My claim is approved. For last 15 days or more I trying to book replacement car from AXA europecar but no one is picking the phone. it always says ALL OUR AGENTS ARE BUSY at the moment. Further I emailed couple of times on the address provided in recorded message. But Till now also no reply.

Hello everyone ,I have had the misfortune of dealing with Beema Insurance whose lead was Neville with Junaid working to basically mess a simple motor vehicle policy. These guys are such halfwits they do not even know the insurance rules , RTA regulations, procedures. They basically sold me insurance I couldnt use for renewal of the vehicle license and asked me to pay for another policy after only a few days.They were quite happy to even tell me that they had a refund policy which entailed me losing part of my premiums because they mad a mistake. I have never seen such a motley crew of insurance pirates ... they are basically robbers with a tie...They certainly behave as though money grows on trees and have a charlatan attitude towards business, professionalism and general outlook to work!I was also shocked that once they knew that I was dissatisfied and wanted to pop in for a quick discussion to iron out the matter , they all the suddenly needed permission to tell me where their office was located . In other words they prefer to work in the shadows - not a very transparent way to conduct a successful business.The google map to their office also didnt lead me to the correct address which means they certainly do not want to be found! Preferring working in the shadows...This remains without a doubt the most ignorant insurance broker I have dealt with in all my years.Stay clear if you wanna have a good day otherwise their refund policy will prune your wallet!RegardsLutangu

Excellent, but there is a problem communicating on the phone, but you need more than 15 minutes waiting
