Worst garage i ever dealt with in Dubai. garage owner Henry never answer his phone nor reply to msgs, he always says car will be ready tomorrow, and this tomorrow least for 03 month!!!! i give him the car to fix some dents on the body and change two sensors, and then i end up replacing transmission, and steering rack. he also misplaced my license plate and never bother to get replacement, and ask me to go to police station and RTA and get another one on my own!!!My friend also had his car radiator repaired there, although he replace it with new one (SUPPOSE) its got damage again after 3 days.I swear this is the worst garage anyone could deal with... COMPLETE FRAUD!!!

Henry is very helpful, he made it very easy for me when my car brakes were broken, communication with him is very easy. Trustworthy.

The best garage in Dubai. I personally recommend them. Im having a Ford Raptor F150. It had some sort of noise from the front part of the truck while driving. I drove it to several garages in Dubai. No one was able to fix it whereas I had paid huge amount of invoices. Then I came across Team One garage and met a gentleman named Mr. Fahed. He test drove my truck and advised me to leave it for two hours.Later I received a call from a lady secretary informing that the truck was ready. I asked her if they had fixed the noise issue and she replied that the truck was ready. I visited in the evening and test drove my truck with the Manager Mr. Fahed... I was shocked to find that my truck was absolutely fine. It had a very minor error and they had fixed it without even replacing any parts. They charged me for very reasonable Labor.Thanks to Team One Auto

Henry is very professional, qualified and honest. Usually going to fix your car isnt the type of things we usually enjoy. However, it is always a pleasure meeting Henry who takes his time explaining what was done, why it was done and how to keep it best for your safety and reliability of the repairs. All you can look for when you are looking for someone to take care of your car.

Henry is one man army and is through professional, he has a team of experts and they do really know everything about cars. So far I have taken 3 cars to team one and everytime left with a smile. I was astonished to see my Mustang after a denting and painting job.

First time visitor today and its a 10/10 for me! The team are so friendly and lovely and I truly felt I left my car in some really safe hands. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys in future - super impressed!

They dont deserve a star even. Very rude and stuborn people. I got stucked with them accidentally as my car battery went down. I wire-jumped it with my friends car and was on my way to home when i saw their shop and stopped to ask the guy if he has battery in reasonable price. He switched off engine and then it never got on. I decided to not buy from them as their price is double from my mechanic (i asked on phone). So i asked if he can help me start the car so that i can take it home. He staright away refused which meant that he was trying to force me buy his product. I asked for jump wire and he refused again. Demanded price of almost a new battery for the jump wire. I ended up parking my car there and leave. Planning to buy a jump wire and see if i can manage to take my car to my mechanic but that person over there is so mean and so unhelpfull. Sicken of his rudness.

I had two cars done by the guys (SUV and sports car); paint job and scratch/dent removal. Very happy with the result.As long as you agree beforehand on what needs to be done (take pics), then you will not be in for surprises on the costs.Overall, very happy. I drive a Ford Edge and normally do all my mechanical repairs with Al Tayer. But their quotes for small dent removals, lock change made me want to check an alternate option. A friend recommended Team One and i went ahead with handing over my car to them. They did a fantastic job and handed back the car prior to the scheduled date at a fractional cost. Highly recommended!

A complete disaster. Incompetent technicians ignoring procedures and industry best practices, poorly equipped, loosing parts, collateral damages to the vehicle, delays, dirt and oil stains all around and inside the vehicle. Cannot be worst. Take your car at your own risk.

They drove my car for 3000 km while it was there being fixed in a few months of having the timing belt replaced by them it was falling apart. I called them to ask if they would guaranty their service and the answer was no.Not going back there and wouldnt recommend anyone despite their cheap price, it will way more expensive at the end.It is also funny that there is always a reply from the shop attacking the reviewer as it is our fault their pour service.

Super And Quick service, awesome people to deal with even the mechanics. Team One Auto services is a small garage in Al Quoz Industrial Area just off Sheikh Zayed Road. They do your regular car service, car denting and car painting as well.

Fabulous garage- fair prices, efficient and thorough service and good communication. I only go to Team One now as they are completely reliable and well-trained.

Excellent Service. Our company car broke down on Al Khail Road in last summer. It suddenly loose power and stopped on the road. Also gear was not shifting. Their Mobile Mechanic (who came there to help us with in 30 Minutes after our call) diagnosed the problem at the same place, then he solved the issue with in 20 Minutes and charged us reasonable Labour Service.Now we have contract with Quick Fit for our company for all our 17 Vehicles for Major, Minor regular Services at their place and for emergency problems on roads or off-sites. Many times we called them for tire change or to jump start our company Vehicles and they saved our extra charges for Recovery / Towing and also precious time of our staff. Thanks to Quick Fit.

I had a horrible experience with Quick fit 24/7 vehicle recovery.My car was stuck in the sand parking @ Dubai Internet city and I called quick fit to send the recovery truck to help me out. I clearly mentioned that my car is stuck in the sand. But quick fit sent a small mobile man, which also got stuck in the sand too. Plus the driver was very rude and was asking money for no reason.The next morning, the driver called me again to ask money for no service they provided.

They are total rip-off. My car was in their workshop for 5 weeks and they were doing experiments on it because they dont know how to fix it. They dont pick up the call if you call them to check on the status of your car. Unprofessional people. And they charge big amounts of money and they replace parts which are working well. Very bad workshop, if you really care about your car, dont take it to them.

I brought my MRV 2007 and the paint was screwed up. Mr. Mark did a wonderful job it took him 7 hours and the car is brand new... body, wheels, and lights.Totally recommended 👍👍👍

Honest, reliable and friendly. Stays open late so that is good for us that have to work in the day and can get evening MOTs. Used several garages in the past but after moving near this one, for the last 3 years I will not take my car or my wifes anywhere else.

POOR SERVICE. When I went to their garage and informed them about the problem of my car; Engine Leak + Horn Failure. They said they will fix the Engine leak (since its a big Job) they will fix the horn for free..When I went there to get my car, the horn was not fix and when they checked it. FAHAD ( the manager / OWNER) says that He will not give it for free because they found out that there’s a spare part to be replaced. ( So they didnt check it in the first time they said it was for free?) I argue that this should be fixed as they promised whether there’s a spare parts to be replace or not, but i ended up paying what they have promised for free...after a few months, i was facing the same problem , ENGINE LEAKED...

Guys please dont believe these guys. Worst experience. Mine is 3 years old car every thing is perfect condition. After they did the AC Servicing, AC totally stopped working after 2 days. Now i need to spend 2000 AED in Agency for the mistake Quick Fit People done.

I went here to have 2 panels SCRATCH AND DENT REMOVAL and they tried to convince me that it would be charged as 4 panels because it was a big job and SCRATCH AND DENT REMOVAL WOULD CHARGED SEPERATELY for each panel.Since, I have polished out the scratches MYSELF (so much for a big job haha) and now just need to sort out the tiny dents.A PANEL IS A PANEL. IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHARGE ON THE SEVERITY OF DENTS OR SCRATCHES THEN DONT CHARGE BASED ON PANELS!! SIMPLE!!
