I went there based on couple of my friends recommendations. I only did oil filter change and it was with reasonable price compared to Agency. Apparently they say its one of the good place for BMW repair after agency. As I saw in the workshop there was only BMW cars.

They wasted my time and energy, and did not respect what I requested them to do. I was misled in a big way when they said they can perform some tasks, when it turned out later on that they couldn’t. I asked for a feedback, and mentioned how badly my family needed the car, so they left me waiting, although I was following up (either they had a very ling break or no one cared to answer). They are not professional at all. Do not waste your time With them and go to someone else. Funnily enough, in my last and desperate follow up (very late in the day) it is only when i mentioned I was going to put a bad review that they started apologizing and behaving. I decided then to give my car to another garage, and the experience is much better and transparent.

Hands down the most unreasonably, unethically expensive service. Anyone can work on bmw, over time. All sweet talk melt people give higher ratings. Chinese parts sold as original. Prices vary every time for the same job. Expect to pay same or higher than product labor charge. Total cost of replacing 2 bulbs came to 600 aed almost. What bulb costs 80 aed they sell for 200 aed. A bulb that cost me 20 aed was sold at 60 aed with installation charges of 150 aed. Wouldn’t recommend it ever!!! Owners are deceiving. The mint money on spare parts, giving higher than market price quotes. Beware. Stay away from Jano

I went to the shop as my BMW car was giving jerks while driving. The foreman asked the technician to check by connecting a computer which he did and told problem 7. The foreman started saying there is a big problem and it need to be clearly reviewed before giving a quotation. He asked me to leave the car for quotation and in the evening, he send me a quotation of AED 1,585 for replacing spark plugs and coil. I asked him that whether the car will be fine after replacement. He told me that further check has to be done to give another quotation but doesnt guarantee it will clear the issues. I went in the evening to collect the car as I wasnt interested to get the spark plugs changed with them for such a high price. He said I will have to pay AED 400 for checking. When I asked the owner, he told me that he always want to give best customer experience and dont want to leave me go unhappy. So we agreed to replace only coils but at the end of closing time, he told me to pay fixed labour charges of AED 400 for checking and repairing coil which totally costed AED 550. I was unhappy to pay the fixed cost for checking when it is thoroughly not done.

I recomend everyone to buy parts by yourself. They have big margin on parts nd the parts are Chinese and sell as German.

Worst staff and horrible experience. They are very unprofessional especially the foreman Irani is unbearable and charges unnecessarily and cheating. They agreed that they will be adjusting the amount paid for initial checking towards the final bill after the work has been done and later after the complete work, he disagrees to adjust it and I had to pay the full amount despite explaining the previous agreement and argument. Very unprofessional attitude. Be very very careful with their work.

My car had engine oil leakage so went to their garage and they asked me to leave the car and said we will call you when its fixed.Next day i got a call n I picked up my car and they assured me that everything is fixed.I drove for 30 minutes got the same engine oil notification i called them and they said come after 2 days as they are busy.I went after 2 days they said everything is fine might be a sensor issue so they changed the sensor and asked me to pay for that.Again next day i got same notification after that they are keep on avoiding me.At the end problem unsolved, they are not professional at all, wasted my money.
