Absolutely spectacular work by MrCap team. The detailing and cleaning of the car was extremely high quality. There were spots and mud stains that I didn’t point out, which the team cleaned up. It was like picking up a new car. For a car aficionado like me, the way they cared for my beauty, made the paint pop, the wood trimming look rich, the wheels scratch free and shiny, the engine bay spotless ... made my heart skip. I visited Mr Cap for removing deep scratches from my windshield. I was told by many people that these scratches wouldn’t be gone and I have to replace my windshield.Finally Mr.Cap removed the scratches and they are better than new. I have been at Mr. Cap before, the services was much better, I believe they dont care anymore as they are too busy, I have used there service this time and Im sad of how they changed the quality, I would never go again neither recommend, I have recommended to a friend to do it and unfortunately he is very upset as he almost paid double price for poor service and disrespecting his time, he was told the car is ready 3 times and in the 3 times we still had to wait. What they promise you that will be fix does not get fixed.

I have used Mr Cap since 2010 and on many occasions and always with a premium result. Sadly, today, the workmanship is not what it used to be. Poor oversight and quality control is the biggest issue. Multiple wasted visits to rectify problems and still unable to get things done properly. Electrical cabling for door lighting for instance was disconnected and not reconnected (new car); foiling done poorly in a few areas, license plate not fixed properly and therefore fell off… etc

Amazing service at this location! They did a great job tinting my windows. I asked Mr. Mohammed the manager( by the way such a kind and helpful man) for something that would keep heat out and his recommendation made such a difference it’s almost incredible. While I was there a lady came with acid etching on her new Range Rover and they removed it in minutes. I highly recommend this place!

These guys really know how to take care of your car.Had a lexus in for dashboard and side doors repair(the rubber was pealing). Mr. Mohammed suggested a type of leather that wont get damaged with the sun instead of replacing with the same rubber again. And glad I took his advice.Out of good fortune he also did the leather restore on the car seats for free!

Had a detailing and leather seat replacement (Not repair) job for my old 2006 Nissan Murano which took them 2 days to do the complete work. As you can see in the pics, the car looks new. Theyre very professional and even fixed my steering wheel which i wasnt expecting! Great job, very happy with them.Price-wise is not that cheap but its worth it, better than many other detailing companies ive taken my car before.

I first came in because of a really bad spill of juice in my back seat and not only did they take care of that and the smell completely went away and my car was like before but they gave me a great offer on “tuning up” the inside and paint of the car and it looked like new when I got it back! The deal wasn’t cheap but it really was a great value as it definitely increased the cars worth based on just how it looked!Mohamed was the rep I interacted with from start to finish and was very responsive, knowledgeable, polite, and patient with all my questions which I asked a lot! The branch manager is superb! Very attentive to detail and sincerely interested in his clients.

All the other garages I visited were unable to solve the problem and I almost changed all my tyres.However, I spoke to Mr Cap’s manager - Mr Mohammed - and immediately trusted his professionalism and kindness.I visited the garage the same day. Mr. Mohammed didn’t just repair my rim. He also charged me less at the end, as he thought that the crack inside my rim wasn’t that complex.I’m very happy with this amazing customer service and with this five star service. I was so happy to find Me Cap the service was excellent.

This review is on the PAINTLESS dent repair.Took my Lexus LX570 to have a dent in the front wheel arch repaired without paint. Upon examining the car by a technician he confirmed they can do it and it will finish the next day.I receive a call the next day and was told the paint cracks and would peel off if they continue. Not even taking accountability for their mistake nor that what was promised cant be honored. After I asked why then would he say they can do it if they weren’t sure he replied No we can fix the dent without painting the car but the factory paint will peel off and that I hadn’t understood them correctly!Silly customer expecting the car to be delivered with the paint still intact.Mistakes happen with everyone but here not even did they apologize or take any responsibility nor accountability for the incident. I was however told they can continue and would paint the area at an additional charge, nice.Took the car back after having seen enoughFrom this experience I saw no honesty, accountability, or responsibilityBelow are two pictures; first of the dent before being taken in and the second picture after they started work which shows the magical crack that appeared on its own.

Worth every penny! I didnt know what to expect. Mr Mohammed was a great guy to interact with. The staff were friendly and professional. They gave my car the TuneUp treatment, removed body dents and scratches, cleaned alloys and engine, and most importantly repaired a badly worn leather seat. Plus they restored the headlights and applied protective film. I took my 9 year old Mercedes Benz in and it came out looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I couldnt stop crying with tears of joy!!!!

Worst service ever. If you want your car to stuck for long time at this place without any job done then this is a place for you. They take your car in AlQuoz and drive it somewhere in Ras Al Khor where cheap labor does all the job. I had my car stuck there for a week only to discover that on the day before the deadline it is still not even touched, but only left in some cheap shop at Ras Al Khor.

I did the paint correction package on my 2017 charger as suggested by the experts in the shop. It was worth 1500 AED and they told it woulf last atleast 1 and a half years. They were very professional with their service and delivered in a day as they said. I was quite happy with the outcome until it all went back to normal in another 2 weeks. It was almost as if I paid the big amount for a normal polish which lasted only a few weeks. I wish I could give them five stars but in the end I am unhappy with the results which faded after few weeks.

I’ve been to mr cap twice. First time was for a polish which they did a good job, unfortunately the second time wasn’t as pleasant, after being said my bumper would be repainted in 3 days, it became 5 on the day I delivered the car.I go back to collect the car and there’s a huge discrepancy in color which shouldn’t have passed their quality control. The edges of the bumper had sanding marks and the paint was faded.I tell them it was unacceptable and it had to be rectified which they said sure we’ll get it done.Second time I go to inspect the car I’m sent to an industrial in al awir which is where they do their paintings. After noticing the same problems I spoke to the person in charge, explained my issues with the job and he said they would take care of it.Another week goes by and it’s time to collect the car, manager is already irritated with me and wants me gone but since all the problems I had pointed out were rectified and I took the car home, after taking it out in sun I noticed the paint had been burned while polishing and left a white haze mark on the side of the bumper.My car left with an airbag light on my dash due to the seats being removed for an upholster work also carried out by them, simple thing that should also not have happened.Very different experience when compared to my first visit and when considering the amount of nice, expensive cars present.

Superb service. Friendly and attentive. I am highly impressed by Mohammed and his staff. I chipped the windshield of my new Jeep and they fixed it where you can hardly notice where the chip was. In the past 15 years, living in Dubai, I have used many car repair shops MR. CAR is number 1. Also the lemon tea was fantastic - I may stop by for a cup and say hello!

I went to Mr. Cap to repair some dents. Their service and quality of work is excellent. In addition to PDR dent removing, they cleaned interior and exterior of my vehicle and did some interior leather repairs. Reasonable price. After all, its feel like I am driving a brand new vehicle. Definitely I will visit this place again as I can have the brand new vehicle experience just for couple of thousand Dirhams.

Muhammad at Mr. Cap does an incredible detailing/valet job. My car looks like it just came off the showroom. Its a little expensive but worth every Penny/Dirham.

I have now taken 2 cars into Mohammed at Mr Cap in Dubai, a 2010 Audi and a 2008 Cayenne.Both cars were in good condition but had parking knocks and some wheel damage. Some interior repairs were needed. Both came back looking stunning. The interiors were restored to ‘as new’. Excellent, friendly service. MrCap is boutique detailing shop with emphasis on high quality at a reasonably low cost. Had the seats of my vehicle which were badly stained by my kids deep cleaned at this centre. Needless to say the vehicle was returned in a condition that exceeded all expectations. The exterior of the vehicle was lightly waxed too and free of cost. Highly recommend this place for detailed detailing!

I went in for a cracked windsheild. They got that done and fixed my lights and cleaned a tonne of sand from areas no one knew collected sand! Highly recommended. Excellent service with a smile. Priced very fair.

Just visit the shop, very accomodating. I went there to remove the scratch on my windshield. They said they can only remove the light scratches only but will take 6 hours. I would reschedule another day....

Very sleazy and unprofessional operation. Be careful dealing with Mr. Mohd at Al Quoz. Make sure you get everything in writing or you may be accused of lying and making things up.Upon receiving my car after polish I was verbally quoted a price for repainting the bumper and bonnet (bombarded by stone chips). When I brought the car a week later for the work every possible fabrication was made to revoke the previous quote and increase it by AED 1000 even though the condition of the car was identical to a week ago. Needless to say I will never visit this establishment again. I will get the work done right elsewhere for a higher price if necessary. Have lost confidence and trust in them completely. I expect their work will be as cheap as their dealings.
