Ive been using AAA for the last 18 years. They have done all manner of jobs for me from basic services to gearbox rebuilds, complete vehicle re-wiring, engine rebuilds, body work etc. Their strongest points are honesty & straight talking. Professional work at a fair and reasonable price. I wont go anywhere else in Dubai.

Dealt with a gentleman called Rhaian who displayed great problem solving skills and acustomer centric approach from the beginning of our interaction. He was able to quickly source parts for my car that the original car dealer did not have in stock and he continuously kept communicating with me throughout the entire process. Great service, great guy!

Zero customer service! Id give no stars if that were possible! Visited the garage while construction is ongoing outside and could not find an entrance- returned home to be told a man with a flag will let you in. There was no man with a flag when we were outside! Finally found way in (flag man had appeared) and politely suggested a sign might be useful as my time is limited - to be told by the manager that your time isnt important to me! Well great Mr Scottish Manager thank you for zero customer customer skills and not even an apology !! - reading other reviews that are very negative Im surprised this garage is still in business and anyone reading this Id advise to take your vehicle elsewhere if you appreciate any degree of politeness, customer courtesy or service.As a follow up the inspection on my vehicle revealed-according to AAA - several issues that would fail RTA inspection and needed immediate attention - including old tires- 2017! Pleased to say my vehicle passed RTA inspection today without requiring AAA to do any work they stated was required to help their bank balance!

I wish if I can give them 00 in star rating I ordered parts from them and paid them in advance DHS.600 more than from standard price and when I called them after two days they are talking to me in shouting way terrible experience there managers don’t no how to talk to customers this will be my last visit to them.So Please friends you all take care and think first

PROFESSIONALISM is ok, they are responsive, and give decent descriptions of the problems and clear pricing explanationPRICING: a little expensive for outside the dealer and bit over priced in terms of value for money, of course cheaper than rip off dealer but more expensive than they should be.QUALITY OF REPAIRS . they are not qualified from the three times i went there, . i went once and had . a list of repairs, of which when i took the car back immediately i had two . NEW problemss!!!! i told them took it back and they dont want to take responsibility for it, even though i felt it was related, i dont know to be honest, i felt it was in the front part of the engine where they took the entire front of the engine apart--the belts, but they claim no it wasnt their responsibilitynow, maybe thats true, BUT, when i got that repaired, something again NEW broke--muffler right under the engine IMMEDIATELY after i took it from them. AGAIN they didnt take responsibility since i needed engine mounts, yes thats true, but i needed engine mounts one year ago!!! how can it happen once i leave their garage, second time, i dont think is coincidence, again they said they cant fix unless i pay more!!!sorry but NO!!The car has never been the same after taking to their shop, i dont think they are breaking things, i feel their mechanics arent qualified in a broad range of these sophisticated cars, i have a 2013 Audi A7

I dropped my Porsche on Saturday and they couldn’t identify the light error since they didn’t check the error and only next day Sunday after I told them about the error they started working on the car to do the service and check for the light error. They said what needs to be fixed and I agreed on paying for that work, they send me big list of things needs to be fixed but I said that will only do the service and the light error.They had the spare part only on Monday and they find that it needs decoding through the dealer only and when they send the car to the dealer the dealer said that what needs to be fixed is something different so they even had made wrong diagnosis and wasted 2 days. Also they close 0430 pm while the dealer closes 0630 pm so they could get the car Monday but they said they will get it next day Tuesday.That is the worst garage I ever dealt with in Dubai. Also the quotation didn’t have the labour cost and they came back saying the labor cost is 300 AED. I advise anyone who have German Car not to deal with them.They delivered the car very dirty and didn’t bother to clean it. Also the fuel lamp is on which means they drove it long distance as car had fuel already.

For 5k kms service the charges are 950 AED this includes oil and filter for a Japanese car. Wow! Are these guys serious. One of the most expensive 😂

Professional and timely services. Scratched the side door of my car against a wall and I took it there for the repair. Its relatively pricier, but its worth it.

Garage is ok. But not recommended for affordable cars. Very expensive, sometimes almost as much as the agency. Charges separate labor cost for individual job, not as a whole package.

Well overpriced,My bigger concern is there understanding of vehicle servicing requirement. An apparent 600 dhms minor engine service does not include one of the key fundamentals of the combustion engine especially in a sandy environment ... air filter!

Always over busy and lack of customer care... but the bad part is the technician dont know how to specify the failure in precise description... I think as normal guy I could know as his knowledge beside the overprice quotation.Seriously this is the last time I step to their bad and unqualified service.

Very over priced after checking with my car dealer i found out that their prices are cheaper than AAA and most of the things they repair have to be fixed again in 3-6 months dont ask why?

I always receive the great service when ordering car parts or when dropping off my car.

I have a LR3 which had an axle boot problem and other faults AAA diagnosed the problems on the spot and the repair wasnt a fortune... saved me 1000s in the long run. Thanks.

Terrible service. Whilst the car was at the repair centre, the handle of the vehicle was broken and the A.C. came back faulty.
