I had a terrible experience with them. Dropped my car for a minor work (bumper change) as I received their contact from my insurance. They took 1 week to change a bumper and then miscommunicated with me regarding pickup time. After chasing them for 2 days, I went to their office when they agreed to give the car back. When I reached there, the car was not fixed properly, it was super dirty and they refused to lift the car so I could check the work done. Upon intervention from the insurance side, they facilitated me wasting 3 hours of my time. I will never go to them again ever.

I was trying to contact the garage on two different numbers given on site, even no one bother to answer the call either replies to WhatsApp which i have sent for two numbers, no idea how can i give them to fix the bumper which to claim the insurance.

Worst garage ever , totally not recommended . Specially their supervisor khalid , he is not honest , don’t ever try them.

Luxury resprayed my classic car and did an excellent job. One year on and I’m not disappointed with the finish which still looks great. I would recommend Luxury to a friend.

I don’t recommend at all!, Don’t Trust!, The guy responsible for the repairing is impolite...!Just for replacing my car bumber they asked the insurance for three days, when i came to take the car after three days its not yet ready and i waited for 3.5 hrs in the Garage..They tried to hide a broken part and tight it with zipper under the bumber instead of replacing it.. “cheating”The front sensors got damage “always alerting”..The shield covering above the tier is not same size and i regret giving them my car!!

I’ve been in this garage for almost 4 years now. They take care of my beetle and my fiancée X5, they always fixed the problem professionally. The staff are great and amazing. I highly recommend them if you want your cars to be treated accordingly. Wonderful service equals to satisfied customers.

Before they were good , now they are over expensive , they gave me quotation of 1500aed for changing 3 water hoses.. which i got it for half price from VW ALNABOODAH , very poor service i dont advise anyone to go there anymore
