to disconnect and enjoy. Beautiful nature, amazing service, great food and hotel is WOW. Adult day pass is great, value is redeemable and you dont need to spend much to enjoy this beauty. I recommend to everyone who wants to disconnect and enjoy! Im coming back for sure!
Best hotel I have been to in a while. The room is spacious. there are amazing facilities. the pool area is chill and ghe beach is so clean. Absolutely fantastic stay - from start to finish. Warm, friendly check-in, a luxurious sea-facing room, an amazing selection of food and beverages (we were on a half-board setting), gorgeous pools and a well-kept beach. Extra brownie points for the Covid-safety protocol in place; we felt extremely safe and will certainly return in a couple of months. Thank you.
Lovely stay until....they booked the wrong massage and didnt let me change it, they didnt honour complimentary transfers as they initially said they would, buffet dinner was boring and unimaginative. Will be writing a strongly worded letter to management

Ok, here we go …..I am a regular visitor to Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah . My first reason to visit them so frequently is Camelia Lounge as their menu always attracts me, like you can enjoy your order with beautiful surroundings. Service is par excellence. Their Mojitos, coffees and cakes are always worth….. sheesha could be better.My second reason to go there is my hairstylist Lauren at Tony and Guy , you can not forget the experience once you have been there .Highly recommended for staycation as they are wonderful hosts .

This is my favourite hotel in the UAE and I have only good things to say about our stay.The staff was great. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The food and service at the Lexington grill was excellent. The pool and beach areas are wonderful. The breakfast was top notch.I will definitely come back soon :-)

Everything about the hotel is amazing - the property, the rooms, the staff and the restaurants!The adults pool is a definite respite and provides a much needed break from the daily routine. But the highlight of our stay was the Lexington Grill. The chef there is amazing and the food is out of this world. The staff are amazing, and the brunch i would strongly recommend, so you can sample their fantastic menu and the food. The outlet manager Lena makes you feel special; she invests time in you and makes sure youre comfortable. The live entertainment there is lovely as well!Wed like to extend a special thank you tk the housekeeping staff, and Ann-Katrin for the hospitality & the special cake! It made the weekend that much more special!

This was a memorable staycation whilst celebration my anniversary and my daughters 24th birthday. The staff at Waldorf made it extra special. The service was amazing. The check-in and check-out was seamless. We had a fabulous time. Thank you to the team at Waldorf who all made this possible.
Amazing property, huge beach, like a football camp, clean water, a little bit more earlier service on the beach could be a plus; big variety of food on buffet, comfortable air conditioning system in the room and in public places. Bright room colors, very spacious Junior suite sea view. Thanks a lot for everybody for such an amazing experience.

Have a detailed account/proof of your room type/reservation. Apart from some issues at check in which left a sour taste the hotel is beautiful and staff very attentive. The bed was very comfortable and my junior suite very nice.

The staff, hotel and rooms are through the roof! but I have a small complaint the hair shampoo isnt the best and I recommend you take your own… my hair was so dry. But other than that incredible services
For kidz not much options to enjoy, apart from swimming poos and beach, kids area not much activities, can add in the future to give them some more fun, Lunch Menu all will not understand, if it is bit more clear it is good, if you add few Asian delicacies it will be good for them to choose, over all experience was good.
Be careful for your stuff when you stay in this hotel, I found my earrings box hidden on the top drawer. I didn’t want to report that someone went to the room and changed the place of my earrings box when we were in the beach because I eventually found it. However I forgot a personal item, I called the hotel after few hours from our checkout and they said they didn’t find it. Coming from a 5* hotel and we paid for a suite this is so disappointing. I will never stay again in this hotel.

I stayed. everything was perfect except the kids club. the staff was rude and couldn’t control the kids. one of the kids approximately 10/11 hit a FOUR YEAR OLD over a game and somehow he had to get kicked out and had his parents called. the staff even witnessed this boys behavior and didn’t say anything about it.
We had a lovely time spending our Anniversary at the Waldorf Astora in Ras Al Khaima. The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. During my booking I asked for some few arrangements and with one word all was “Amazing” Special thanks to Ann-Katrin and Olga for creating very special memoriable moments for us...Another special thanks to lovely Ajay, Arjeen and Vivek who took care of us at Azure Restaurant&Pool with a huge smile and warm service. When you reach the hotel, the staff are very welcoming and friendly at the door they took took our bags and car and asked about my preference of where to park the car (which is great service).At the check-in the staff also were friendly and super quick with check-in process.The room, we reserved King bed room with golf course view, the room was spacious and clean, very well organised, they decorated the room for my wifes birthday with towel art and flower peddles and a cake, which looked lovely.I requested a cot for my little son, however it was hard as plywood, like it felt there was no mattress on it, so we let our son sleep on the bed.The beach visit was great, it was super clean no trash nothing, and we had a blast.The pool is same was clean and it was so much fun to swim in it, kid pool was clean, littlebit crowded which wasnt nice due to (COVID-19). But overal great experience.Booking for the restaurants was easy just dail the reception, the food taste greated and priced good.In-room dining was great the food and drinks were fresh and tasted great.Definitely recommend the place if you want a pleasant experience.

Worst service at all! They didn’t check out all the luggage left half of them in the hotel and we’re half way near Abu Dhabi never coming back worst service.
The size of room is perfect and more space and comfy, the receptionist was friendly, the breakfast has varsities with all menus and fits all Nationalities, most importantly is how the staff are always checking on us and what we need from the table, helpful as well. Personally I rate the hotel from the breakfast buffet and the breakfast wins 10 stars😍❤️
I love WALFORD ASTORIA........It was early check-in and late checkout. We got the Deluxe room with Sea View and yes, with a huge balcony. The staff were nice and accommodating. They smiled all through, and catered for our needs, they made me feel at home. I wasnt able to use all the facilities theyve got, but I went to the Beach, Family pool and Adult pool. The breakfast was the best 😁😁 I ate a lot, and the service was topnotch. I had a caramelised hazelnut muffin, yall should try it when you visit. Walford Astoria is 100/100 for me.

Beautiful room, nice beach and pool, helpful stuff. Everything went very well until the moment we are about the leave the room, where we saw a big cockroach in walking cabinet. This makes me question the hygiene in the rooms.
We had a great family holiday experience. The entire frontline workers (room service, pool side assistants, breakfast team members) were very friendly and conscious of health and safety requirements.We had a wonderful time off feeling safe and welcomed.
We went there on a saturday, it was amazing and calm. I also had a chance to visit their gym and it was well thought, all of the equipment were nicely planned for a pro workout. They even had a heart defibriliator which I have not seen in any other gyms, well designed pool and an amazing beach with incredible sand. Im coming back here again...

It is a great hotel , specially if you are trying to escape from the busy city life . The service is really good and the team is very friendly and attentive to details . The prices are fair but is as per 5 stars hotel . They have nice outdoor area with nice swimming pools and the buffet is nice and generous .

We didnt stay in the hotel as a guest, rather used its spa & pool facilities ,Its a 5 star Beach property, its actually a palatial monument with staff treating you as royals, a very high Level of service, manners of the staff, great food with amazing options to choose from and very class decor inside the hotel,truly royal.There is an high-class spa, latest equipped gym, couple of swimming pools outside, tennis court and lot morePristine Beach with the white sand is very inviting with drinks and snacks services available.if you really need to pamper yourself at the end of week, WAldorf Astoria RAK is the place!!

Staff is mostly unbothered and unhelpful. The first night we arrived, we were rushed to have dinner before we could freshen up, the second night we couldnt have dinner because we didnt make reservations early enough. This is not the way to accommodate guests in a 5 star hotel, especially if youre in the middle of nowhere with very few dining options around. First and last time to stay here. Very disappointing.
It was one of my best staycations in U.A.E..Enjoyed the stay throughout and had loads of fun ...we celebrated my mothers birthday here and services were excellent.
Wow, I went to many 5 star hotels in my life and this is BY FAR the best one, the rooms (I reserved) are HUGE and have a stunning view, breakfast is very tasty, and the staff are very helpful and friendly, quite expensive but it’s worth every penny, I went to an Italian restaurant called azzurri and it’s the best I’ve ever went to, I went to an Arabic restaurant at the roof and it has a STUNNING view and it’s very tasty as well, would definitely recommend it for people who want escape the noisy town and enjoy nature, I would definitely recommend it and I hope to come back soon 😊
