I have used Fox Motors for the past year. Was recommended to them by a friend following a ridiculous quote from another garage. I have them to be extremely helpful, very reasonable cost wise and highly recommend them as the go to garage if you don’t want to use the dealership

Got a full revision done, paid for it and got told the results would be sent to me in few hours.Got back home and never got the results, messaged them about 4 times on their WhatsApp, never got a reply.They kept my money, but lost a client… and I’m sure to tell anyone who asks me about a garage, to NEVER go here.

The good thing about this garage is the opening time and staying until night open.You have to negotiate the price which I find disturbing. 750 for my BMW battery change negotiated to 700. Quick service battery changed in 15 minutes.I don’t know about their mechanical services I just did the battery.

Had window tinting there, which apart from creassing of the film in some areas was generally fine and does the job. The rating is for their communication with the customers thou. On the phone I was told it will take about an hour, when I got there between 1-2 hrs and in the end it took 3.20 hrs. Wish I didn’t leave my wife and baby at the beach saying I’ll come back for them in 1.5 hrs :( At least I would have left the car seat with them or don’t take them at all with me. This is the type of problems you can cause when you really don’t care about your customers.

Good garage, fast repairing good service

They made the car available in time and did not beguile me about the price they were the third shop which I have found over there and they were the best and they seemed to be so expert of all. All in all I got to so satisfied with their service and I recommend everybody to visit them.

Lousiest Experience Ever. Went for a Car Polish, car left with two major dents that they deny. Asked to see camera, response that the camera recording for the specific days the car was there is not available. Police will be involved if they do not fix the major dents they have done.

They overcharge by more than 50% and they have zero customer service. I would highly recommend that you don’t go there.

Completely overpriced!!! 200dirhams for bulb replacement! I am a woman and they took advantage of that, I know for a fact a bulb costs about 40 dirhams!!! And this price is because they “gave” me a 100 dirhams discount. When I paying the guy was even laughing at my face. DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE!!!!!
