Very bad experience I had with this Europro Auto repairing garage, Also, the behave of the responsible person is very bad and impulsive. first i drop my car to this garage for AC repairing after checking he informed me that need to change the compressor, radiator and condenser and Paid 1600 (have bill) after one week i collected my car the AC was not working and he told me just after sometimes AC will work properly while run the car witch not happened. In the same day night i drive the car from hessa street to jumeirah road and Suddenly the car start moving slowly while pressing accelerator car pedal after green light actives. Next day i dropped the car again to Europro Auto repairing to check, he left my car there in his shop for many days checking, after that he ask again for more money to fix the other issue related to the Engine witch never happened to my car before, (my car was in good condition before dropped to him and i never face engine issue) unfortunately my car left for more days outside his shop and he is not responding, my car now in bad condition, at list before i was suffusing from AC not working but now the car not working at all, battery down, Car wheels airless and start moving by taxi. i gave my car to another car repairing shop to fix the issue or sale the car.i admitted my mistake because my colleague advised me do not full payment an till check the condition of car.i am not recommending to use this car repairing shop.

Found this garage online and gave them a call, I explained the issue and was requested to bring the car for a checkup. They spotted the issue, gave a quote that was very reasonable. Saham is very helpful and professional. He explains the process of fixing. And most important, they will never do a job that is not needed just to let you pay extra. To summarize all: Excellent service at an affordable price. I have installed new headers for my car and I’m loving it. Will definitely come back for more jobs when needed.

I highly recommend this workshop because they solved an issue in my car that other workshops couldn’t do. They are very professional in finding quick solutions and there prices is good!

I believe that the person who got the car is a In-charge for my cars and drivers. He informed me that the service was completed and it was fixed.*The above report is after the reserviced my carI had my car serviced 2 days back and i have the same problem now. When i contacted them they denied to fix the issue they are so unprofessional and disconnected the call. They denied fixing the car now. they dont want to even speak to me. I am very disappointed with this behavior. I would give a negative - 5 rating but i do not have that option. I recommend you not to get your car serviced or repaired with these people. **Pathetic Service**

I am having a very bad experience with this shop. I send my car after recommendations from friends and after inspection I was quoted a rather large amount. The amount was fair because of the work that was needed, I agreed and specifically asked the manager Mr Frank if the proposed repair would be sufficient. His reply was positive saying that this is the only work needed. So after waiting 3 days he called to say that the repair was finished but when he started the motor it completely broke and now I have to replace the motor.Now I am left with no choice but to pay for another motor, as he is placing the blame to the condition of the car.The one star is for him failing to see the real problem from the beginning, the inconvenience that he caused and of course the fact that my bill has skyrocketed.
