Used there services on 2 occasions- Ashoor- always most helpful and keeping me updated on the progress of the work. In the 1st case the manufacturer wanted to replace the entire engine protection plate when in fact all it needed was the rethreading of the retaining bolt holes and on the second occasion the replacement of lower control arm bushes done with original parts and at competitive pricingI will make use of there service in the futureIt does get busy over the weekend and parking is not freely available- just call Ashoor in advance he will assist

Costs are much relaxed compared to the Lexus service centre but work is good. The technicians are knowledgeable and give sound and honest advice. Time schedules are set at the outset and respected.

I went for AC Gas Leakage. There was leak in the connection O Ring, But they told compressor needs to be changed. I took my car to another shop and changed O-ring now Ac is fine. I dont trust that they deserve this 4.4 overall rating.

The best Auto garage I have ever visited in Dubai.I had a paint job for my new roof wing spoiler for my Honda Civic. ANISH and SANDEEP was just awesome. They both understood my excitement towards the new spoiler. Painted it just perfect and even installed it perfectly no one can say it is extra fitting. Been there to fix my AC few weeks backs (it was not cooling enough but still working). They Replaced AC gas and they told me there is no filter to clean or change. They didn’t inspect the full issues and simply said nothing else can be done. The AC has was leaking and 2 weeks later it completely drained. That leaking was not there when I take it to them.

Took my LX570 here for service and minor repairs at the recommendation of an Uber driver. The service cost one quarter of what it costs at the dealer. Had to do some minor repairs as well, also way less expensive than the dealer all while genuine parts. I dealt with Aneesh who was particularly helpful.

Very professional guys, I recently visited to repair of my kia sportage for Lower Arm Bushing and break pads. It was very quick, it got repaired in 3-4 hours.I forgot the name of owner he is nice guy and very cooperative.Only one thing need to verify is spare parts cost, I was charged around 100 aed more then market on spare parts. But labour charges was reasonable so I ignored it.

I recently had my cars denting and painting there.The body shop supervisor younas was very dedicated and professional person who did satisfactory work on my car within given time.There were no hidden charges and cost of work was not more and not less..im intending to go for mechanical work in the same garage and will post my reviews about that in a week.

Unfortunately my car came away from Al Nahda with added problems to the one they fixed. I took my car in to get the AC fixed and came out with a clicking sound system, and told me a CD was stuck. It had never clicked before (very annoying whirring and chk-chk-chk-t-r-r-r-r-r-ring sound)! There was no CD in the player! It still clicks to this day. On another occasion I asked them to sort out why my car pulled to the right, and after checking the tracking, told me it was fine. It wasnt. It still pulled and after many hours, checks and promises to sort it, I had had enough. I took the car away and noticed the tyre was worn through to the wire on the inside. I changed the tyre and the problem was fixed. I wont use them again.

I bought Lexus IS300 American specs found several problems which was going to cost thousands.. But this shop fixed them at reasonable price and professionally.. Those guys having very good experience with Lexus cars.. My thanks to Mr. Midhun he helped me a lot and was updating me on time.. 👌🏻 Dont waste your time and money in other garages.. I had a horrible experience with this garage. I went for my breakpads replacement for my Audi Q5 for the front two tires. Before starting I told them to ensure that the breakpads are original as I have kids and family and breaks are the most important equipment on the car. They told me that the breakpads they will put are absolutely original and not to worry. However the misery started soon after I left the garage and everytime I break the breaks make a really bad squeaking noise. I complained the garage and ever since have made more than three trips but no proper solution. Everytime I go they try to polish the breakpads but they still make the same noise. They have anyways diminished the breakpads now by excessive polishing and yet they make the same noise. They wont even replace these fault pads now. I am not sure whether those pads that they put are counterfeits or not but very horrible experience as those breapads are very expensive.

Went to the garage after reading comments.. they told me 1200 AED for just a clutch cylinder which I checked and repaired from another garage in the same area for 400 AED only.... They try to be professional and all but just charge very high thinking the customer as a fool..... Will never ever go there again and will not recommend to anyone...
