Quality work, honest diagnosis, fast turn around

The owners are 2 brothers. They are very nice and patient people. Distinctly not after your money. Theyll detail about the cars problem and appears to give their honest opinion. I have been here 3-4 times already. If I may say, they are more competent for Japanese, German and American cars, but not so much for European cars.

Good after sales service. Whenever I visited these guys they suggested the real fix needed never running for your pockets. The staff is professional and candid will share some jokes along with professional advice. They have started accepting credit cards which is a real convenience. Overall, I will recommend the garage to everyone considering own experience and the corporate clientele they maintain.

I did a engine oil service done for my Ford 150 at the Jebel Ali branch. They missed the oil service reset. They quickly routed me to this branch and did it in minutes. Errors happen but how you manage them is what I look for.Good work Jaffar. Now, I have a workshop that has a branch where I work and where I live!

This is my second experience in legacy garage and they are great at there work. i strongly recommend to every one to visit the garage if you really like your car and want save money.

I was handed a quote of AED 8575 for AC work for my Mercedes. It just got out of warranty. This garage was refereed by a friend who services his Hotels fleet here. They kept my car for a day but I was relived they found the repairs were not as extensive. Paid a fraction, even though they could have easily charged more. They also have a branch in Jebel Ali and thats closer to my office.

The garage is disaster I strongly don’t recommend! I got my for a very minor issue. First they charged 3 times more than the normal price and even worst they damaged the car! I started having issues that didn’t even exist before and when I asked them to fix it...they didn’t know that to say & they asked to pay an extra 2500 to repair it although the issue was from them. After taking my car 3 times in a row within one week and nothing is fixed I gave up and took it to another garage who confirmed that the issue was from them! I don’t recommend at all...keep your cars away from this legacy garage complete fraud!!!

I serviced my car in their Jebel Ali branch. As I was in Dubai, I needed a quick oil change. I was surprised to see they had all my earlier service records from Jebel Ali. They replaced a small bulb that was not available in Jebel Ali in the last service. Well integrated operation.

Good work on my Land cruiser. Not the cheapest but still good value. 1pm to 3pm is closed and thats irritating in this area.

Good service for my Chevy Impala and Jeep Grand Cherokee.

I got my VW Golf GTI and asked Jaffar to do a full check. I already had a quote from Al Nabooda. Comparison was difficult, as the Agency wanted to change some parts that Legacy say it could be used further. What earned my confidence is that they caught areas that the agency had missed.The customer waiting area is fine for a short while but its easier to just go to Festival City near by. Surprisingly Legacy has a dedicated Careem number.

I picked this garage out of all the garages in the area because of what i felt was a honest website + avg google ratings. Luckily i wasnt disappointed. Legacy finished the lube and returned vehicle to me in 45 mins. Did full inspection and changed the ac filter and wiper. I knew the shock absorber had a slight leak and informed them. They checked and said it is minor and can be run for another 10k kms atleast. They werent trying to squeeze money out of me with unnecessary suggestions. I will probably keep going here as long as i continue staying in Garhoud.

Expensive but maybe its worth it. At the end its Dubai not sharjah.
