This is Authorized dealer for Kia in Dubai.Amazing service and customer centric. Staff is extremely cooperative. Prices are on higher side compared to local garage and service center, but you dont need to worry when you surrender your car to this place.

Very easy to get appointment and high quality of service.

Good as usual , I feel labour fees slightly more than before,but honestly they are professional , so no need to fix your car somewhere else and take the risk because of few AED.

The worst experience ever. The car returned from the servicing (driver window open/close mechanism replacement) full of scratches and damaged plastic on the driver’s door. As per the management of the branch- it’s kind of wear and tear (stones on the road). But I don’t understand how “the stones can scratch the door handle” and damage plastic inside.The worst thing-when I asked-the quality check report (it was empty,none of the appeared damages mentioned there),the Kia representative admitted their mistake,but didn’t come with any solution.The service is terrible, in-spite of this is the Official Kia. Good Hospitality by Staff, Especially Mr. Emran, he is Super nice and cooperative.There is a problem with AC always not good inside the office.In addition, No Restroom, and the available Restrooms are for the Labor and it is very bad and dirty.They really need to take care of this Part.So, Over all, my problem was with the Place, Not the Staff. They are very Kind as mentioned. Especially Mr. Emran.I would give 5 Stars but i removed 2 because of the place it self.
