Hands down, the BEST BMW garage in the UAE! They are more proficient and professional than the dealership! Been repairing all my BMWs there for more than 7 years. I am a person who is more concerned with the quality of repairs than the price, but their prices are much lower than the dealership yet better quality. Had an 2002 BMW E46 Convertible and they literally brought it back to life with a complete overhaul from the interior, to mechanical repairs, to body repairs. Their painter is so professional and I couldnt even tell the car was painted! Sometimes I would have a check engine light or any kind of failure and they would be able to tell me whats wrong with my car over the phone!Last year I had a brand new 2018 BMW M4 Competition and had a small accident where the door was re-painted at the dealership but you could easily tell it was a bad paint job so I took it to Octane and they scrubbed off the entire panel paint and repainted it again then it looked brand new! Highly recommended garage and although they specialize in BMW mainly, they can fix any car!

These guys know their stuff (BMWs). I recently bought a 2011 BMW 316i and they were super professional, patient and honest with me during the pre-purchase inspection. The maintenance that I have done from this place are a tad on the pricey side, but the quality and expertise is the best in the business. Shoutout to Hitesh and Manoj for being incredibly helpful and reassuring with my first car. Overall, pretty solid experience with these guys.

Based on strong recommendation visited the place for first time today to resolve some issues of my BMW X5. This is an outstanding place and Shak, The Boss was simply superb. Without a doubt – the best BMW Car Service Center in the UAE. I had a really extraordinary mission impossible to take care off aka “the Korean Challenge” – which all the rest failed miserably. The Ethan Hunt of the BMW world (Shak and his guys) accomplished it. And guess what: They did it on budget and on time as promised. Quick and professional to the point. If you prefer large luxury receptions, useless Sir here, Sir there, from tons of so-called experts offering you a cappuccino (experts in thinking of how to cover their incapacity and how to charge you for that) then go for the others. With Shakeel and his team you won’t get “all” this (although the coffee machine works there also from time to time 😊) but simply great, superb hands on service, in addition to a good share of Shak’s real funny bone-dry sense of humor.

Had my car fixed at this service center over two weeks but they couldnt fix it. They just do trial and error. They are not well experienced. Also, the person in chargeshakeel take the customers cars for his personal use after garage hours. I totally do not recommend this service center.

Worst car experience I have had in my life.

The best BMW Car Service Center in the UAE hands down. Way better than the AGMC Dealership even with very friendly and professional staff. They saved me twice from buying a BMW M3 and a BMW Z4 where the owner claimed they had full service history and had never been in an accident; I took the car to Octane Car Service for a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) and the guru and owner Mr. Shak found so many problems in the car saving me from buying a disaster! These guys know cars inside out and I highly recommend them.

Always go to Hithesh for any problems I face with my BMWs. He’s transparent with all the issues in the cars and with the pricing (and he knows what he’s doing). Only wish I found them earlier, rather than wasting so much money at AGMC.

Shak is brilliant person really and has proper experience in BMW over the rest in Dubai but I recommend to check the car the job is done because the staff sometime on rush and didnt follow it up so its better before u take the car after service is dont to let Shak make check over again
