Would like to appreciate Garage management, who took immediate action to resolve my car problem. My car stopped on the road (with water heating issue and AC was not cooling at all at this hot summer time) at night time at around 10PM, and when I called garage they did not told me to wait, Garage Manager immediately told me to bring car for repair, on the next day I received a quote, which required my approval, after negotiation - I received a good discount and in 48 hours car was ready. Thanks to Rapido garage I had my car repaired on time during Eid Holiday without hassle. If you speak about quality of work: after major work: 1. Car Engine sound became so cool and soft, 2. AC performance - cooling as the car was at new condition; 3. Fuel consumption drastically reduced 4. Car reliability is much higher now. Thank you once again!

I used the services of this garage twice in the past month. The first time I urgently needed help with something and, among all the garages I reached out to, Rapido was the first one to reply and the most efficient to communicate. Ashif has been an absolute superstar throughout the whole process - I genuinely felt that he wanted to make my experience at their garage efficient, and so I did not to hesitate to come to them just in two days for the overall check of my BMW (that was a bit overdue because my previous experience at other garages was quite painful). This was done during the day with me coming back to my car at the time convenient for me, and finding it fully taken care of. I also felt that the price was very fair for that level of service and Ashif explained everything that they checked and everything that he recommends I keep an eye on in the future.I would recommend it to anyone and will definitely come back again for regular checks!

It was my first time doing my Golf R MK7 Minor service there.Great customer service, Dianne- the lady at the reception was very friendly and professional, made sure the car was taken care of.The rest of the staff working around the car was very nice too, Service was done in 2 hours, good wash and cleaned the inside too!10/10 would recommend!

This is my updated review for Rapido Garage since I upgraded my car to BMW X6 (previously I used to service/repair my Mitsubishi here). I and my wife always service the cars here. A while ago my BMW X6 had a hit and run body damage and Rapido Garage fixed it making it look like new. On top of it I also asked them to do Nano Ceramic Coating, painting of brake calipers to blue to match BMW blue. And at the same time polished all the body scratches, and headlights. Thanks to Mr. Behzod and his friendly team of mechanics and painters for always taking care about my ride. After I quit using dealership services in Dubai, Rapido Garage became a favorite. The location is really convenient for me and I really enjoy spending time in the reception hall with tea-coffee and WiFi. Rapido Garage for me is also a sort of a museum or car showroom, they do work on restoring some unbelievably beautiful classic cars as well as all the modern ones. I sent off my BMW rims for restoration and repaint because they were in rough condition. Rapido garage was able to do the job quite quickly; in about 48 hours. After I received my rims back (which they delivered free of cost), I was pleasantly surprised with the finished product; the finish and quality of the paint was top notch!I would totally recommend you all to pay them a visit for most of your car needs, they are reasonable with their prices and very efficient.

They are proactive in doing there job and the prices are reasonable compared to other garages in the area, considering they have discount for airline crew. I was dealing with Imdad who was very professional in handling my car.

My first review.I’ve been there on 17.09.20.Had several issues with my BMW X5. Rear suspension and broken/melted wires (9 years old car). Problems were solved within a day, new rear shock mounts (top and bottom) on both sides were installed and wires were replaced. Will try to attach the photos. Parts were purchased myself and they didn’t have any issue with this, comparing to other places who most like will refuse this and will insist on buying from then with I think you all know what will be the price (min 3 times more that it costs).I recommend this place to all BMW owners rapido garage knows what they are doing. Straight forward place, decent price! Have visited many places in Dubai, but looks like I found the right one.

Worst service and customer service ever. First we agreed on a work to do and they replied after more then 1 week that they wont be able to do it. After talking to the manager, they told me they are able now to do the work but for a price that was just ridiculous out of market.Then they offer free delivery service after the work is done, but they want that you pay first before delivering your car?!?! I told them i want to see first the car and then if everything is ok, i will pay what we agreed.Absolutely useless, incompetence customer service

My personal experience has been really bad for me, with this garage. I have a Chrysler 300c, got many work done by Rapido garage and got my car back on 5th August. Spark plug, oil, transmission fluid, brake pad, lower and upper arms, and drive shaft all changed. Brake disk to be skimmed and coolant flashed etc etc. AED7.7K was the bill.After I got the car back, i went to get my tyres changed and the tyre shop employee says the brake pad sticker is still on, which surprised me. I send the picture right away (on 6th august) and was told that the sticker should be on (even though it says remove sticker before fitting). Also, the disk doesnt look skimmed to me (attached photo), but have been explained that it might have caught rust within one day. I am not an expert to contest that, so maybe i am wrong there.When I opened the hood of my car, my engine cover is missing! When I call the general manager of the garage to explain, he said the sticker doesnt affect safety and the disk was skimmed and must have got rusted since they gave my car to me, and the engine cover is still there and i can take it back anytime i want. Didnt get a good feeling from talking to him, my personal thought.Even though they say i should bring my car to the garage and they will fix all the faults (having claimed there were no faults), i dont trust this garage anymore so will probably go to another place - as i drive on highway and my safety is priority over anything else. I will buy another engine cover, dont want to visit this place ever again.added after reply from general manager:i took the picture on 6th august which is the next day after delivery of my car, so there is no chance of rust in one day.Also, nobody told me on the phone that my engine cover was left behind.the reason why i wont give my car back for rectification is that i dont trust you anymore. Service is something based on trust, nothing else.Instead of trying to justify the poor service, please try and improve your internal quality control so nobody else has some of the car parts left behind in your shop and be driving with brakes that arent properly fixed.worst customer service ever imo.

Covid-19 had brought in unique circumstances. I dropped my car for engine timing belt repair and was stuck outside the country for 6 months. During this time Nabeel and team had taken the time to ensure the vehicle was safe, secured and thoroughly repaired as per my expectations. They waited for me to return, test drive and pay post being satisfied. Am unsure if i could have trusted my Audi Q7 to have been left at any other garage for 6 months in UAE.They charged me 20% of what Audi showroom would charge and earned a happy customer.

The staff are down to earth and know their job. Noushad explained the root cause the engine warning light popping up on my BMW X5 in a simplest possible manner. Oxygen sensor and spark plugs were replaced and the car now runs awesome again. Cheers Rapido, will recomommend you to everyone !
