Poor customer service, they answer once and put me on hold for 20 mins. When you’re trying to call them again on one is answering....

I had so poor experience with this terrible company. My story is long but my advise is never go to this company. If the car had previous accident and in case of new accident they will push you to cancel the car, then they will compensate you with less than the insured value. In case this happens to you dont give up and take long breath and stay calm as they will do all they can to let you accept but you never accept their unfair settlement

Best insurance company in UAE for the vehicle insurance (I dont have any experience with them in any other types of insurances)Proper and professional responds from the staffs and they were releasing the claim amounts with out any unnecessary delays.

They are not flexible with their policy rates. They dont have mercy for their customers. Just giving the fix rates. If someone wants to get the policy its ok if not then customer can leave their office. Thats all.
