Extremely Poor service!!!! I purchased a voucher for AED 320 for Internal cleaning and detailed wash, the next day when i went to collect the car,1) Stains on the driver seat they gave some stupid excuse i was patient i let it pass.2) All were in hurry to deliver the car and not checked what works are pending and said car is ready you can take it, as it was night time i couldnt figure out most of it.3) Next day i saw water white marks on the mirror at the bottom of dash board.4) Oil marks on the right side front & Back mirror.i messaged them on whats app send the images and they guys dont have shame to response also, just read the message..I would not recommend anyone to use their service for people who dont even have courtesy to respond or take ownership of their work for which they take full money

This is my 2nd time to avail of their service. I believe theyre the only car detailing company that does pickup and drop. Took the Full Monty - 7* package. Car is now shiny as ever. They even removed oil stains from the seat (which I thought would remain throughout the life of the car). Definitely my go to hereafter!

I needed my Jeep Wrangler detailed for sale and I was lucky to find a Cobone voucher for their 1200AED package so I saved quite a bit. They did an outstanding job detailing the Jeep, and I had them paint the plastic areas that were sun faded, fenders, steps, bumpers. The car looked it was in the showroom. I Was able to sell it and get the price I wanted due to it looking its best. Highly recommended.

Not a very nice place to get car detailing. The waiting area is full of rubbish, having torn out sofas and filled with mosquitoes. They are charging good money for the services but have 0 respect for their customers. Moreover they dont allow you to monitor what they are doing to your car. They will tell you its not allowed. After having an horrible customer dealing experience I was not happy with the service done as well. They didnt clean anything under the car as they dont have any car lifts. Find a good place to treat your car.

I did a detailed car polishing with Zain Auto Car Care. I opted for the 7 star service where they came under my building, picked up the car and then dropped it off as well. They were on time with everything. I gave them my car with scratches, dust, dirty interiors, stained carpets..and they returned my car as if it were new! Extremely impressed with their service.

After comparing the offers, Zains seemed the best and most versatile offer on the market for a decent price. My little Honda is now shining like a star that she is. Looks like a new car this little 12 year old. The man behind the service number and the office desk - Abdul, professionally guided me over the phone on how to find the garage, which was a good start. Just had my Mitsubisbi ASX and my partners BMW detailed with Zain (7 star Package). Both cars look brand new and they even deep cleaned the engine. For a small additonal cost they were able to pick up and drop off our cars from home. Communication was excellent. They were flexible with our pick up and drop off times and turned up on time. Highly recommend.

Disappointed !!! 1 Start rating . If you love your car please dont give your car to this place. Worst car detailing I have ever had. I am familiar with Maguire products as I have use it personally. I went for the 7 star package and it is no where close to what they have described.The exterior work was a disaster. They had not removed the dirt grains using clay(step 2) instead just applied a normal polish which was also shabby work.They were suppose to remove the flaws but introduced a lot more scratches on my car.Head lights were not rejuvenated as they claimed.All the carbon dirt on the glasses stayed the same as spots.The alloy wheel dirt was not removed. The tyres was not cleaned. Ideally it should have been matt black as they claimed.Interior car detailing was just normal. The stains still stayed. They kept the car running for a whole day in order to dry the inside and the car battery now look weak. Also draining about 50 litres of my 4x4 vehicle. As a result the mileage indicator in my car had dropped by half.It took them almost 31 hours to return the car. Very very disappointed.Now I have to find either another place or do it myself.Waist of time , money and unwanted stress after seeing your car coming back to you the same way you gave.

I had given my car for exterior and interior detailing to Zain Car Care. I must admit that they have done an immaculate job. There were few slight marks on one side of the car, which disappeared with the external polishing they did. Similarly, the interior condition of the car looked flawless after detailing. Very punctual in their delivery and organised set of guys!!

It can be picked the next evening with everything done. Internal deep cleaning, headlight cleaning and body polishing included. These men are really professionals.5/5 recommended

Not So Good Purchased a Discount Voucher for Full Detailing.. while my car was already very shiny with just small swirls marks they didnt even do anything I think max maybe just washed and waxed as swirls marks are as it was before... Nothing changed just interior they washed and polished still not much as many parts in the interior were still dirty... So I would never recommend this better to go for some other place which are more cheaper...

Good service but not the best one. Putting tons of water and wax inside the car, results are not amazing. Floor mats still have a lot of sand inside and some grime on it (theyve put them on the floor while cleaning and drying). Some water remained inside the glovebox!!! Upon completion of cleaning and detailed they will not keep your can inside the workshop, thus expect dust and remnants of effluent water inside the clean car. Expected more for pedals detailing... minor stains remained on plastic... You can come here but dont expect for miracle...P.S.: Purchased voucher on Groupon, use it to get discounted rates for miscellaneous services across the UAE ;)

I just collected my car from Zains Autocare - we booked the car in for a deep clean and my car looks amazing ! We have 3 small kids and my car was a mess with stains and spills, Zain autocare did such an amazing job ! I would absolutely use their service again ! They are also very very professional on the phone and in person - we changed our booking a few times due to work commitments and they were very accommodating and understanding ! 5 stars ⭐️

Swirl marks all over the car! Don’t bother going! They don’t care much and its not worth spending 20dhs. They quickly accommodate you and then mess up your car.

I bought cobone coupon for car detailing. Exterior detailing was OK not great. In the coupon it mentioned 6 step polishing, but I dont think they performed 6step as I can see some paint marks as is.However interior detailing was good. All stain marks on seats upholstery were removed.Over all its good for the price.

Very poor service, I couldn’t collect my car on time because the interior still had stains and the engine bay was dirty, so they took 3 days, and eventually I collected it with the stains not removed and many spots dirty and not even touched in the engine and on the exterior.A normal wash at the petrol station for 45 dhs is usually better than this.I don’t recommend at all!

Not that great for the price. They promise 7 step polish, staff says that they do 6,,, that create doubts in your mind. Told them to fix the charging point, at the time of delivery they said, it is done, but it was not.. never again.. after a premium car detailing package with odour removal, i found a dirty ash tray in the car, at the time of delivery.
