I looked for a garage that would sell and install a lift kit for a Jeep Wrangler, when surveying the market they were the quickest to respond via WhatsApp, while being nice and professional, they quoted a reasonable amount for a branded lift kit (rough country).Making an appointment and getting the kit installed was a smooth and easy process.I’ll definitely come back for more upgrades and recommend to anyone in need of a garage (for Jeeps)

Had some work done on the SUV (FJ) the booking process was easy, the staff upon arrival was cordial and professional.Car was ready as promised and the work done was according to the quote given.Icon Auto Garage is a place I will go back for future servicing requirements.I would recommend without hesitation this garage as I was extremely satisfied with the interaction with staff but more importantly the quality of the work performed.My issues were fixed to my utmost satisfaction. 5 star ratings without any hesitation.

Cyriac, Adam and Anthony are extremely professional, friendly and know what is best foe you car and within your price range.I actually enjoyed one of their desert off-road driving courses, which I found absolutely fantastic. Going into the desert a beginner with little experience, I was able to traverse sand dunes 10 times the size of the car and left feeling a lot more confident about handling the vehicle in the desert. An absolute must for anyone intending with little or no experience to do before embarking on an off-road experience. They also have all the gear to get you ‘out of a pickle’ and refill your Tyres with air after finishing.Thanks guys, it was a fabulous morning!!

The people at Icon Auto Garage are some of the best in the business. They are straight forward and never try to take advantage of their customers by suggesting repairs/modifications that are unwarranted. Their work is impeccable and they truly know their craft. I like that they are consultative and open to ideas on how to accomplish your automotive needs. Their fabrication workshop is fantastic and can fabricate just about anything. Everyone at the shop is friendly and make you feel as welcome. If you’re looking for work done on your car, especially if you love over-landing/off-roading, then Icon is the place for you.

If youre looking for an excellent 4x4 garage, this is the spot. They did a fantastic job on my jeep. They wont try to upsell you or try to tell you to do a job which you dont need in your car. Adam is the guy; he will check every point on your work. The price for their labor cost is comparatively low than any of the 4x4 garages in the city.

I scheduled my car for a service and check over with icon. From start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with, communication was great and they really went above and beyond to help me understand my car better and the things to look out for in the future. I would highly recommend!!!

Great place for overlanding and off-road equipment. Workshop guys and staff are very helpful. Definitely a favorite for me. These guys helped me with most of my gear on the roof rack and duel battery management system plus they stick expedition extreme gear which is top quality. Prices are reasonable

I took my car to Icon Auto Garage for an upgarde. I provided them with a picture of what I wanted and they worked on it beyond my expectation. The guys were so committed and I was getting updates and pictures of what they were doing. Everytime that I went there, they explained to me every process that my vehicle went through. Anthony and Ron were so helpful and they know what they are there for. I will recommend this garade for anything that you want to do on your car especially if you want to take it off road. Review updated May 2018. Further good experience with Omar and the team. I had an issue with my handbrake, wasnt an easy fix and I went back two or three times. Very good and excellent customer service.Really good service. I was a little apprehensive about using Icon as Im not that mechanically minded and didnt want to get ripped off. However, Omar and the team were amazing, I felt I can trust him and he carried out all the work on my Wrangler to a high standard. Thanks to the Icon team and Omar in particular for the WhatsApp messages detailing, with pictures, the work needed. Ill be a regular customer.

Good price, fast service, professional staff. Had a good experience. They replaced my FJ Rod and did a clean wheel alignment. The whole procedure took 2hrs including ordering parts. Dropped the car without appointment, picked it up 2 hours later. Thank you Icon!

While a little on the pricey side for parts, the mechanics are awesome and you get what you pay for service wise from the garage.Dont expect email replies and they cant keep track of service history and requirements (they wont get back to you), but for the work you need done on the spot, over the phone and in person is your best bet to get a response and booking.Have been going there for the last 5 years. Have occasionally tried other garages, but always come back to icon auto.

Super professional garage, everyone who works there. You get the sense the staff is a real team; theyre motivated and take pride in their work. That isnt always so common in the Gulf. And they did great work on my Wrangler. Very pleased.

A garage that specializes in 4x4s, including 4x4 accessories, repairs and fabrication. Excellent service, knowledge, advice and workmanship. Took my new Infiniti QX80 to get a custom tow bar done for a bicycle rack. Staff was awesome and guided me through my options and provided great recommendations. The end product was super, efficient and cordial... totally recommend the place.

Own a Jeep Grand Cherokee and engine warning light came on dashboard, called these guys and saw me within the hour and connected the diagnostic tool, established a system reset was needed after new battery installed. now it only took them 10mins but no charge and excellent service and really friendly & knowledgeable staff - will be bringing my car back for service in 2mths..

Bad first experience knowledge is a key to success !!Came to get an air intake. They suggested one with a good price. After waiting for around 45 min for them to finish they came saying sorry its the wrong part and we cant fix it !!! So they went to fix the original one back. Once done I drove for 5 min and I got a call from them saying if I can come back as they forgot to put the the cover for the original air intake back. ! I love the front disk service but how can you trust such a bad , lack of knowledge workshop?

Very busy garage and expensive

First time I ever write a review,Dont go to this place. I went there to make a pre-purchase check up. I told the guys there I didnt know much about cars and that I needed a complete review. They made for about 6,000 aed of repair, but forgot to tell me that the car has been heavily accidented in the past, that a part of the chassis had been changed and that the car was worth nothing because of that. I found it out months later when I tried to resell the car and had to sell it for half of what I paid for it.In the meantime, I went to set up a towing hook at the back of my other car. I went because they were the only one I could find to do it. The hook is fine and solid but they messed-up the cabling of the indicators and breaks and it had to do it over recently.The girls working there are nice but the guy sitting at the back can be either nice or very rude.
