Very Bad Experience -two months ago. Provided my car with boot opener cable issue. I was able to open the boot with the pedal shift, but hard to close in first/second try. However opening with remote control having no such issue. The Man Representative asked me to come early morning (08.00) as and when available bcoz I presented on one Saturday afternoon (my off-day). Accepting his suggestion I provided em on the next Saturday early morning without having my breakfast. After waiting till 12 noon, I have decided to inquire on the work. The answer was its still under inspection. After my frequent inquiries, @ 3pm they said the cable need to be changed. I inquired for the quote, which they mentioned rate was very expensive. So i asked for a second hand part rate, which I received @4.15 pm. I asked them whether I get my car work done today? They said NO. So I decided to leave the scene with my starving stomach. Meanwhile they directed towards the car, in my inspection I have found out the pedal shift for the boot and petrol cap both not working. With this they have come with bill mentioning Inspection Charges AED100. In short the work is not done and provided more damages to that work. I went to do some paint work there and I left the car then after they finished the work they park the car in the garage parking and my car had accident by one of the garage bus and then they said it’s not our fault and then they made police report and I had to take to other garage to fix the accident.. it’s funny that I went to fix my car and it came back with more issue Jabel Ali garage 😡

Recently decided to use their service. It was good beginning, made check-up, got free carwash. I was said to wait until they get parts and contact me after. But they never contacted. I called, they said they call back, but never called back. Poor service. They will forget you once for all. If you dont have heavy vehicle, DONT GO THERE.

Best service workshop in jebel ali industrial area

Amazing workshop. Great attitude. I was there and i was servicing my car, and I have really sensed a level of professionalism and speed service that i rarely see in dubai workshops.

Took my car for service, and left with a missing car part from the front mirror in which they keep saying they will get it and call me in which I didn’t get it yet since December!!! And they even didn’t check the water level in my car during the service which caused me a problem on the road later!! Shocking experience !!

This workshop find what the problem in my car and they repair it .. I am really satisfied with them work. They took much time to find the problem and repair it but finally they repair it by right way . I highly recommended this workshop.

Great place to do your maintenance... reasonable charges with knowledge mechanics.

Had problem with my engine , many garages in ALQUOZ quoted me a fortune to change one part plus labour, I knew it was a scam, went to this place as a last resort as it is close to my office in Jebel Ali, turn out only one small sensor needed cleaning, they charged me a fair price, and kept me updated by email, they are honest and very professional.
