I tried to buy used one and bring it to dexol and al horani but no body can fix the problem with a cheaper solution range rover 20 19 vogue.they fixed it

They were too busy to even bother themselves to come and even see the car..And when I said should I just leave they said okay after all that waiting!!! Very bad service and don’t even bother yourselves going here

Honestly I dont think I can recomend these guys enough!! By far one of the best garages you can go to in Dubai and I say that from experience.I dropped my car in for a check engine light and oil leaks, they had the engine light situation inspected and sorted in no time and for a very decent price. As for the oil leak they took a bit more time since it required a lot of investigation but they also did a great job.I cant praise their hospitality enough, everyone there is very friendly, and my service advisor was a gentleman named Jayvee who took full ownership until he made sure I got the car back in perfect condition.

Very very very good and proffissinal labors.. they know what they do .. and not only that .. but not easy to find like there works...Support your car as agencyI face problem with timing belt and also Dynamo .. all told me I have to change it .. they repare it for me in about 15% from the original price ...

Made me sit there for half hour and kept telling me that they will come to attend. Nobody came, finally I had to go up 1st floor and talk to them...the guy at reception was rude and telling me why he doesn’t own an answer/Apology.Don’t recommend...Don’t go to them.Total time waste!!

Wow! I had such a fantastic experience with Grand Auto Master - these guys are amazing. I happened to find them in Al Quoz during the holiday weekend when everyone else was closed. Dennis was extremely friendly and welcoming and the team immediately examined my car and found the problem and solution. The work was done quickly and extremely professionally (even though it was during a national holiday!) and Dennis even delivered the car back to my home himself. These guys really went the extra mile and I’m so pleased to have found this garage. I will definitely be going back to them in the future and feel really good to give them my business. Do yourself a favor and take your car to these guys if you want honest, hassle-free work from real pros!

Ive been looking for a garage auto repair shop for a long time until I meet Roland. They have the best quality Automotive repair, nothing comes close to Grand Auto Master. Such a good mechanics at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great service for there automotives.

These folks always do a wonderful job when it comes to fixing my Ford Focus. Ive had my auto serviced a few times by them, and I always like how friendly and professional the staff and mechanics are, not to mention theyre always willing to explain whats wrong with my auto and give me recommendations of what should I do to make it better (I admit I don’t know much about vehicles, so I really like and value that) and also what specific parts I needed . They are also decently priced. All in all, a Very Good Job. I will definitely recommend these folks to my friends.

Prompt service, affordable and good staff

I scouted around the city looking for a shop which can repair the convertible roof of my mini cooper. Most of them tried and checked my car, but nobody fixed it until I came across Grand Auto Master. They were the only shop who were able to successfully repair my car. The cost is reasonable, and the mechanic was able to answer all my questions. He was updating me on the progress of the service making sure I know exactly what was being done to my car. Now my convertible is perfectly working! I am only bringing it back to them in time for its PMS.

This is the best autoshop in Dubai. All the staff is very professional and will fix your car in a very reasonable price. Keep up the Good Work guys!

I had a steering problem where my steering wouldnt go up or down and also the rear window roller blind stopped working. Many different garages told me useless and Guessing information... saying Oh it could be this or that.. nothing certain.I then came across GRAND AUTO MASTER and spoke to their supervisor Rolando He appeared very knowledgeable and reassured me that the car would be fixed. I was given a rough estimate right away and the actual amount charged was half the price of the estimate.Speed of their service was excellent and he kept me updated on whats app on the status of the car.If he wanted, he couldve charged me extra money but he did not as he was fair and honest.Absolutely knowledgable mechanic to visit if you own a Euro car.

Not good. They take money and don’t do the jobs as requested (I did major service and brake pads. They even forgot to install the noise insulation layer on the pads, which comes with it in the same pack)Also, they couldn’t tell the problem I had with my steering wheel noise and took 250dhs to “align steering wheel” while the problem was a completely different thing (had it done in another place)Not good value for money. Find another placeI think their reviews are mostly fakes.

Forgot to say thanks to them for my tucson, i spent so many dirhams going in and out of different garages, paying and buying so many parts and still havent resolved my suspension issues, until someone referred their garage to me, and thank God because an angel have brought me to this place and saved me another thousand in my pocket. This is not drama this i real experience.8. Very satisfied with my experience and brought in there my other vehicle for repair inspection.9.
