I visited The Gearbox last week for my Mercedes G-Class 2018 and loved the overall experience. I came in for a transmission repair and found it extremely affordable. Other garages sent me outrageous quotes for completely replacing my transmission. Thankfully, I chose the Gearbox because not only was it affordable but it was an amazing experience. The Sales advisors were extremely helpful and sent me a quote right after inspecting my vehicle for free and they were actually able to repair whatever issues I had instead of just replacing my transmission. Dear Owner, Im not sure why you cant find my detail, but Im now attaching my invoice of the job done, so you can check with your team there, Im trying to get in touch with the sales person Sumesh, also the manager there Taariq, but no response, and just for your information Im calling to check every 2 or 3 days but they never pick up my call. when called the number you posted below, they say Tariq is not available and will get back to you, and then thats it, no call back nothing...Previous feedback below---------I did my car ac repair with this car, they told me they have. to remove my dashboard to replace the evaporator, which they did. but during this process they have damaged my center console. when I received my car its broken every where in side, they conveniently told me they cant fix it and its a loss for them, finally I had to call the police to help me, and they had to agree to fix in front of the police, this was on 22nd day of ramadan, they told the parts will arrive after eid and they will replace it, now its more than a month still no update, calling them every alternative day and they dont respond. how can people like this get away with such frauds? hope the management takes some action on this and get my car fixed.It really feels sad every time I sit in my car and to know a garage who claims so much to be professional has done this to my car.I hope somebody can intervene and solve this issue. thanks.

I heard much compliments from my colleagues about this company, so when I felt that my AC was not working, I tried to bring my car today in the gearbox. We , Same Day Dental Implants have a Rolls Royce for Patient pick ups and drop. We have been having problems with the engine and few other things lately. After trying 2 or 3 garages (who so claim to be experts at Rolls Royce) we took the car to GEARBOX. Mr Tareq the supervisor there, took note of all the details, extreme care and took in the car for service. 1 month since i have taken the delivery until now no problems. Best part is GEARBOX have also offered us to bring in the car for the free general check up one month later to see if everything is going fine after the service.No exaggeration. Had an appointment of Major Service with my Infiniti QX70 about a week ago and after the service, The Gearbox team informed me that there were some additional issues needed for my car to be fixed. If you’re looking to restore (not customize or modernize) your classic car and are looking for a long-term reliable place to spend your money, the gearbox is truly a wonder. Brought in my recently purchased 1983 Mercedes Benz 280 SL and they’ve restored it to its natural state in a matter of 3 weeks. When I say restored, I mean the car looks like it was just purchased brand new in the year of 83. Awesome work guys, will be back soon!

Dont get fooled by the adv. they make, they took my car for minor service and it is a NISSAN TIIDA and got me bill of 4600 AED, i paied however, the car came back with more problems and vibration and when i try to contact them about it, THEY LITERALLY DONT KNOW YOU !!! becarfull !!!

I have been dealing with a lot of Garages since my 20 years living in the UAE and so Far the Auto Pros- The Gearbox is one of the worse Garage I have ever dealt with.I had my Car which is a Mercdes GLA 250 delivered on 28 of July 2021 to the Garage and my car stayed with them for more than 12 days and after a lot of promises that the car will be fixed and the date to pick up the car was set. We were in shock to be informed that they couldnt do the job. We end up wasting our time and our energy and whatever we have been told nothing of it happen below are the points in details*No Professional in dealing with the Customer at all especially from our Service Advisor Louy whom never answer his call and never send emails with the the work progress or even the cost of the work progress.*in Any Garage once they get any car and do the check up they should send an estimated details about the issue and details with this Garage it never happen this to make sure incase the dont fix your car it is not their issue*They promise and never Deliver what the have promised after 12 days of waiting we were told car will be ready on after 12 days of waiitng and we had a video shared with us with the work progress and at the end nothing was done and all was bubbles in the airThey made us to talk with different advisor and superior from Tarek to Haig and non of them wanted to take the responsibility in the bad service that was given to usImagine any one of us given his car and waiting for 12 days to have it done and then you get in shock that nothing was done and they could even have caused the car more damage.

I have been looking around for an honest workshop for my car for the past 2 years. I never thought of finding one until I went to Auto Pros recently. The technicians are professional and the owner is straight honest and honorable. I will definitely go back there again. Highly recommended!

One of the worst experience I had in my experience in Dubai.There is no quality in the service. I got my Audi serviced recently with some issues and nothing is really fixed. The people doesnt even acknowledge the issue.I am not sure they have team to service the German cars or not. The solution to each issue is change transmission or engine work. Even the minor issue which was highlighted is not resolved.Took my boot closure cover and never installed in back even after taking the car back to garage.Total waste of money. I high recommend people not to visit them at all.

Very happy with the new paint job done on my Nissan GTR. The peel-able paint finishing was beyond great, and this place is a great choice for custom paint jobs. If you’re looking to go the extra mile such as myself I would recommend a ceramic coating job to make sure the paint lasts much longer.

Beware of this garage, they look good from the outside but they could not fix a car properly and will do a trial and error in replacing parts and over charge you. Learn from my mistake and do not be a victim of this bogus garage. They made me buy a throttle body for my captiva and still did not fix the issue. I removed my car and got it fixed by a smaller garage in Al Qusais they found out that the throttle body is not the problem and fix the old one and my car is running properly. This gearbox will drain your pocket and will not fix your car properly. BEWARE!!!

They are not able to detect or repair the simplest problems in the car, but they are very skilled in collection of money.They will tell you that everything is okay and the car is perfect now, then you will discover that they are liars and cheaters and that the car is in a bad condition.Don’t waste your time and money there and search for a real workshop

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would, the service is the worst.I gave my Mercedes to replace the suspension, however, they havent fixed the issue, they replaced parts and took the money and the issue with the suspension hasn’t been solved. I have given the car back around 10 times and when they give it back the car is fine for 1-2 days then the problem comes again. I would not recommend this repair shop.

Brought my moms range rover sport here and was absolutely surprised at how amazing the experience was! The receptionist was lovely and offered us coffee upon arriving so we instantly felt so comfortable. Our car was checked thoroughly and inspected right in front of us which was so convenient. I loved the service so much that I recommended all my family members! It was perfect and the garage felt like a second home. Definitely will continue servicing my car with them and would recommend others to come!

I have used The Gear Box twice now after finding them when I had a problem with the brakes on my Audi S3. Their service from start to finish has been first rate and their after sales follow up leaves many larger dealers behind. The quality of the service and value for money is also second to none. Gearbox changed the exhaust pipe on my car in January and the replacement piece that they used broke just 3 months/1k km after the repair. I went back to them and asked for the piece to be replaced and eventually the advisor told me that they had done it.When I went to pick my car, I asked to check it from underneath and found out that they just weld a piece of metal to fix the noise coming from the broken part while the advisor told me that they had replaced it!! And the worst part is that they wouldnt even admit it that they had just done the welding!!On top of that, the advisor kept on telling me that my noise problem was coming from other parts (which was 100% not the case) in order to bill me for more repairs. They tried to charge me much higher than other garages would for such repairs.My car used to drive flawlessly but since I made the initial repair with Gearbox, the quality of the drive has gotten significantly worse..I used to recommend this garage but after my last experience and how I was treated by them, I will definitely advise to avoid them instead!

We were looking for a new garage to service our company fleet of cars after many unsatisfactory experiences with a number of garage services and found the Gearbox Auto Services online.. our first experience with them has been really satisfactory and that is an understatement... it was actually superb... even memorable.. professionalism and customer service at the highest level... I brought in my BMW 6 series for some work and they did a great job making sure i was well taken care of. The look of the garage has a very modern fresh feel to it. I promise you wont come around any garage with the same theme as this place and for once it actually looks like there is a garage in Dubai with a complete professional team. Everything at this place is transparent, hence the giant glass they leave for all their customers to see the work that is actually being done and if their parts are actually being changed. Also they set a play station out for the customers to compete with each other in an awesome racing game.

If you’re struggling with restoring a classic car, this workshop is a godsend! I own a classic 1976 Corvette for a couple years now and it has made a dent in my bank account because of the amount of times I’ve taken it to different places for restoration, repair and customization. The guys at the gearbox kept my car for a couple of weeks and they re-installed a new engine, restored the interior, and did a great paint job all for a great price. Really relieved I found this place and would highly recommend any classic car owner.

When you own a Maserati you need a good garage to back you without breaking the bank and that’s the Gearbox. I had a major revision and I was really worried about the bill searched several places and was pleasantly surprise with Gearbox. The whole experience is different more like a what a good garage should be rather than the boring depressing ones we are used to. The place is more like a modern day lounge, airy fresh and welcoming , and some intriguing art on the walls. You can see the service facilities from the lounge, through the huge glass wall , amazingly pristine, a joy to watch them working on your vehicle.They explained what my car needs , what’s essential to fix immediately and what can wait till the next cycle , I guess they want me to come back and I surly will. Truly a shift from the traditional “garage”. A next level entertainment lounge while waiting for your car. From the comfy couches to the PS4 racing seats, this place is definitely the most modern garage I’ve been to. Gearbox came to my rescue when my BMW 530i broke down. They responded immediately to recover the car to their workshop, promptly identified and rectified an ECU problem. Without prompting they conducted an inspection of the car and identified a number of safety issues requiring urgent attention. They very promptly prepared and delivered an estimate of the work required, and when instructed to undertake the work, completed it very quickly and delivered the car to my house. All services were performed as per the quote received, Sumesh kept me informed about all the issues related to my car, the major service was done as per schedule with no hidden or extra charge, the car was delivered to my house as per the time given by him. Would highly recommend them. The team at the workshop is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Honestly it is difficult to find a trustworthy and honest garage. I have had issues with my car and had taken it to 2 garages prior, who couldn’t fix the issue!Now the car has been fixed finally and not only was it fairly priced, he also serviced the engine for FREE!Amazing and definitely would recommend!
