Zero knowledge and before even touching your car they start asking you money.Super unprofessional and the funny part is that the expert told me that your 1 cylinder is not working but the problem was spark plugs. 🤣But thats how this car maintenance industry is.

Truly disappointing experience. Bought a vehicle 2nd hand here under the title of perfect condition. After using it I noticed several things were faulty like steering wheel buttons, all wheel drive(AWD) failure, diff lock. After taking the vehicle back twice and being charged nearly AED4k, mostly for irrelevant, unrelated work, I was assured that everything would be fine on the AWD.Soon after I got the AWD failure notice again. After taking it to another mechanic, I was informed that the AWD motor didnt work and the cables to the motor were cut! And this after I was previously assured it was looked at and they couldnt see the fault but did some work in any case! The cheek!Will never again waste a single minute or cent here.

Cant say a bad review but definitely i have a bad experience with Car-master for the first time. had my car (bmw x5 2009) collected and realized after they have completed their job they fixed all issues but later i noticed steering multimedia buttons are not working anymore as well as hand-break.

The garage has been recomended to me by someone but I wish I never used it. The first time impression was good as I though the car problem was fixed but the issue appeared back on in the next couple of days. He said to bring the car back in as I have 3 months guarantee on the work they did but every next time was worse and worse. I came with an issue that 15k later and 4/5 times being in the garage has still not been resolved. The owner Rayan is really rude and ignores your messages has zero customer skills unless you go there in person. He just throws car terms at you and expects you to understand. I don’t recommend this place at all. Every time he said the issue has been fixed every time it was a different story what it was. He also told me just to put the music up louder if I don’t like the noice car is making while changing gears?! (I brought the car to check why there’s a loud harsh noise it’s making).Great advice from a mechanic... the car is driving worse after all the fixing they have done aswell.The only good thing I can say is that they managed to get the stains off the interior which was really nice as I never asked for it but I thought I was taking a car to a professional garage not a professional car wash.There was also a car lighter missing after I picked up the car first time and when I mention it I was completely ignored.

Had to revised my review and rating with this car shop. They used to be okay but recently I had some work with them and apparently they have no expertise and experience on the issue and end up having to outsource the job outside and the price ridiculously increase. Trust and integrity is important specially when you sometimes have to rely on what they say. Never going back again.

Car Master Garage did an amazing job to my Dodge Challenger. Problem was identified quickly and I was updated by Nizar everytime. Parts and hand work were done well and fast. Definitely a recommend to anyone who needs a trustworthy garage.

The service here is really bad and instead of a garage they should have opened a hair salon.My car has been in their garage for over a month back and forth for the same issue, after a bill of over AED10k the issue was still not resolved and they had replaced unnecessary parts. I was left with no choice but to take it elsewhere for a second opinion, took the car to another garage called real expert auto and the issue was resolved in just under 4 hours with detailed information. The total bill came to just over AED1k with a simple solve

It took Rayan 10 minutes to understand the problem cause he is a proper mechanic!By the end of the day I received a fully detailed report with all the items that needed to be changed at very competitive prices.Rayan has helped me a lot over my past dealings with my agency, he has checked and verified the work performed by them and has advised me on how to proceed in my dealings with them.If you are looking for a proper garage, that will do quality work and will not try to rip you off, then this is the place!Personal thanks to Rayan for helping out every time I needed!

I had brought my car on recovery to master gurage and they send me quotation for almost 5,000. I refused to fix it there and I took it to another garage by recovery again, where I had fixed it only for 700 AED. The Quotation of 5000 was include unnecessary parts. Which they believed that I would not discover that, because my car is not in running condition and I can not take it To another gurage for double check !
