Sarfaraz was clear in his explanation and was convincing. Not the cheapest place, but they do a good job. They are quick in completing the job and delivered one day before the committed date. I had done wrapping for the bonnet and quarter panel only. Colour matching was perfect.

I recently took my car to FoilX. Could not be happier. First of all, in a city that doesnt excel in customer service, this place does. Zane, the owner, was friendly, professional and just a nice guy. When I took my lowly Ford Focus in, I looked around at the high end cars and said, I dont think this is the place for me, I drive a Ford Focus. Not a problem said Zane. we dont judge. He asked me to bring it on a Sunday and promised a two-day turn-around. There was a glitch in their power, and he called me in advance to tell me they would need it an extra day. Not a problem, thank you for keeping me in the loop. And then I went to pick it up. OMG, my car was sparkling inside and out. It looks better than the day I bought it. I highly recommend this shop. Honest, friendly and they go the extra mile. I am American, and this is USA style service. I do not give praise easily and I highly recommend Zane and team FoilX. You are in very good hands with this crew. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my simple car! Its a simple base model Ford but its mine. And I can assure you, there were mainly high end cars there. If you want friendly service and great bodywork, this is your place! And sincerely, thank you FoilX!

It is very hard to find honest people and places in the automotive market nowadays as every one is out their rip you off. I came across Foilx through a friend of mine and they met all my expectations of a prestige garage which excels in top notch customer service. They are extremely professional and deliver 100% as to what they say. I took my Maserati to them with a few paint issues. They delivered my car which looked better than when I bought it. Zane is the guy you want to go to for any advice regarding your automobile and he will recommend the best price and options for the work you want done. They dont disappoint in their obligation to customers either. Go and see the General Manager Zane as he is very professional in his field and is not out there to rip you off. Highly recommended.

Used to be in love with this place and their high quality service. Now they are irresponsible, incompetent, and disrespectful. They took my car and said theyd get back to me in the evening. One day has gone by, they ignore my messages and my calls. All this delay over s quotation for a paint job. The biggest thing they are known for and they cant even get so far as to tell me the price. I dont recommend it at all. It was once a great place that cared for every customer and treated you like you were home. Now its an unorganized shop with poor work and poor service. They only care about friends that are from royal families and even then their work doesnt seem to be appealing as before.PS. I love how 90% of the google reviews are from the staff 👍

Very bad experience . i dropped my g class for wrap and the job seemed perfect . after that it peeled of around the mirrors and back and front bumper and they fixed it again it peeled of now they are not giving me appointment to fix it

Someone damaged my car and here in Dubai, I have seen the quality of work of some body shops so was very picky with who I wanted to leave my car with. After waiting for months to find the right place, these guys were recommended to me by a friend. I went and met with Zain (a very nice guy too btw) and he quoted me to sort the car. The price he quoted was very reasonable, and even better, he said he would complete the car in 2 days including wash & full polish. I dropped it in, and asked him to make sure paint match was perfect. When I picked it up, couldnt believe it. Car was like new, cant even tell where the repair was done. If ever I need a bodyshop, I know where to go! Kind of helps when you see Ferraris & Lamborghinis parked up in there too. Nice work guys - thank you!

Foilx is a very professional workshop and I have dealed with them countless number of times. I brought my Lamborghini Gallardo last week and as usual their job was amazing. Their services are very good and Zane, their manager is always helpful and inviting. He always gives me sound advice on what jobs i bring in and how he can help me. 5 stars all the way.

Worst customer service, they dont consider Groupon voucher, priority is given to the direct customer. I gave my car to them for 3.5 hours for tinting. I wont refer any oneI paid already on Groupon voucher , but they are telling you have to pay more again for 50% of tintingDont buy groupon code for this tinting.Presales and post sales treatment of customerservice is entirely different.
