The worst service center ever!!!I have complained about 2 serious issues in the car. They did a test drive and acknowledge the existence of the 2 issues so they took the car for tests for 2 weeks. Nothing was fixed and they told me to take the car with the same exact situation as I gave it to them and this is how the car normally operates!!!A disastrous statement by someone who is supposed to be technically qualified for such a thing. If this is how the car normally operates, why did they take the car and do tests for more than 2 weeks!!! to waste their time and my time?!!!Following their statement, I started to ask a lot of people whom I do not know regarding these 2 issues and if they are happening with them or no. All of them confirmed that these 2 issues are not normal and what the service center said is ridiculous.The car is still under warranty but they are reluctant to repair.Highest level of unprofessionalism I have ever seen. Will never recommend it to anyone because they might put people lives in danger.

First time to use the service, didnt have a super car nor expensive /luxury car but at least I want my car fully cleaned after the service...my tires looks awful after the service!!! i know its not a big deal but its isnt a good one experiencing and expecting that my car gets a poor service!

Worst service ever! I bought my car not from Al tayyer, but its a Land rover, I had small bumper to bumper accident and my insurance covers dealership repair.When I went to fix it, and after waiting for an hour, they said they can not do the job as I didn’t buy it from them, the only way to fix it is by opening a file and pay at least 30,000 AED!Its the first time I hear of such an issue.. Do not waste your time on them.

Super job done. Anwar was the service advisor he was very polite and kind and did a super job getting my car ready in just in time. Thanks to the insurance team too. Just his way of updating was bit slow.

Information is limited and call centre is misleading

Found staff cooperative and help full but there is issue with the spare part availability. All the spare parts should be available at all stores but unfortunately i visit to different stores to collect my car spare parts which was very inconvenient.

Nice place, clean and organized. Receiving the car took them a bit more time. They dont have organized transportation from that place, for people who drop the cars for service and the place is far from everything, plus you cant get the taxi easily.

I think the brands under Al Tayer Motors owe a massive portion of their sales success to the great service provided by Al Tayer. Efficient, friendly, supportive to see the least. This is the body shop and I hope nobody has to use it (since generally you need to have had an accident to be here) but if God Forbid you do.. you are in safe hands.

Worst place to be. I left my car there for some work to be done but the car was deliver after a month and scratch on the front window. Furthermore took a month to deliver and the staff never update you on the status of the car until you personally make a visit there

Great place. Clean, organised. Al Tayer is striving for better and better quality. Unfortunately, my Oman insurance only covered garage repairs, ie. third parties. I went to one in Al Quoz, which was friendly and nice, but nothing compared to Al Tayer.

160 minutes sitting, waiting for a letter to be printed. At 12:50 they said the employees are on their lunch break and theyll come in 10 minutes. At 1:50 they told me the same thing. Now its 3 pm, and I still didnt get my letter. At least they offer me coffee whenever I go check on them. #bestcustomerservice

2 times I have been there for minor accedint repair ,it takes more than 3 weeks to repair, which will take maximum 3 days with any local shop. So just in case you should have 2nd car to buy FORD.

The ONLY reason you would have ur car serviced at Ford is if its new car and the service is included / free! ...Otherwise its better to take your car to Friends Auto Repair Shop in Al Quoz!
