I will never recommend them 👎🏻I had to take my car to them since my insurance was covered over there only. The staff were okay, but I’m not satisfied with the job done.Initially I was told that it will take around 15 working days to finish the work. But it took around a month.. 😒The job did was not perfect. Somehow they managed to fix the car, but I can see many flaws in their work.They splashed many paint drops on different parts of the body.The major problem that I noticed after a day was - they had sprayed accidentally some liquid on back glass and the top of the car. I was driving the car and when I looked back through the rear view mirror, that time only I noticed that. I stopped the car and took the cleaning cloth to wipe them off, but it’s like permanently on my car. May be I will have to take the car for polishing or detailing to solve this now 😡I’m NOT AT ALL happy with them.

We had a Toyota Prado that suffered from a bad polishing job. We have gone to ProTech without an appointment and had an extremely good experience. They did an assessment of what needed to happen for the outside and inside of the car. They finished the job prior to the agreed time and the invoice perfectly matched the initial assessment. Highly recommended!

First thing, it was very strange the advisor was not ready to listen to the issues & take a note of it.First time I came to know that they going to replace the damaged parts with used ones from the local market.No update on the vehicle readiness.Advisor did not explain anything regarding the work done on the car and parts replaced.Steering wheel was off-center and when I mentioned while collecting the car, the advisor says Car was tested by Mechanic and is Ok and he will call me back after 2 days.Rubbing noise in the front wheel was still there after keeping the car for 16days.The bearing, he mentioned was ordered from Germany was not listed in the hidden Job Card (happen to see while signing the satisfaction survey report, where you are given no time to see the documents).When I asked the advisor to give me the details of the work done , answer is the insurance company will send, which is not received till date.Again I had to take my Car to VW service center to check whether the Car is ok because I drive regularly to Abu Dhabi.U cant trust them AT ALL, because every phone call you listen to a new story.

Avoid this business as much as possible! I had to take my car for body repairs and it came back with the battery empty! Locked me out of the Car.

Absolutely the worst garage I’ve ever been to. I absolutely hate this place. Had my car stuck here for 6-7 weeks for a headlight issue!!!

Not at all cooperative, false promises and reasons. I had my car stuck there for a more than a month when they promised to fix and return the car in a couple of days.

Was a bit hesitant to bring my damaged car to this insurance partner workshop, but the team did an amazing job bringing my car back into a near new condition. Super impressed with Mari - calling me often twice a day to update me on the status of the repair. She literally excels in customer service. Much recommended.

My car engine was flood damaged in the rains on 11 Jan and taken to Performance Tuning as part of the insurance coverage. They were efficient and quick in their management of my issue, and a special shout out to Mary who was wonderful to deal with.

Professional work done on damaged/accident cars. Suggest they provide a spare car to customers whilst the accident car work is done. This will ensure the body shop work is done faster by workshop and attract more customers.

Super customer service and super material. I have paint protection on my car and it really is worth the price. Easy to clean. Dust doesn’t settle like on normal cars. Highly recommended.

Nice job and delivered on time

I have visited the place to paint the back side of my vehicle. Agency repair by RSA. Good job. It was planned to finish the job in 6 days. But surprisingly took 3 days only.

The car was not repaired properly and when i went to get it checked again, i waited 20 minutes then they told me to come back later because all of their technicians are on a lunch break.

The guys working here are excellent,very helpful, the work is top notch, quality of work is unmatchable,👍
