Recommended this company to a friend. And now, I have my own doubts. Competitive rates indeed but without competitive service, perhaps?I got quoted a certain amount for a car. Checked the same car with my friend and she got the same quote initially but was later quoted higher! The agent claims that its because her license was less than 2 years old and that wasnt taken into account initially. Unprofessional but, okay. Ive never seen any other insurance company state a clause of charging extra just because the license is less than 2 years old. Moreover, when I checked with a 3rd party broker, they quoted an even lower rate for Tokio Marine and didnt insist on a 2 year minimum license tenure either. A broker charging less than the actual provider? This just got interesting.So, who should I trust here? Did Tokio Marine pull a fast one on my friend just because shes gullible? Or do brokers have no idea what theyre talking about? The remaining reviews of accident repairs on Google and Facebook dont seem too happy either.

This is my second year with Tokio Marine, last year there was no claim and unfortunately it my first claim in 10 years, a very pathetic experience. Before we take insurance the insurance agents promises a lot. But after accidents it is other way round. Since Thursday have been making multiple calls to insurance call center agents and rent car service provider (car fare) there authorized service but is it waste of time and energy. I decide to pay for the rent a car service and not to renew any services with Tokio marine in coming future until and unless they change this rent car service provider. The call center provided a mobile for booking customer complaint named shadaab but even after multiple calls the person didnt pick up the call nor didnt call back. Not Recommended Insurance Company.

On 31st of august i got car accident. Coz the another car was mistake, I contacted his insurance company. Tokio insurance gave some numbers for garages.one garage sent recovery. From this day now 1 week im trying to take rent a car from this insurance company. What’s app number mentioned in website is not answering. Mails also take time to reply. Landline is also busy. Car should be ready on Thursday as garage says. Now 1 week waiting for car. They just trying to spend time not to give it.

The worst experience that my friend had it with the company that he had an accident and the company don’t want to fix the car or cancel it , they just said your case under investigation

One of the worst insurance companies and not professional garages my car has been hit by a trailer which cause vibration in the car and i mentioned that in my claim mail that they should repair it and send it to the garage by them they did the required paint job but when i asked for vibrating they refused to do it and said its not from the accident and Ive been mailing them and no one replied and Ill take the car from the garage without fixing vibration i highly dont recommend this company.

Tokio marine has been professional to understand and acknowledge the problem with a promise to rectify and have not taken the feedback in a negative way.

Cheap , affordable and fast

Last year I insured my car for 2200 dirhams. This year -3rd year- theyre asking for 2900 dirhams.Its a small family car. 3 years old. Im in my 30s. Not a crazy local kid in nissan batrol doing donuts and modding his car to 2000hp and racking up accidents and speeding fines.Please accept my most sincere apology for wasting my time considering policy renewal. I hope everyone reading this to avoid this rip-off company. Shop for other companies.Newspapers say prices went down 30% but those insurance companies dont care they will hike the price for you so that you ask them to fix it and it will be 5 dirhams cheaper than last year.Screw you all.

Very poor service level. its been almost a week to submit the papers for insurance and insurance guy today telling me that they have only received the documents today and will take time for processing.Garage people on the other hand tell me to follow up with insurance company directly (as if they dont care on the status).
