Had a nasty blow out on Shekih Zayed road yesterday, called GT auto for assistance as I’ve done service with them before and always been very happy. They assisted immediately by sending a tow truck to get my car to the garage. I had a very reasonable quote by the next morning and was able to pick up the car by lunch time. That’s less than 24hrs turnaround. I can’t remember the last time I was this happy with any type of service I’ve experienced in Dubai. Great garage, great team, great service!!

I have been using GT Autocentre since January. I bought a 2014 Ford F150 and unfortunately had some issues with it...part and parcel of buying a pre-owned vehicle.I can be a skeptic, especially when it comes to dealing with garages, as you never know if you can trust what they are saying. But I have to say I feel John, Phil and the rest of his team have been great with me, always dealing with me professionally and carrying out the repairs to a high standard.Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy garage in Dubai.

I used GT Auto Centre several months back though I am only now getting round to writing a review!I used them to address some poor panel alignment on my Jaguar F-Type front right fender after I had asked the branded service centre to fix a parking sensor. I usually use the brand service centre, but they massively over quoted me for the this small job.The team at GT Auto Centre (GT) were able to fix the alignment which had actually been caused by shoddy workmanship at Jaguar Service Centre (SC). To fix the issue previously, the SC had simply used metal washers and a self-tapping screw to tighten the gap which resulted in a noticeable alignment difference between the left and right sides. GT identified the problem and replaced the attached bracket that the SC had bent. They also replaced some cosmetic damage all the while keeping the cost reasonable.Ive been meaning to have other work done, but have just not been using the car much, but I will definitely use them again and likely in the near future. Ive recommended them to a number of friends, a few with Jags too.

A breath of fresh air in Dubai. I’ve been here a decade and I’m only sorry it’s taken me 7 of those years to find this garage. Used consistently for 3 years now they are polite, efficient and trustworthy. I have no hesitation in recommending GT Auto to my friends.

For a well known issue Audi cars prompting to put 1 litre oil , they just replaced a part on top of the engine. I took my car to them before knowing about this common issue. After paying almost AED 2,000 issue was not fixed. Later I was surprised and disappointed to know through a friend and couple of other service center mechanics this is a well known issue with old Audi models and the solution is to just top-up oil. Don’t visit this garage who are not transparent and trustworthy . Just saw some other’s comments rated 1 star on trust issues. They never communicated honestly about this common issue despite I was curious to know the reason and fix .PS I found the issue was not resolved on the next month after doing service. Though this repair was done last year , just now my mind got clicked to share this disappointment so that others can be aware of this garage.I wish 0 Star option here from google.

I recently had an amazing experience at GT Auto Centre. I took my Nissan Aramada in for a bumper repair and service. Not only was the work completed as promised on time but i was extremely happy with the standard of work performed. A very pleasant manager and his team made this whole experience a truly worthwhile visit. Highly recommended for any car repairs and servicing. Not often we get to say that nowadays thank you.

Ive been recommending GT Auto Centre to my friends, its time I write them an honest review,I took my car to Phil back because of a collision (my car was destroyed from the rear). Phil was able to place it back together as if the accident never happened. He does a very nice job and he can ensure to take care of everything to satisfy your requirements/standards. Best part is: he is reasonable. He is the best guy to go for car repair and dent/accident issues.

GT Auto has always been reliable professional outfit. Have used their services for many years to repair my VW Eos, and now Honda. They are experts and do the job right first time. Should there be any issues they fix them immediately.The best part is they offer a small runner round car as replacement whilst my car is with them. Jon, the proprietor, is a super gentleman who will make sure that things are dealt with to my high standards.you cant go wrong using them.

Fantastic work by these guys on repairing my Jeep. I originally put it in to get the side of the car repaired having dented it and scratched the paintwork on a bollard and ended up getting a few minor scrapes on the wing mirrors also cleared up as well as an oil change. Much lower cost than I was expecting it to be and all done quickly and efficiently.

Perfect for fast reliable servicing and all things repair. Especially great for Western expats as it’s owned by one and he understands what we need!

Worst experience ever with this garage. Said several parts needs to be replaced because it was worn out and didn’t trust it and checked with another garage. They showed me the parts GT was talking about replacing and it showed none of it was needed! They just want to make money out of you by lying and thinking you Someone who doesn’t know anything so they just try?! Would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to throw your money away.

Reliable, quick and fabulous customer service. Bought a used Range Rover with a couple of snags and had it serviced with GT autocentre afterwards. It all has been fixed to my complete satisfaction.

Great Garage, very professional. I had GT Auto change out the brake system on my Pontiac 1973 Firebird this included disc & drum brakes.I have also had my Mustang GT in this workshop to fix the Air Con very with the problem identified quickly.I would recommend this company!

Good guys - sorted out a major service on my Toyota Land Cruiser and managed to organise 3M tinting, all done within 24hrs from drop off. Will def use again as much more efficient, professional and cost effective than using dealership servicing!

Recommended by a friend, I bring my Golf 2009 for oil change. The service adviser tried to sell me a type of oil that may be good for a Formula 1 and with very high price but it was not as per VW recommendation. He was very insisting that will be good for my car... I have to argue to get the type of oil recommended for my car model and to get a reasonable price. I got the car on time but few days later I noticed oil drops on the floor of my garage (I cannot attached photo to this review but it is a significant mark. I realized that the O-Ring was not replaced (Im assuming they re-used the old one) and there is a permanent oil leak. Oil level was way over the maximum recommended. The workshop is not very clean and not well equipped.

Good service, good servicing, great price. Take both our cars there for regular servicing and very satisfied with the overall experience and quality of work.

I will summarize my review in few points:1) Received my car a week than what have been promised.2) requested 5 services, once I received my car I discovered only 3 out of 5 services were done. Further, the owner didnt have a clue I have requested 5 services.3) Poor job done!

Had some weird conversation with a guy about someone elses car. I had left my motor there for something 180° different to the work he was talking to me about (must have been someone elses car) and after 10 minutes the penny dropped and he just put the phone down. I will collect my car and look somewhere else now. No one there from my first visit and all change it seems. I suppose thats Dubai and with a transient work force we have to accept these things. Such a shame.

Where to begin?........ i booked my car in specifically because my trusted mechanical engineer (will not name names) was employed there. I lost the direct mobile number of the dude so i called the land line and spoke to a reception guy who bumbled along eventually passing me on to a well spoken british guy. i asked for my guy but was told he was on leave.i called again after a couple weeks and was told the same. i joked i should work there as the holiday entitlement is fantastic!i made a booking to take my car and was told my guy would be in touch as he was due back soon.i got an email from my guy (strange not to call me but maybe he lost my number too)after a brief few emails were exchanged (and no answer when requesting his number again) i got his number from a mutual friend and rang him.HE DOESNT WORK AT GT AUTO CENTER ANYMORE AND HAS NOT SINCE AUGUST!!i only went to this workshop because he was there. how many other people have they spun this lie to?anyway no harm done (apart from blatant fraudulent statements) and i found my guy. Any body wanting this dude (that uses this place already or heard he was there so want to try it out) i cant say his name but i suggest going in person first in case we are after the same guy.Thankyou GT auto center for making me not trust mechanical engineers again.#BeCareful

Getting a quote for a body part and its labor was a daunting task, I wonder what itd be if following up after Id have given them my car. If Sampath is attending to you, youll know exactly what I mean.

Very good service centre

They have lied to me that my right front upper control arm bushing needs replacing. Trading Enterprise Rashadia official jeep service and another workshop confirmed that it doesnt need replacing. It would have costed me 6000 AED using OEM parts to replace since you need to change the whole control arm. Beware of theyll lie to you just to RIP you off.

I have used GT Auto to service my KIA Sorrento since buying it from new. After 100k kms I have not experienced a single problem with the car and the servicing has been excellent with the car always ready on the same day and everything dome correctly. Recently I had a minor accident which required the front wing and door to be repaired. Phil and the team completed the repairs and carried out a full service in just 5 days. Upon receiving the car back I was amazed at how perfect the repairs were. I cannot tell that the car has ever been in an accident as it looks brand new. I would never use any other garage in Dubai regardless of what make of car I own in the future.

Avoid this service centre if you are looking for proper care of your car.

GT came highly recommended by a friend but my experience was not good at all. They did all around check up of my car that was really expensive and for that price tag you would expect thing to be working afterwards. Unfortunately, that is not the case, I was back in the shop in no time, with follow ups on things they messed up... Quite unfortunate and not worth the money.

Really good job! As an expat living in Dubai, Ive become increasingly frustrated looking for an alternative to driving 40 kms to lose my car for a week whilst the dealer takes its time to repair/service my car and think up a random number to charge me. Ive done the rounds talking to garages and got fed up with the shoulder shrugging brigade who barely speak a comprehensible word but may, or may not, be capable of fixing the problem.GT Auto Centre is the solution. Easy, no nonsense conversation from people that want to fix the car at a reasonable price, on time and with a view to seeing you return as a mark of satisfaction - they actually keep you informed! Theyll happily try and find solutions to problems that make sense cost wise. Have had both our cars worked on there and are driving like new.Fully recommend them. Job done!

I would give this place no stars if I could. Took it for a service and then once I got the car back was hit with a host of other problems and warning lights. In the end I paid 5000 Dirhams plus a 1000 Dirhams for a Suspension issue, service and a leak to be fixed. After a few days of getting the car back the coolant low sign started showing up again. These guys completely ruined my car and one of the cowboys there actually told me he took the car to Al Tayer in the end as they couldnt fix the problem. The funny thing is once I got a phone call from one of them saying they are just test driving the car and its all good. When I got there, switched it on and the warning light came up right away. Im now 6000 Dirhams out of pocket and still got an oil leak to fix. Maybe they can handle small cars but definitely are not Range Rover specialists like they claim to be.
