I got some paint damage in my car after touching a white pole and I had no idea on how to fix it, so I took it to them and in 5 minutes they used some chemicals to clean it up. They were very honest and told me that no repaint was required, even though other garages told me the same service would cost around AED 1000. Highly recommended

Best workshop in Dubai

Serviced twice and both times I didn’t have trust and decided not to do further fixing here. The inspection report is clear they seem to be professional.But Didn’t feel any customer services, the mechanics seem to not care and didn’t try to explain anything to me at all. There was not much explanation or emphasis of what should be fixed and what can be waited after a paid inspection was done.Also was informed the gear box condition is very bad and got referred to a specialised garage for further checkup, but the gear box was fine and oil was fine too. And right after on the way to the specialised shop the hand break started to make noise obviously they missed to identify this issue.Decided to get quotes from other garage and the price is cheaper and got offered discount as well.

They have good service i’m doing my car service with them for the past two years and they always provided great service they only thing they need to reduce their prices a bit to be more competitive and reasonable

I had a misfire issue with my Opel Astra OPC. I took it to Max Garage and asked them to investigate and let me know what they found. They were able to find the problem and recommend the work required to fix it within a day. Once the parts were available the work was completed quickly and my car returned to me spotlessly clean. Customer service is great and they keep you informed. Workshops are spotless, which is always a good sign. Prices are reasonable, but not extortionate. A follow up for a loose wire was fixed without any hassles. Would recommend Max Garage for anyone with a premium performance car.

I have taken my Peugeot CC Sport 1 to MAX, they had very good rating and i found out the reason for that!they have excellent service, very dedicated staff who love their work, Mr. Anish, took care of my car and fixed issues that were not even noticed. also they closed my roof that was semi-opened and caused lots of noise, now i have no noise and i love the way they fixed it.I used to get transmission issue, and car heats, plus air conditioner was not working, another workshop told me it needs 500 AED to fix, MAX fixed it for only 200AED and it was only wiring issue!thanks MAX!

This is the garage for me to go. I own a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it is from the older years. Max Garage has always found the parts and gave the full service required. Even if the repair is sometimes a bit steep in price, they always are considerate and try to give a good deal on the total bill.Also because I travel a lot, their pick-up and drop-off service is genius. They have done a great job on my R.R Sport . A gentleman named Mr. Nadeem explained all the things related to my car...really recommended...he is a nice guy and very supportive.

I took my car to Max Garage for some body works, on recommendation from work colleagues. Went to collect last night, whereby Jijoy and team had found an underlying problem (not related to the initial job).The car was stalling and not driveable. On a test drive this again stalled, and towed back to the workshop. The car stayed overnight and problem has been found and resolved.The garage have offered to deliver to my work, with no charges added for this additional work.After living in Dubai for many years, this is one of the best services received.Well done Max Garage!

It can take longer than expected but the jobs gets done, and they always highlight things that may need attention in the future, and they often give you a free estimate. Good for car inspection. They did a detailed inspection for AED 450. The service advisor Rashid was very polite and helpful. However, their estimates for the work needed could be more than what you paid for the car. They dont fix things. They just replace them. For old and cheap cars you will be better off taking them somewhere else.

Harsha and his team always go above and beyond. Great service and honest. I can highly recommend to anyone. I wouldn’t t take my car anywhere else!

Made an appointment from the site Thursday night and got an early response next business day, Saturday. The same day I visited the site, got the car checked a was provided the quotation for the parts and service. The next thing I know was my power window was replaced and was working in the afternoon! Had to research a number of garages to service my Lexus car outside of the Dealer. This place wasnt the cheapest for a major job, but they were the most effective: offer a free pickup and drop service, provide details of jobs done, and were half the price I got quoted from the Dealership.Very satisfied with the experience and will be servicing my other cars and future jobs with them.

Excellent alternative service centre right in the heart of Dubai. Relatively less expensive than the other branded service centres. Accepts credit cards. Service folks are polite and explain everything with patience. I have got my Mercedes C200 and Range Rover Sport serviced here.

Got my Audi serviced there, and treatment was perfect. Nadeem knows about his business, they are very honest and service was quick and neat. Will go there again on next service!

I visited the garage last year. I like the way they present themselves. Workshop with a modern customer service etiquette. When I saw all of those high end vehicles I thought this is the place where the better-off come to fix their cars and expected that I will be charged more for the prestige. Surprisingly, they worked out an affordable bill with discounts for my middle class budget. But, what makes you satisfied is that they are the qualified people, they can diagnose the issues correctly. And, you receive a follow-up call after a week or two, which is essential.But, small mistake last time they forgot to replace my engine coolant, I noticed that later and didnt bother much. Maybe a human error. Overall the garage is good, handled professionally.

Max Garage was very helpful today with trying to diagnose a noise that my car has been making. They took time to listen to me describe the issue, took the car for a test drive, and checked it out thoroughly to ensure that my car was safe to drive. Although I am *not* a car person I felt listened to and respected by the staff. Since they just checked the car and didnt do any work on it they didnt even charge me though they spent upwards of an hour on the issue. I will be back for sure whenever my car needs servicing or any work done.

A trustworthy garage on whom you can relay on for good car service and repairs.You may feel as some of the labor charges are costly but the quality always excels than the money factor.Visiting this place from past 2+ years for myself and friends car related tasks. 5 plus stars to these guys who did a wonderful brake job for my Dodge Charger RT. I always felt that the factory brake setting was weak to stop this behemoth and the dealer could not fix it for me.The guys at Max use OEM parts and the brake felt better than the factory and had a better bite to it.Good job guys

I had been using Max for last 5 years, they looked after my classic Bentley s as well as my two modern cars...probably spent over 75 000 aed with them and never had a problem...always friendly helpful service. Recently the garage has halved in size, stopped dealing in classic service for rolls and Bentley and with my Range Rover I took it in twice for a visual inspection for a suspension problem and waited a week for an estimate and repair solution. I went elsewhere and my business to Max is now lost

Very disappointed in the customer service. I’ve requested the price for a job and car parts since 2 weeks and they keep promising to get back to me but never do. That’s one way to treat an old, loyal customer.

Very good Job! I recently bought a 08 Cayenne S and Max Garage had on it a major maintenance (oil gaskets, transmission fluid, engine mountings, New Tyres etc) which brought it back on shape! The car at the moment runs properly and with the expected results :) I was involved during the all process thanks to Mr. Sangeeth who explained me every single thing the car was going trough. He also showed me at the end the status of the all parts being replaced. I got my car (JEEP grand Cherokee) there with a serious electrical issue.Rajesh was the guy assigned to take care of my car.The team did a great job and although the issue turned out to be much more serious than anticipated, they kept me well informed and managed to fix the car.Their prices also were very attractive.I would highly recommend this garage.

Was looking for honest and affordable Workshop for my Honda Pilot online, after online chat I visited Max Garage in Al Quiz. The inspection was genuine and gave complete breakup of what was required and after looking at it gave my consent. After repairs I drove my Car for past two days and am absolutely satisfied with the fantastic smooth operation of car. Thanks to Jijo who delivered as requested and his understanding of my requirements. Highly recommend the workshop.

Be very careful in this place. They told me I need to change so many things in my car for a value of almost 10k dirhams, so I decided after that to take my car to another 3 different places including the car dealer . Nothing of what they asked me to change was broken or in bad shape. Actually what caught my attention was the moment they told me I need to replace the engine mountings as they were old , obviously they didnt know my engine mounting were replaced by the dealer just few weeks back before my warranty expire.Liars , they have an Indian guy in the office looking , editing and creating fake reviews in here , please be careful.

Stupid technical consultant, in the past it was best garage ever but if the one who meets you first puts obstacles, then you will not get any benefit ! Ex-consultant was marvelous guys who always speaks about solutions rather than problems and you know what? What would be my purpose of visiting a Garage from the first place??!!! I have issue and i need to hear solution im not here to get myself tanned at the end of the day !
