Brought my Jaguar XF for rear left fender repair.Picked it up today after a week.When I inspected the job I immediately saw that something was off. The circular edge around the wheel is supposed to be sharp but they made it totally rounded. On top of that there are screws missing on the wheel lining (see pictures). So they asked me to bring the car again when I have time but Im so upset that I will again waste my time and money with taxis for the duration of the job. Basically they have no quality control like all the other body shops in Dubai working with insurances. Job safety makes them careless I guess...

I have always had my insurance repairs done at the agency, but this my first experience at a non agency workshop and frankly I was hesitant. The service I received was really great and the quality of the job is even better. They were on time and my vehicle was returned, exceeded my expectations. Absolutely astonishing service. I took my car for a glass change,but to my surprise along with glass change,they have returned it to me well cleaned and neat as the vehicle had some significant stain on some part of the interior. Very good garage, I left the my Mercedes e350 after an accident as my insurance company directed me here. I also asked them to do the service while the car was there, they kept me informed of the progress throughout and a car came back as good as new, even better than before the accident!Just a little confusing as there r 2 europecars, this is he one on 8th street!Keep up the good work

Unreliable, unproffesional are the kindest words I can use. I was forced to take my car there to be repaired by the insurance company aftwr a guy forgot to press his brakes in traffic. For the past 4 months no job whatsoever has been done on my car that is been thrown in the sun, heat and sand bringing the car into horrible state. Their excuse is that no parts are available...

Worst ever. No commitment on dates and inexperienced technicians. I wonder why they are listed on Oman Insurance Garages. It gives them a very bad reputation. Not recommended at all. Reason: are unable to fix a car bumper. Three attempts and didnt get it right

They are the worst garage in whole of uae....customer service does not exist and keep making fake promises. They need days to do a small job, they do not care about customers.
