I had a terrible experience with my Health Insurance renewal. I had a plan which gave me direct access to hospitals and specialists and on renewal the agent Catherine Mendoza tricked me and almost signed me to a new plan with higher premium and less benefits which was only limited to clinics. When confronted she even became defensive, arrogant and spoke rude to me. When I called back Insurance market and requested a managers call back, they all excused managers are working from home and not available. No body called me back.AVOID these people, who cant handle complains, imagine you need assistance how they will treat you? I almost got scammed

Not the same service as before unfortunately!Bought insurance on Aug 8, was charged on Aug 11. I was promised that by the expiry date of my registration, everything will be alright uploaded and need not to worry. Had to follow up on quite a few occasions which is strange ​as you can see in the screenshots.Today is the expiry date of my renewal but unfortunately, my agent seemed to have forgotten it already. The last thing he did was to check and never bothered to give me updates. I tried calling and messaging Jamal but no response.This was not the same service before. Completely disappointed!!!!
