Because of the poor quality of the paint work done by them I had to revisit them, go twice more to hand over and collect my car. Have to bear the travel related expense plus most important be without my car all for their poor work quality of work. The customer service is good.
Service advisor John is very accommodating. I bought a service contract last weekend for 50kms in Dynatrade Al Quoz branch and he explained clearly the works needed to be done in every service. I highly recommend to look for John if u want to avail of the Dynatrade services.
I always bring my cars here in Dynatrade for last 10 years. I have two Lexus vehicles. Regularly serviced and repaired from Dynatrade Al Quoz. My service relationship coordinator is Mr. Mohes, very polite, customer friendly. He always gave me a comfort that my cars are taken care by right people. When I drive out after service or repair I felt that Jon has done very well.
Changing to 1 star, I would never renew my service contract again!Had the most terrible experience anyone could have previous week when my car AC broke down just 3 days after they fixed it! they made me and my pregnant wife wait for hours saying they are diagnosing the problem and ended up keeping the car in garage and sending us home more than 2 hours later..I got the car 2 days later even the dust wasn’t moved a square inch but they said they checked everything cleaned the compressor and AC is not working because compressor is Broken..When I gave it to a nearby service Center I got my car back within hours with AC working as usual and I just had to pay 200AED service chargeConclusion: Dynatrade may be good at services but they are not to trust when your car has a problem! They only understand process and how to push back. I never expected it from such big company or so I thought it was..
My car was sent to Dynatrade for repair after accident, I must say its by far the worst and run down body shop in the city. They hammered by bumper and returned the car. The cheap work showed on my Nissan Patrol and upon asking the individual at the centre said its 2018 so we only repair. Repair for them is hammer and paint. And such a cheap job they do. Ya’ll stay clear from these guys its a rip off.. pandemic got to their customer values… regret to have let them touch my car. Please stick to servicing the car.. but again I have left no confidence on their over all service. Never again…
Dynatrade is that workshop that comes in between the agency/dealer and the other workshops... This position in terms of price, but quality of work is more towards the quality of the agency/dealer.It is cheaper than the agency but more expensive than regular workshops.I have been serving my cars with them for years now, and always got very good service.Generally recommended if your dealer warranty is expired.
Integrity is the bedrock of all business, when you break a client trust it is irrevocable they have given an itimized written quote and then after assessing the car in their garage and then on handing in have chosen to renege. And have hiked the price without any justification by 50%. Completely unprofessional.
I have delivered my car to Dyna Al Quoz 28 July 2021. They have informed me it is rush, so bring the car after 10 days, but i have dropped my car on the same day so that mean time they can do paper work.Till 6th August they were not able to get approval from insurance until i have involved and same day LPO was approved. 8th they have confirmed me that they started the process and approximately delivery date is 24th August 2021. Im wondering, if parts available just for repair (not major) why they need this much time, i have requested bit earlier, but answer is NO. Related to quality of the work expecting to update later.Also im wondering reading google reviews i decided to use Dyna Al qouz, but Partially disappointed.Also, requesting to owner, look in to works for delaying works for his future.
I paid 1400 aed for full inspection and service they took 3 days for this after receiving my car within 2 days my car stopped at Red light unable to start.When I contacted them they started making excuse that you brought the faulty car.After paying they didnt even did inspection and I dont know what they did with my alternator and starting motor they Both butnt.Worse service unprofessional staff

My experience with Dynatrade was beyond terrible, I am informing any future customers NOT TO DEAL with them in under any circumstances, because they simply treat all their customers with no respect. I had delivered my car here based on the insurance recommendation that Dynatrade was professional on 29/03/2020 for only a bodywork repair, and I had received it only 22/04/2020 with the requested repairs I had asked them and I got it approved to get repairs done, not only they did deliver the car late, they didn’t do the job that was approved for it.Very unprofessional, and the most unrespectful service agent who is simply laughing at your face!Also I am sure that all the 5 stars ratings now are either internal staff, or fake accounts managed by SEO company.

Pathetic , unprofessional and slow service.I gave my car at Dynatrade Al Quoz branch on October 13 2020 and was informed that I will be get it back within one week i.e. maximum by October 20. I understand 7 days is sufficient enough time to fix a small damage. However, today I was informed that it will take another week to fix the car. It took a weeks time to arrange for the part and they are asking for one more week to now fix it. Whenever you call Body and repair shop staff to check for the status they will inform we will call back later however they will never call back. Despite being such a huge and big name in the market they dont have stock of simple parts. Extremely disappointed and wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Not impressive at all. Staff lacks professional communication skills with customers. A few years ago I had a bad experience, my recent experience was the same. First, I purchased a coupon booklet from them and was told it applies to my vehicle and when I tried to use the coupons they said it is not valid for my car and had to pay more, obviously, their sales staff who sold us the coupon booklet lied to us in order to sell. Second, when we used the coupon for AC gas top up, the next day the AC broke down. The Service Advisor accused us of lying about our car AC suggesting that we already knew about it and that we came to Dynatrade so they can fix it. When we got the car back, everything was set to factory defaults. Mile instead of Kilometers, wrong time on the clock, and of course an extra white for the AC which we naturally did not opt for because we decided to go somewhere else. Never again!!!

If you came here through the insurance company, you will regret the day you drove a car. The place is huge and very clean it looks professional, but the attitude of the employees is not professional at all. The try to ignore you and never help you, and the these are the customer service!After handing in your car, you will not be able to know anything about it, the service guy even blocks your number if you ask for an update. They told me the accident required 10 days although its a minor one and it only needs couple of days. Eventually they handed in the car after one month of chasing them for an update or a repair. The funny thing is that they let you sign a paper that the promised time is only indicative and you dont have the right to hold it against them. And of yeah the repair is not clean at all. Made me regret going there in the first place ... never again!
I chose axa insurance because they have u as a listed partner. when i had a small accident i specifically ask axa that i want repairs to be done in dynatrade. unfortunately the very first day i was told to just book my repair in a later stage because garage is overloaded with work. after a week i drop my car and was told i can get it back next week. job is very minor and can be done in a day but i agreed. then after a week (saturday) i was told it will only be finished today wednesday. i called again today and its still not ready. really disappointed. i will never take my car again. its not worth the time, hassle and money. i ended up spending more than the job required. this really made me regret i chose to give my car for repair.

Actually I have some doubts regarding all this positive feedback that is here as I had a very bad experience this place.I gave them my Honda CRV car to repair the car trunk as someone hit it .they said it can not be repaired and it needs to be replaced with another trunk and will take about 8 to 9 days . After 9 days , I called them and they said its not finished and when I asked when it will be finished they said we have no idea !!After 3 days , I tried to call them and I got the same reply ... not finished and we dont know when it will be finished !!I tried to call them again with no reply for the whole day which is not logic or accepted even from small workshops.Then I tried to contact the service manager and he said I have no idea for now ... tomorrow I will inform u ... then next day they informed me that the car not finished and needs more 4 days .After 4 days which was day 18 from receiving the car they finished it . Unfortunately, after that I found a very bad finishing which can not be even accepted from a small workshop despite he told me that they replaced the trunck which I means I should get a good finishing not like that !!!Also , few days after using the car the called me as the forgot and gave me wrong spare tyre not my tyre .Really it was a very terrible experience.
Quality below par. Took too much time and the job wasnt even upto the mark. Have to go again because the front bumper they fixed has a gap between the body of more than a tube of toothpaste.

Extremely disappointed by the service and the attitude of the employees and Manager.Brought my car for a bumper repair and painting. I left it there 2 weeks as I was going on leave.When collecting, the bumpers were fine. So we paid for the service. Once in the car we found out that 3 screws were removed from the door locker and the door wouldnt close anymore which affected the centralized system.They were unable to give me a clear explanation of what happen and only said that the car was left after reparation on the roof or God knows where and as there is no camera there they cant tell who and why they touched it and removed those screws.Problem is that now they might have removed or replaced other parts in the car without my knowledge and they wouldnt give me anything to prove me the opposite. They suggested that I go have it checked in another garage at my cost !!The Manager was very rude and as I already paid for the service he didnt want to bother more.The screw were replaced, I had to pay again for a taxi going back home as they needed to keep the car one more day. Plus taxi for work and again to come pick up the car.Anyway very very unpleasant experience !!!
Replaced and repainted bumper and the bonnet on my Mazda CX5 2017. Professional service, above expectations. There were few small spots of orange peel that they were happy to re-polish. The licence plate garnish was not adequately installed but overall I left as a happy customer, primarily very satisfied with the paint job. Recommendation and would come back.
