Nice garage to get your car fixed. For insurance related issues Elton is the best. He helped me all through the process. For general issues Girish is your guy. It is 4 stars because they are slightly higher on price then the rest but at least you know that things are done properly and on time.

Very bad paint job and safety standards, had my head cut open by an AC while checking my car, and to make matters worse the paint job was over applied !When I sent a complaint to them, they ignored the message. (Been 1 month since last contact)Terrible.

I want to give them less than 1 star but its not possible here. Oman insurance send my car at worst workshop, whose worker doesnt have much exprience. They put my car for more than 15 days and I get many problems in car such as battery problem starting problem. Also they dont have the softwares and they cannot identify the problems. I will request oman insurance to do not send here any car except Toyota & Nisan low budget car. This is just like a book whose cover page is very attractive..

Not up to the mark. Needs to improve on their professional part and quality of workmanship. Avoid if possible. Replaced car windshield to find door lock not working. Car was full of a layer of some paint on it when I took the delivery. Batteries were discharged and had to jump start while taking the delivery. Paint job was not done properly. Few corners were left untouched.

First impression is last impression.. horrible impression from the receptionist, technicians and admin people!

I do not recommend this place, as they spoilt my car. I had to get my from bumper area fixed after an accident, and they had fixed it using ordinary screws which we use to screw a table or chair... i do not recommend this place..

Sent my car to get a bumper replaced and exhaust to adjust to TR after an accident . What a bunch of incompetent retards. They couldn’t even get the color right. At arrival they told me they would completely replace the bumper: a week later I came to collect my car and the color was totally wrong. My car is brown and the bumper had shades of grey in it. Clearly an old grey bumper they just tried to coat in brown. The stay tried to say it was the right color and I had to argue my point with the manager for him to agree to re work on it. The exhaust was unchanged and I had to argue about it too.Another week later I returned to find that the work was done but not quite right again. I isn’t have the energy or time or money to spend on another cycle of arguments and rental car to get the job done right.Technical?? Definitely NOT! Resources? They have some but they are total BS!!!

Very helpful, polite and honest staff and good workmanship. My insurance company initially sent me to this place and unlike other insurance garages, Technical Resources actually talks to their customers politely and stick to their committed delivery dates.I am so impressed with them that I stick to the same insurance company every year so that I get this garage in case of an accident.

Used as a repair shop by my insurance company. Did a good job of the main repair (bumper replacement) but caused the reversing sensors to stop working properly so mixed results.

Non professional, bad finishing, I found many defects after recieving my car

I dropped the car for fixing 6 days ago, they asked me to come back on Saturday that is today. And very sorry, its not ready and told me to come back tomorrow afternoon . Need lots improvement on the TAT and proper notifications.

Best work shop in town.

Ive had my car serviced there for at least 6 years now. And Ive never ever faced any issues. The car is 12 years old now and it still runs as new. I dont know if I should thank Ford for making long lasting vehicles, or Technical Resources for well maintaining my Ford focus.

Terrible workshop and inexperienced workforce.They good at making a working car, dysfunctional and able to create new faults which never existed.

Took my car here after small accident (insurance recommendation) and it took 2 weeks to replace two bumpers and front lights (job could be done in 3/4 days), and had to come 3 more times to adjust front light beam and change parking sensors. Worst experience ever! Cost of taxi from my pocket as insurance only covers 7 days car rental. Those guys have no clue how to repair cars- never call with updates,

If you care about your car just dont go there. Tried them once and the least I can say is that its very disappointing.

They fix the things you can see and leave all the other hidden broken parts untouched. Which puts you in very dangerous situations and leaves you with a lot of extra costs. Avoid them for any complicated jobs.

Be Warned!!!!! avoid this shop. no sense of professionalism. i have dropped my car at 8am and they called me up at about 16:21 that i can pick up my car, at the shop my car was parked oily on the engine and the most frustrating it wasnt wash. i have ignored their poor service since i paid a service contract. they will be good only the first time you walk in their door.

One star is too much for this place. Went for minor accident repair by the insurance, it was suppose to be a simple job of installing the front bumper and some paint work, which usually takes a week tops at the agency. Not only it took 3 weeks, it was poorly done, they didn’t know how to install the bumper, screws everywhere, missing installation fixtures, even the paint job was the worst i have seen, peeling of paint, foriegn objects and colour inside the paint ! and now i have to go to the agency to re-install the bumber and save what can be saved.

Came for an oil change ...they have no idea what they are doing . Took them more than an hour for oil change ...maybe half an hour for the mechanic to figure out where the oil filter of my car is . They drained the oil and put back the drain plug without replacing the crash washer ...soo unprofessional...this is the same kind of job you get from small workshops . Dont let the nice design of the workshop from the street fool you ...from inside its a different story .
