I didn’t get time to go for service my car, so I came across this app and I downloaded it... they need info about my car , location and time/ date...i booked at 3pm and the guy came exact on time. He had great knowledge as well with communication….my car was so dirty from inside… the guy took around 3 hrs for my car since it’s a SUV . But I m so satisfied and happy with the service….I must recommend this service from my syara…One more thing you can get 50 dhms in yr credit if u refer to your friends..

I have really a bad experience with them, poor quality no profession no morals at ALL. they took my car over two weeks to repair it. instead of that they damage it and bring it back with a recovery its all because i didnt agree there prices !! still they made me pay 1,000 aed to release it for labor charge and services which nothing have been done . TAKE CARE every one they are professional thieves

I have learnt my lesson, never go with such deceiving online Apps they have advertised free pic up , full car wash, 360 car check, air & cabin filter clean Nothing true about what is mentioned only pickup my car changed the oil & filter and returned the car by recovery truck because they have damaged the radiator upper neck, but I only get a sweet talkers and nice WhatsApp messages that is all so guys if you are doing a simple oil change just go to any Epco / Enoc stations instead of waiting for 4-5 hours for oil lube through such Apps and online deceiving information

Their service was flawless from pick up to delivery and they will always keep you updated on the current progress of the service. I got my car same day as well. They picked up my clean car for an assessment report and delivered the car so dirty with trash in the car and the outside was also very dirty with handmarks. They even failed to put back the airfilter back properly, the filter was just thrown in there and not secure, I even wonder how they didn’t get to know because the car sound was loud because the airfilter space was open. For a first timer with them, that was a very poor job and I wouldn’t use them again.

You can book on the same day or in advance and My syara van was at my door step in time . Its the worst service i have ever encountered, poor communication, overpricing, and also they scratched my car and sent someone to educate me on how scratches happen, you want peace of mind pay more in an agency or use servicemycar.ae..by far better, they are very good in Pr adverts but do not deliver what they advertise...I do not recommend at all...photos of the scratches on my car versus the pickup checklist..zoom as the lighting of the photo is terrible...but just save yourself and use an agency or another service..

Good price for servicing but if you have any additional work to do dont go to this garage.Service package doesnt have Spark plug change for major servicing and I was asking for labor price and when I reached the garage they started to replace it I kept on asking what is the labor charge and they said talk to Moosa from Mysyara and he will quote. I told them to stop working on Spark plug replacementuntill I get the quote and they quoted me 360 dhirams for Spark plug change. I immediately told them I cant pay it and fix it as it was. Be carefull while stepping into the garage.Dont fall for this catchy price of 349.
