I have given my car thru oman insurance to Mr Nivedh at Liwa garage. Mr Nivedh is very professional. They are very good at customer service along with good workmanship.

Poor workmanship, low quality, unsatisfactory finishings, neglecting hidden damages. Had overheating issue , they gave quotation for heating and started finding more issues, at last i paid 7400 aed but car was not fixed, no acceleration, horns and wiper not working, radio system not working , i took the car back to home by towing (recovery) as it was about 3 months that car was at there place, finally decided to scrap the car but researched google and youtube about the problem and found the solution in just 20 dhrs (purchased trottle body from sharjah market), watched youtube and fixed the cable of audio system and steering wheel controller and horn, now car is running awesome, still the fitting of hood and bumper is not proper but atleast my car is running,I think they dont have knowledge or they are just making money, but thanks to them that THEY ARE EYE OPENER, THEY OPENED MY EYES, I CAN DO AND REPAIR MY CAR OR ANY CAR WITH HELP OF YOUTUBE,Not recommended at all.

Good place for any car body repair.

They give me a quotation for overheating problem of my car, estimation was more than 4 thousands AED, to change the fan, radiator and the water pump.. I took my car to another garage, and they found the issue is watar leak from damaged pipe, they changed it, and the cost was 100 AED only.

Not at all recommended. The work quality is just worst.. Poor customer service. Never try this workshop or you will regret.. Cant even do proper denting and painting. I went here because of the insurance and that will be my first and last experience with this third class company.

Good garage And the repair is excellent

I had my mini cooper rear bumper accident repair done at Liwa under AXA insurance. The location and appearance of the place did not impress me when I first saw the place, but the quality and speed of service were really impressive. The drop-off and pick-up hardly took 5 minutes each, including all paper work. Mr. Arun was very helpful by keeping me updated on the progress of the work and car was delivered back one day earlier than promised. Highly recommended for AXA insurance work, and probably they are equally good for other works too.

Avoid it if you want to save time.. i have bad experience with them.. they dont respect time at all.

Rang on the Thursday afternoon just for and inspection. Ended up doing the job same day and within an hour, fitting it in between other jobs. They fitted in with my schedule and kept me in the loop. Definitely be using their services again.

Well. . I had recently serviced my Audi R8 Spider Quttro. The guys were simply awesome. The reception, time commitment, service quality, behaviour of the staff and the ambience in the service center are somthing copacetic. .

Hi, dont go to this Garage even for inflating your tires. This is one of the worst workshops. I was referred here by my insurance AXA for an accident repair on my Audi A6, which I was maintaining in Mint condition. it is (as on date of this review) 25th February 2018, yet to be delivered. My car is there for more than a month.They dont care to communicate with the clients.They dodge the phone calls.They use the Clients cars for personal use.They dont use New / Genuine parts, as promised by the Insurance companies.They say something; do something else.I have a good amount of experience in maintaining automobiles and i have mentioned this to their staff also. Still, they have used Used, poor quality stuff and now the case is going on dispute.There is something fishy about their relations with the Insurance staff. They are hand and glows with each other.They intend to cheat the customers outrightly.They have damaged the internals of the car.They have removed some original AC parts and sold out.This workshop is a big fraud and cheating workshop.

The staff is quite friendly and did an ok job. The paint finish was not good though. Can see marks left over by bad sanding

I had accident repairs done here- choice of Orient Insurance, not mine. My indicators stopped working a couple of days after I collected the car. This is a serious safety issue so I don’t recommend them.
