After the worst experience of wrapping I have come for the second tine to rewrapp the car as promissed for free. Initially the agreement was this will be free but I said I will pay partially because want to change the colour. My first wrapping cost me 5000 and Fadi was trying to claim 4800 from me for rewrapping which supposed to be free. After negotiations we came to compromise but it was done as a favour for me which I didnt like since I was the party who got damages and unexpected delays.As a result the wrapping was done finally with weeks of delays again but I closed my eyes aince the wraping itself was ok.BUT again i got my car damaged!!! See photos of headrest and roof rail and again they were trying to state that this was the condition of the car when I brought it there.Additionally I have asked for Engine mount check after which I had engine check light on after getting my car back (how the engine check was fixed will tell in separate review as it was another visit).On one of the calls Fadi was very disrespectful because in reply to my questions why it takes so long to fix my headrest (it took them three months) he offered me to get my headrest back fixed and never come back.

Never on time. Not professionals and do not trust them to get your car serviced. They will either damage it or will try to get a lot of money from you for doing nothing and imitating problems in your car. If you communicate with Fadi (General Manager) - he can simply cancel and ignore your calls and messages for a week without any reply or reaction. They were trying to disassemble engine with some parts replaced whilst AUTOTRAK CAR SERVICE simply connected loose wire, erased the error and did not even charge me 1 AED! Be careful and try to avoid coming to MBK!DETAILS OF MY LAST VISIT are below:Further to my terrible experience with wrapping and after they changed my engine mounts as I told before I had engine check light on and thus could not get Vehicle test results successful to get my registration renewed.I came on Saturday afternoon and have asked them to do the following:1. Remove Engine Check light (I thought it was just an error which can be erased by computer) - error photo is attached2. Properly fix my plate number and Mercedes badge (they did not fix them properly after wrapping)3. Install Washer fluid tank (I purchased it long time ago and kept it with them to be installed on my next visit)4. Redo tinting of my car (because it was full of bubbles with terrible quality of the film itself) - I will share my tinting experience in separate reviewThey kept my car for Saturday plus full day on Sunday and only finished Items 2 and 3 whereas I told them how important is Engine heck for me. Since my registration was expired for 23 days already. Whilst we agreed initially and during the phone call on Sunday afternoon that all of above will be done within Sunday and I can come to collect my car by 7 pm, of course when I came after 7 pm and started my car I saw Engine check light still on. Honestly I was not surprised since they did not even tried to erase this error and started working on it after I started complaining and calling to the General Manager (Fadi). In fact all my communication was through Fadi and I believe all these delays are caused because he did not manage my requests properly or his employees simply ignore his requests.They started working on this and found out that the error is not erasing - P011312 Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor 1 (cylinder bank 1) has a short circuit to battery (+). There is as short circuit to battery (+).The technician opened the engine hood and started checking everything and found out that the air is coming out from a pipe and said that he needs to disassemble the engine to remove the hood and get some rubber ring replaced. Obviously I am not an expert and usually trust to persons I believe are professionals so I requested for a quote. We agreed that the quote will be given to me next day being Monday to make sure we get everything ready by Saturday. After that Fadi started ignoring my calls and messages. On Wednesday when it was critical for me to understand shall I wait for them or look for other Auto Garage to fix my problem I have been calling to his mobile non-stop and after few times canceling my calls he finally picked up but with no explanations why am I being ignored he said: I am cancelling my calls because I am busy, and he hang up the phone again.THE MOST IMPORTANT AND FUNNY PART OF THIS EXPERIENCE:I am so grateful that Fadi was ignoring me last week because otherwise I would be still trying to find excuses for them so I went to AUTOTRAK auto service center (the auto garage I was using before I decided to wrap my car and got to deal with these unscrupulous and unprofessional people) who simply fixed connection of the wire, erased the error and the Engine check light was gone. Surprisingly I was not charged even AED 1!!!
