Insurance sent me there to fix my rear lights. Had to leave my car there for 5 days and then when I took it back I noticed that my drivers seat could not be adjusted to my settings. Workers may have changed the seat settings to move the car. Looking closer and before I left the garage I discovered that they broke a part of the seat motor, the broken part was right there under the seat and they downright refused to admit it! They insisted that it was already broken when I took it to them. It was not! These people are rogues. Be very careful when you leave your car there.

Went through them via my insurance for a minor esthetic work...I think there is big inertia in the garage making them not appropriate for minor works (It took 7 days while I think it could have been done much quicker...)The guy was however kind & polite !

Scratched the wrap in 3 different places and installed the grill in the wrong direction without offering to fix. Theyve done a good job on repairing the car from an accident but the front bumper was put back in an awkward way. Be wary of how they store your car as theyll scratch it and they dont care if the vehicle looks bad. Avoid if you can.

I had a small accident 2weeks ago and was sent by Axa to PAL auto garage. At first seeing the reviews I was convinced to go there.Let me tell you these guys do the job only if your insurance value is more to get benefit out of it. I had worst experience in dealing with them since beginning I had to make phone calls everyday to get updates and they did not even let me know what parts are required. Everytime I call the garage they asked me to contact AXA.. they intentionally submitted new parts quotation to insurance which will be off course more than 50% of the insured value. Now my car is declared as total loss as they mentioned not reparable only for a small damage(hood and bonnet). Guys be careful dealing with them. Thanks

The place is easy to find in Al Quoz. There are 2 areas but just next to each other. First you have to go first to their office building where in the left side. You dont need to worry, there is enough spare for free parking. Normally there is always somebody will welcome and assist you.The process is too easy to claim your insurance.The job result is like a brand new.Also thank you to Sarath who takes care my cars job.

Me and my brother always trust PAL garage for their advise. Though we both get our car serviced through dealer, we get any repairs done through PAL as they clearly tell you whether that repair (quoted by dealer) is needed or not.

Been using their service for over 5 yrs now. The work was always done promptly, properly and gave us good rates. The employees were always polite and courteous. They genuinely take the car owners requests and concern to heart and try to fulfill them to the best of their abilities. I service two of my cars with them and have no complaints.

Worst garage ever in Dubai.The authorities should close it down. They are the biggest fraud garage in the city, they charged me for 5l of engine oil while only actually poured 1l. When the car was about to break down and it started making a lot of noise I took it to another garage and came to know of this fraud and illegal activity done with me. Also the staff here is so impolite, no courtesy to talk to ladies, no politeness, they talk as if they are giving the services in free. Worstest garage ever. This place should close down soon inshahallah.

Pal Auto Garage repaired my car after a minor accident. Very satisfied with the quality of work and service. Fazil was very helpful in making sure that the repairs were done perfectly and the car came back to me spotlessly clean.

This is, by far, the WORST garage I have ever visited in Dubai and the UAE. It was allocated to my by my insurance. After 2 months and 5 days, the car is still not fixed!! I have had to take it back to them 4 times to fixe things (bumper cracked , poor paint job, new dents, installing wrong way door knobs or even windows not working...) that, because of the little attention to detail and lack of expertise, have been done wrong. Poor follow up with the costumer and a lot of excuses. would NOT recommend this place ever. UPDATE: After a more through examination of the car, I found out that the paint job has multipe flaws, the undercarriage pannels have been damaged when removed and, or not fixed, or fixed with zip ties, scrwes are missing, found zip ties loos in the engine bay, really close to the belts... a mess. On top of it, called the manager of the garage and ended up screaming to me because I raised a complaint to the Insurace about the quality of the work. Bravo...

I brought my car to be fixed at this garage through an insurance company and it was a horrible idea, for a small damage I got the car after 14 days, after that i found out that the front sensors are not installed, also the head light was not working. I called the garage back and they told me they will fix it but they dont have the spare parts ready and they need to get them from the supplier, until now it has been more than a month they did not call me back and whenever i follow up they are telling me they still dont have it and most of the time they dont even pick up the calls!! and one time they told me to fix the head light my self!!!Update:After reading my review the garage contacted me and fixed all the issues.Saranth from the garage was very helpful and he even sent a driver to pickup the car from my office .

They have a very good team for body repairing/denting/painting. Faasil and his people made my car look like new even when they had to use the old defective parts as it was not available in the market. We took our pajero to Pal, in Al Quoz. A very busy garage, but I have to say the repairs were carried out efficiently, with care and to a high degree. We were very impressed, I would happily recommend this garage for all bodywork repairs.
