Neat & dealing in professional way , AxA insurance sent me there for 2 times to repair & paint small accidents.They did very good job , a painting was Ok , no visible difference with the original paint.

Very bad experience I had dealing with them. I was sent to them by #Axa Insurance due to road accident I had. This company just painted and repaired the front fender and headlight. I asked them several times to let me know if there is any other damage inside the car but they always informed me everything is great inside. After 1 week I got to know that there were other parts damaged inside the car which would have led to seizure of my car engine and it costed me above 3000 aed to get everything finally resolved.

Really high quality repairs. Took our Audi Q7 after a road accident, genuine audi grill replacement and looks like new. Very skilled chaps, thank you.

No professionalism at all!!! My car was brought here after an accident, no interior parts check, they just changed and painted the exterior part, then after bringing to Nissan workshop to be informed that there is an issue with the chassis, wheel alignment, suspension part etc.Not recommended at all!!!

Best work shop and friendly

Car in for minor 2 day repair. Started calling after just after lunchtime of the second day; nobody answers the landline despite repeated attempts through until 7.00pm. Called the mobile number provided: no answer. No answer to text messages either. Obviously nobody there has had the professional courtesy to call to explain want was happening. Where is my car? No idea. Is it fixed? No idea. When am l getting back? Good question - no idea...

The worst ever, I took my car on Saturday for fixing as per my insurance company recommendation. I was informed that it needs only 3 working days starting Saturday as it was early morning and today I called as there was no update from their side (5 working days) and their answer was Oh , it is not done , we do not know when it will be done and if you have any complaint , send us an email. Wow , what an accurate answer! I explained that Im renting a car and I need a date so I can extend , but they have no answer for that.. Will never use them again .

Body repair job was good but took very long because they werent able to source the right parts. I got my car back with scratches and damage to the paint in many new areas. Horn not working well since repair.

The worst garage I have been too in the 8 years in the UAE. Unprofessional and incompetent. I visited as a result of my insurance sending me to them. They cannot answer basic questions and send you around in circles because of their incompetence. Frankly, I dont think anyone there even knows what they are doing based on my experience visiting 3 times. I left with my vehicle before any repair work as even the basics was screwed up. Do yourself a favour and search for a more reliable option.

Terrible experience, job not done when we came first time, 1 tyre was damage then they change only one, so I end up with 2 different tyres in front, dangerous and illegal GREAT JOB and the owner just smiled and said its not his business if my wife and children might be in danger

Recently got my BMW repaired for minor hit and run accident, the work done on the car seemed satisfactory visually, car was clean and they had decent turnaround time. However, there was no check offered for the paint thickness for the paint job. so cant comment on the quality of the job
