Professionally managed Car Service organisation, of a busy main road on the approach to the Al Khor road. Reasonable service charges. Entrance and reception area is ordinary, however staff are responsive. Lacks easy accessibility to public transport.

I got good service in dynatrade nad al hammar

Wondering, had called the service advisor to repair my car and then he asked which insurance. He has advised you can get the car for evaluation and insurance approval but we are fully booked for next 3 weeks!!Is it that you don’t accept immediately for car repair which comes from insurance ?Not happy at all and not recommending in such cases.

Costwise good and they have Neat & Nice workshop in overall but i was not at all happy with their works.Especially, please dont go for a small job that too for insurance claim, as first of all they will take atleast 3-4days (after insurance approval and after you leave the car there) for a 3hour job work and secondly there wont be any quality check or good workmanship...I felt work was just done for sake of completion and unfortunately if there has to be any rework, again 1-2days to wait....(Edited : Based on below response from Owner, I had immediately sent an email explaining the issues, but till date not even a single response, thats their value to customers)

Engineer Srujan provided an excellent services , The Service Manager Was Great in supporting the customers , Notified me on the right time to get the Radiator leak rectified.On the whole very happy with the Customer service

I had a bet of issues with my car Nissan Patrol, the initiative of finding solutions from them was great from Service adviser Mr. Anish to service Manager Mr. Gnanagandhi, also Mr. Ajith workshop supervisor put all efforts he could. Went for car repair due to accident (backside bumper only) , they inform that they are busy and car repair will take 2 months. All branches response same. How come this possible, so all purpose of going with good insurance for car goes in vein..

Poor quality of work. Side mirror and right passenger front door dented and repainting only. It took almost a month with them because I was not satisfied with the result of their work. I asked them to re-do the painting of the door. Side mirror casing was not fitted properly. They did not even call to inform me that my car was ready. As I took my car, I was even more disappointed because the interior was too dusty, even the engine. There were some stains on the seat and arm rest. I just don’t have choice but to get my car. Based on my personal experience, the quality of work is deteriorating unlike before. The cost they charge is not worth the quality of their service.

Miscommunication, I request to do extra job not covered by insurance and it will be paid by me , the man who responsible for repairs didn’t respond. After 14 days in the shop I received my car dirty, disgusting and put it whole day in uncovered parking

Got scratches all over the car. They tell you appointments are fully booked and ask you to come in a different date. However if you go there then you can find out there is no such appointment system is in place. They overbook the service and do a shabby work. This one was at Nad Al Hamar branch, Al quoz is a bit ok.

Very bad experience from Dynatrade.Today morning I gave my car for regular service in Dynatrade Nad Al Hamar. When I gave my car, I requested the technician to check AC air vent if it’s closing properly. At noon, I received call from technician saying the car AC console is damaged and switches and all are damaged. I told him there was no such problems before giving for service. Evening when I went for picking up my car, I was shocked to see the AC console totally damaged. The technicians are refusing to accept its their mistake, and they treated me as if I am lying.Now I’m left with complete damage of AC console without any compensation from Dynatrade, for a mistake done by Dynatrade. Please could you give justice in this issue?Update August:Just to update on my experience with Dynatrade, after the bad service from Dynatrade, I gave my car for regular service in Emarat pump. The technician told me the AC filter looks like it was not cleaned for a year. This is after the full service I did in Dynatrade where they said they replaces AC filter. Good luck to all those who still rely on Dynatrade.

Avoid repairing accidents here at all costs!! The Dynatrade Nad Al Hamar service is slow and their surveyors are unprofessional. They have major issues sourcing car parts and will just waste your time. All my car needed was a side mirror and I’ve waited for a month. I eventually decided to go somewhere else even if it costs me more. Definitely won’t come back here.

Their services are good, you get the feel of satisfaction but cars are never cleaned at the time of deliver and it’s actually dirtier since their staff dont use any thing to protect the interior.Overall the staff is pathetic, they know 0 customer dealing, not as responsibe as they should be. Its a good store to have your regular car service done. Things are not very well organised when you go to deliver your car as no token, no clear queues. Still I recommend it as they put only genuine parts - as they claim- and the team is helpful, professionally good and their charges are less than the car agencies.

They dont have sufficient manpower as Ive been informed that I have to wait for a week for approval from insurance company and two more weeks for repairing appointment only which means more one or two weeks for repairing my car as they are too busy!!!

I got disappointed with the service since I am an old customer with them, it has been changed drastically from good to worst customer service. And their routine maintenance were not to the satisfactory level.

Brought my car for a coolant leak repair. After a week, was told parts required were not available. Outsourced by myself, brought the radiator and water pump ASSEMBLY as required. After a week, got my car ready and billed 1200. After using a car for a day, the same issue was there and was told that the leak was not there when they did the servicing. I pulled out my car and found out the the water pump assembly was not fully installed (only half) probably it is because of the difficulty in access and man hours / volume of work. In addition, most of the parts refitted (for access) was not refitted properly. and the worst one, the coolant reservoir was filled with steering wheel oil.Reported the issue to management and couldnt get anything, as a result, I purchased again the water pump assembly.
