If you’re planning to get your car repaired under insurance don’t come here. All they do is paint & shine it without actual repairs and claim insurance. I particularly told the responsible person to check my car for those damages that I knew were there. Not only did they not conduct any repairs (except for paint and shine the outside) they also opened other parts of the car (to do I don’t know what) and my car came back to me worse than before.Don’t be fooled by the big board. It’s only perfect shine from the outside.

If there was negative rating that will be fair for this garageI went through the trap of the positive reviews and I dropped my car to them after accidentMy car now is lost. Theyre not professional and they do know nothing about repairing carsThey replaced all the damaged parts with used old one. And the same dont exist for more than one week then the troubles startedNow Im losing money because of them

Had been to this Garage last week based on reviews posted by other customers and I must admit that I has quite a pleseant experience. They are prompt, professional and very good at accident repairs. Mr. Shetty is very responsive and takes personal care of every case being brought in for repairs. They also go a step further in cleaning /shining the car before it is delivered back.

NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE TO ANYONE.Labour charges is 150 AED but they want to charge 300 AED for my car repair ( Nissan Sunny ). I pick labour from their garage & frop after 1 hour. At the time of payment they want us to pay double 300 AED without informing in advance but i give 250 AED after so much request. VERY VERY RUDE IN TERMS OF PAYMENT.ALWAYS DISCUSS CHARGES IN ADVANCE OTHERWISE THEY START LOOTING YOU.NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY CUSTOMER.

My insurance company gave me a list of supported garages after an accident I had, I went through their reviews on Google and Perfect Shine was among the best, so I called them and Mr. Shetty answered, and from there on I can only sing praise.Not only did they repair the car, they also helped with chasing the insurance company, they fixed knocks and door stains unrelated to the accident, they adjusted the tire pressure, and they delivered a shiny, pleasantly smelling car within a week.My car is definitely in a better condition than it was prior to the accident.

I went to this place after reading reviews, to give my cad adtwr it met an accident. All formalities were completed by him. All reviews are true. Not my car was only given back in time promissed but looked fresh neat and clean.Mr. Shetty is your man.

Got my Spark plugs changed from here and the engine started misfiring.Asked the mechanic to check and solve the issue, and the manager starts yelling and cursing. very inexperienced and unprofessional.New Customers avoid at all costs!
