These guys are amazing. Very fast to reply and transparent. Quality of work is great and now i know where to go. What surprises me the most is how polite and honest they are. Very easy to work with them and will explain everything you ask them. They always take time to reach out to you and follow up with you and your car. Simply amazing and something you dont get to see in Dubai. I am usually the one who research everything before i buy anything, and rest assured that if you need any fix for your car or an advice, these guys will help you as much as they can. They are honest, efficient and reasonably fast. They will tell you what you need to hear but not what they think you want to hear. So you get an objective information of the state of your car. They consider reasonability of performing some jobs and if its not reasonable to do something, they will tell you that.It is an honest garage which chases the quality. I was looking for the place like that and after several disappointing attempts finally found this place.Was performing major service for my car including timing belt change, spark plugs, water pump, transmission oil change and differential oil change. Got a reasonable quotation with reasonable time frame

Really appreciate the reasonable prices and constant communication from the team at Motorworks; first time I used them they quoted me nearly 50% less than other premium garages and have always done a solid job and I have no complaints across a variety of car issues. Someone stole the chrome lining from my car, and it was super difficult to procure this item as its just a small piece which was missing and i was trying to avoid spending a lot and buying the whole thing.I ended up calling more than 20 car repair and accessories shops however none could help. Finally ended up ringing Motorworks auto garage hoping to hear a negative feedback but to my surprise i was told yes that the item can be procured at a lesser price than the agency.Spoke to the owner (sajid) super helpful person, best part - everyone i spoke to at the garage and over the call did not have any stinky behavior.. very responsive, respectful and good pricing..

I don’t often write reviews in general. Actually never written a review before for my Car Garage Specialists. I feel though that for this guys at Motorworks i need to say a few words... Always pleasant and polite. If you call and they cant talk. They will answer, and excuse themselves to call you back later, which they do. Professional, skillful, very well informed on Porsche cars overall. Always in every question or request i had they would come back to me referring to the official Porsche Service Manual with photos and parts number to explain me everything. What is needed, why it is needed, how much it will cost, how long it will take to get fixed and wherever possible they will even tell me if its minor or major work to be done, if it is really required or not and if not when i shall be looking to do it in the future. 2 people i interacted most of the times was Cole and Anees. Both gentlemen with willingness to help and always clear and approachable. Cost effective works compared to mane other garages i tried in the past before i went to Motorworks the past 2 years now. They will come collect the car, bring it back after service clean and washed, they will work with you every step of the way.I cannot recommend them enough. Cole as a person has also the most genuine will to always help you and his after sales service approach and care is really commendable.I can assure you all Petrolheads and Porsche enthusiasts that you will not be disappointed.

A great small business that was recommended to me, Motorworks were fast, efficient, super courteous and completely professional. They were very communicative, quick to respond. At all times the owner answered the phone immediately, responded quickly and was conscious of the budget. There was no waiting for a call back or trying to get through to the service agent. Great service from a team with integrity and thethe customer satisfaction at heart. They responded to my queries over the phone quickly even before I went to their workshop.I had a small issue which they were so generous to do for me and since it wasnt a very big job they were so generous to fix it free of charge and asked only for me to pay the mechanic what I wished according to my satisfaction with the job he had done.I was very satisfied with the job and attitude of the team all in all. Excellent job! i needed a quick turn around (5 or 6 hours) and they pulled it off with a couple of hours to spare. It included getting parts which for my car which can be extremely difficult (19 yers old Audi) and they did that with relative ease. I took my Audi A6 and also my VW Touareg for repairs and servicing. These guys did a great job with both the cars. They are qualified professionals and also reasonably priced. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness there. Mr. Anees and the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. Turned back the cars as per the committed time. I think its just a great work environment created there by the owner Mr. Sajid. Its far better than most other Car Garages in Barsha / Quoz area.

I would like to recommend this workshop as it was really great experience for me. After all stress and unbelievably high-cost quotation I got from dealer I thought I won’t be able to fix my car without spending hell of money. I found Motorworks through my friend. First impression was - it’s super clean and tidy, stuff looked clean and professional and manager Mr Aneesh was very attentive to details. After investigation, they called and informed me that half of the issues found by my dealer were fake meanwhile some of the issues were even not presented in quotation. Motorworks fixed everything with original parts for really good price. I felt transparency and trust here. Over all the service and delivery was as agreed upon,-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This is repost and change in the review based on the after sales service and support.Post the repair for the Oil Seal and the Tiers alignment, i had issues with the car drifting to the right and contacted the team for the issue, i was told we repaired the Oil seal that job was done proper, the tiers you drive for a couple on months and come back, i followed them and the tiers got completely worn out. Had to replace the tiers.The team is not taking any accountability of what job they do and after sales was pathetic.

Have used this garage for repairs on numerous occasions and the service just gets better and better. I’m hard to please when it comes to customer service but these guys do it very well. Car picked up and returned to work same day, two little extra jobs done with no charge and they never over sell you saying the I need this, this and this doing too. Just great value and peace of mind!!!!

I was looking for a professional and trusted auto garage to take my Discovery Sport for a major service. I was so unhappy with the high and unfair prices of the official dealer. I have met with Mr. Anees who is very responding, kind and solution oriented. I have given all the details of the car on the phone, shared by whatsapp all the service history as requested by Mr. Anees. He prepared a very competitive price as an estimate.He arranged door to door service so I did not spend any efforts going to the garage. They first, checked health of the car, recommended all the necessary changes. Asked if I want to proceed with original or after market explaining the cons and pros. As I have chosen the original they updated the total amount and luckily it was lower compared to estimated one due to the up to date prices.And one more important thing is, the official dealer told me to change the brake pads and discs but after Mr. Anees checked the car he told me that for an average of 10k km more, there is no need to change it, so he gained my trust by cancelling the change of brakes although I was already willing to pay for it.Thank you Mr. Anees and thank you Motorworks. I hope he will be always there :) You can ask him anything that bothers you about your car, even if it does not look important. He fixes it!
