I brought the oil change service with filter change service from Groupon for 99AED but it didn’t include oil filter( extra 40)At the end I felt it’s ok for 100 but doesn’t worth 250 AED.It’s good that they have AC filter cleaned.

I needed to get major service done for my car and was looking for good garages as I felt I had been overcharged at the previous garage I had went to. I found Motrox through google and decided to reach out to them based on their very high rating. This turned out to be a very good decision. I got in contact with Mr Faisal and he asked me to bring my car for a free vehicle check-up. After the check-up, Mr Faisal discussed me with his teams findings and described everything in detail to me as I did not even know about the existence of some of the parts in my car. He provided me a very reasonable quote with all genuine Ford parts and also included some additional services for free. The work was done in a few days and when I went to pick-up my car, Mr Faisal had me take the car for a test drive to feel the difference after the car service (the difference was very noticeable). Mr Faisal even called me after a few days to follow up on how the car has been driving. Overall, I have been very impressed by the service offered by Motrox and have been turned into their permanent customer. I will definitely take my car to them for any future works. I recommend the garage to everyone and the high rating is a very true representation of the service being offered.

Great experience. They did the oil change in time with reasonable price. The guy who met me is very welcoming and cheerful and speaks fluent english unlike the other garages in the area. They did a thorough check and came out with a report and even photos of the needed repairs. Most of the the issues mentioned in the report i know already about them before i came to them and this is how i knew they are honest and did a proper check and not missing/ignoring any checks. Ive had a bad experience with another garage, and when I went to motrox, I didnt have high hopes. Purely checked the reviews and found them positive so dropped in. But I was in for a surprise, Faisal is an absolute champ, went over and above what he was supposed to do and got my car sorted, extremely reasonable for exceptional service. They make suggestions of what probably needs changing according to mileage but dont try to hard sell you.Would definitely go back if I need anything doing to my car.

6* if it was possible! Fixed my car very quickly at at half the price another workshop had quoted me. Follow up call the next day to find out if everything was ok - which it wasnt since one small issue had reappeared. Followed up until I eventually was able to get back to the workshop, just before they were about to close due to traffic and instead of asking me to come back, they worked overtime - not only fixing the problem but even going the extra mile and returning my car to the venue I had to go to. And followed up again the next day to check if everything was fine now.I honestly didnt know that this kind of service still existed! Well done, guys!!!
