My go to auto shop from now on!!!I will admit that my BMW had a major engine job and was not the easiest, it took more time than was anticipated but the staff were thorough and professional from start to finish. Laroslav, my advisor, kept me informed every step of the way and provided great input. I would recommend the shop to anyone without a doubt! Very professional and reliable with excellent customer service and reasonable prices.

Initially I had a few issues in my car that were not resolved despite the car getting sent back for repairs a few times.However, the owner personally took this unfortunate incident and experience into his own hands and made it RIGHT. Misinformation and miscommunication!Trying to scam people and ripoff all customers one way or the other.There are plenty of Filipino girls inside, and a western guyTheir main goal is to confuse the customer and make him pay as much as possible by offering different quotations.They don’t let you source the parts and you must wait 1-2 weeks for the parts to arrive and pay their commissions for the shop and for the salesman x2Poor quality.

Very professional and they know what they are doing and doesnt rip your pocket unlike others. Cant recommend at all. They sold me a used X5 without informing me that this is an accident car. The car shortly after purchasing (luckily we bought their extended warranty) run into drive train errors - losing all engine power. For this, the car had to go to their repair shop multiple times for several weeks in total (error reappeared twice after fixing). Now, few months after their warranty expired the rear suspension gave up. Quote from another dealer 12k AED.The sales rep meanwhile moved to another dealer. We spoke to him and he offered that he can convince his new employer to buy the car (for almost 50% less than what I paid).Be careful, always check the VIN on the police website.

I have used Munich Motor Works on a consistent basis for some time now, and they have worked on various cars, carrying out body repairs, wheel refurbishments and service work. Billy and his team are totally honest, which is very rare to find, highly knowledgeable and very helpful. I always feel I am given sound advice and trust them with all of my car requirements. They are capable to work on all sorts of vehicles, and I have seen some rare cars like Pagani and Bugatti in their workshop, which shows the trust and ability of their team there. I highly recommend Munich for your car servicing and bodywork jobs!

Gave my car in to have the engine checked. The car was working fine and drove smoothly. By the time I got it back the AC was busted, and the engine momentarily stalled and quit whilst I was driving. They messed up somewhere in the process of reaching the engine to inspect. Quite clearly they did not care to do the job properly. I would not recommend at all. Furthermore, the staff and management are unprofessional, to the point where they dont address the issue that the customer is bringing up. Instead they respond to the customer reviews by pointing out whats wrong with your car. Heres some advice to the establishment: If a customer brings in a car to have checks done, simply tell them what needs to be resolved. Oh and while you do the checks on the car, dont mess it up even further in the process. But I doubt youll take my advice. quite evidently you will waste your time replying to negative reviews as apparently your not very good at what your actually meant to be doing,

Great customer service with prompt response. I had the coolant tank replaced, the job was completed within 24 hours. Reliable garage with reasonable charges. I tried several companies in the last 20 years in Dubai, until I came across Munich Motor Works. The quality of work and service always met my expectations.

I ask them to quote for me the medium service for my Porsche.At the Porsche it was 3900aed.It took them 3 days to tell me the price, I told them I didn’t need major things and only normal medium service. They send me a quotation for 11,430.00 aed for things they don’t even know I need! They didn’t say bring it and we can check! They automatically assumed and send me an outrageous quotation! So be careful please!!!

Good service, very expensive.My Reply to owner comments:The spare parts are way too expensive. You replaced door handler which is the plastic small part only (and only one door), and the door lifter only changed..not full motor for example. Same for service charge which is very expensive just to replace this (knowing that this doesnt include actual car service work). My overall view that the work should be around ~ 700-800 AED all together. Thats just my view (which you are free to disagree to) after also checking spare parts prices on the internet and other workshops in dubai (Not AGMC of course). But as said on the positive side service and overall experience was good.

This is the most professional BMW workshop in Dubai. I have my 750 serviced there for the past 3 years and have received excellent service every time. The owner is at the workshop everyday and takes great care of the customers and the employees which is very important. Like Sir Richard Branson says take care of your employees and theyll take care of your customers. I find this very true at MMW.Take your precious BMW there. Youll not regret it. The staff is very knowledgeable and well trained.

Friendly staff, was quoted AED720 for a minor service online but turned into AED 978 in person. Told it would only take an hour at most, but I ended up waiting nearly 2 and a half hours to get my car back.

My BMW Z4 had a very problematic computer fault (even official BMW was not able to fix it). They tracked each fault until they discovered the route cause. Then they asked me if I wanted to order a new part or they offered to search a refurbished part for me. I’m very pleased from their standard and their professionalism. They were the only ones able to fix this nightmare that no one else was even able to understand.

Took VW CC to do prepurchase inspection which costs 840 AED with vat and only me i have noticed it had previous accident and wrong control arm was installed when i told them they did check and confirmed. Also when i have asked them is the breaks is ok the lady said yes they are fine without checking but in reality breaks were bad + discs were bad (which already was mentioned with the last service from them with previous owner)And finally while setting with the guy who was test driving the car i told him to notice the wheel bearing hub noise then only after they inspected they said yes they need to be replaced. In summary this inspection was waist of money and most of the stuff i found out about by my self from driving the car and when i lifted it while changing the tires. They charge 840 but they are not doing right job hence i never took the car to them for servicing after that eventhough the car was serviced with them from the previous owner.

I brought my BMW for A/C Repairing but other things were found broken down in the Engine. They took care of everything in couple of days and it was done very efficiently.Joyce was a delight, keeping me in touch on WhatsApp everytime !Its a bit pricey, but the service is top notch.

I was using their services for almost 2 years. And in the end i regret it. Went to do service and to fix engine mounting and transition mounting and more things for constant vibration , and their prices was very high (especially Labour they charge ridiculous price. So i decide to go and try cheaper places , and than they return my car in worse shape than before. Vibration went more and more over past 3 days in your shop ??? really ?? Tyre pressure signal went on also . Prices are very high and you see what they do when you refuse . Try with other places as prices and services are lot better, i unfortunately trusted them over this 2 years . Now i see i would save a lot of more money for same or better service in other places.

Very helping and good reception. Conveniently located behind Times Square center and just a few minutes drive from mall of Emirates. I have given my Audi for major service and assessment and they remained very well connected with me for the process , they took 1 day for assessment and recommended the repairs and service in very clear and professional way, no cheating , no gimmicks and straight forward feedback. After getting the quote I realized that it was too much work needed to be done , which was exceeding the cost vs benefit in my opinion so I asked them that I will not go for it and I will pay only assessment charges , and they were kind enough to waive of the assume that charges , washed my car and returned back with a smile. Cheers for such a good level of Customer relationship.

Terrible place. If you want to get robbed this is the place. Got my car there to get it checked. Had a HUGE quote for repairs. Decided to take my chance to another garage just to realize that the quote contained things that did not need to be changed and were actually not broken. If you want to get overcharged by robbers you should go to this garage. If you want reliable people that will not try to take advantage of you, I would highly recommend you to take your car somewhere else.Best regards,CB

I completed the purchase of an Audi A5 from Munich Motor Works a couple of weeks ago and what a fantastic experience it was working with Dan and Ken. From the moment you walk into either of MMWs facilities, you gain a sense youre in a professionally operated business. The maintenance facilities are clean and well organized, the showroom is immaculate, the hand-picked cars are all top quality, and not least, the sales and office staff are friendly and helpful.After providing a down-payment, we handled the rest of the sales and payments online and Dan arranged to have the car transported to Abu Dhabi to complete the registration and licensing (it had already been inspected). Abid arrived a bit early, had the car offloaded and ready and escorted me through the registration process. 30 minutes later, I had plates on the car and was on my way. Super easy!Now having driven the car for a couple of weeks, I can say I am extremely pleased with the car. I’ve been loyal to Munich motor works for the past 5 years. The service was great and affordable. Recently I’ve noticed standards and service declining tremendously. Last month took my car for routine service, waited 2 weeks while they ordered parts from Europe. Finally had car serviced, paid close to 6k.. 3 weeks after collecting, “service due” warning light came up again. This time something related to brake.. Obviously not checked during the previous service checks.. or intentionally left out, knowing I’ll be back again for another service. I am a woman and don’t know much about cars. But clearly know when I’m being ripped off. They’ve just lost a long time loyal customer..

I haven’t had my car repaired here but was lucky enough to experience their excellent customer service. On the day of the mad rains in Dubai (11 Jan) my car - an Audi A5 - broke down in Al Quoz close to Munich’s garage. My own insurance company was unable to send recovery assistance but Munich took my call and sent me assistance as soon as their own staff showed up. After that, they were extremely responsive and cooperative in terms of providing me estimates and facilitating my insurance claim. Special shout out to Joyce who was a pleasure to deal with. Courteous staff, highly efficient garage. Five stars for service!

New Update: After my previous review of 1, The manager called me in and assured it was a one off event and requested to get my car in again. They checked my car and even showed it to me in the workshop. Their workshop was exceptionally clean. Cleaning and washing of the car was done much better this time. We even went to the body shop to get a quote for my body work and repairs. All is well that ends well. Thanks Abraham for your persistence and professionalism.Previous Review:After having my X5 serviced at AGMC until the service contract, I decided to try a different service center to build a relation incase my car starts giving me issues. Here is my experience of a normal service today.To start with, i clearly told the service agent that i would wait until my service was done. I had gone there with my work laptop and was prepared to wait as long as it would take. I was given 2 options. Oil change and filter change only (2 hours estimated) or a full healthy check up (4 hours). I clearly told i am fine waiting 4 hours and proceed with health check as well.The car was ready in 1 hour!!They told me everything is fine with the car. I asked them how much mm was left in the break pads? No answer. They said it was fine hence did not note it down.When i received the car, the seats were even dirtier. Car wash was not wiped well and stains of water through out the car. I inspected the breaks, and saw there was nothing done. I doubt they even did a full health check.I spoke to their manager Ibrahim. Although helpful (cause he at least agreed that they had done a bad job in cleaning the car), i showed him all the issues on how the car was delivered to me. Completely unprofessional. Yes, i did spend 700 AED. I could have done this at any petrol station and got a better cleaned car. Why would i come to you? i will budget this has a life learning and go back to AGMC to get it serviced again next week. Since i doubt if anything at all was done on the car.update: I had some body work as well. but skipped the visit to body shop after my experience. + wont be doing the bimmertech upgrade as well.Regards,Asad Palekar

I have taken my car to MMW for the past 10 years and I have always recommended my family and friends to take their cars to MMW and the reason why I do it is simply because they are reliable and they are a proper brand in their field and responsible for their service. yes they are a bit expensive, but you are paying for a brand which is worth very much and even if you decide to sell your car later on and if you mention your car was serviced at MMW it brings a positive image to the buyrs mind,(this was my personal experience when I decided to sell my ex car and when I said the service was done at MMW, the buyer didnt even negotiate the price with me. because again they are reliable, responsible and super clean and they treat your car like their own cars.Congrats for your new workshop, and just left my car there for service.keep up the good work, proud of you guys.

Great service, competitive price and quick turnaround. Had my AC evaporator changed by them and the job was done in budget and 1 day ahead of expected completion. The quality of work is superb as well, no dash rattles after they removed and reinstalled the entire dash to replace the evaporator. Even washed the car before handing it over to me! Would highly recommend these guys!!

I have been with Munich Motor Works (MMW) for over 9 years. In 2011, I found them from a google search after a dealership gave me a high quote, and MMW came in over 40% less for the EXACT same parts/labor list.The work and parts they perform come with a 12 month warranty, and that gives me peace of mind. I am sure you might find a cheaper option, but I will take MMWs customer service, quality, workmanship, and warranty for a few extra dirhams.3 BMWs later, they are still my shop of choice without hesitation. I have had the same service rep the entire time, and Miss Jona knows her cars. I have have been able to have several chats with the owner when he wasnt busy, and he has always double checked to make sure I was happy.My most recent service with them was some cosmetic corrections and full detail to my car. When picking up the car, I could not believe the difference. Just immaculate!!!Give them a try. You wont be disappointed.

I called for appointment to extend my bmw warranty since AGMC service was not as expected. And the person who answered said he will call back. But nobody called for the past 5 days. So it makes me wonder whether I should go forward or stick to dealer.

Great place and staff to repair German cars

These guys knows it all , any workshop can do normal work but only few of them knows how to handle customers complaints , mistakes are common in business industry but only few who takes accountability and responsibilities no matter how long and how much it cost to fix it . Asked for an oil change service for my car and was surprised to be given an estimate that is higher than the car dealers Naboodah. On inquiry over the phone to understand why the high estimate, the representative was rude. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Was a bit cautious about non-agency work on my Aston Martin, but speaking to Ashley at MMW got reassured and yesterday had MMW upgrading the suspension. Result is excellent, and I am particularly impressed with the service level and personal attention. Thanks for a job well done!
