Had invested in an insurance and savings plan 7 years ago. Their staff helped me switch funds in the investments in a timely manner and I was able to benefit a lot from it.I am happy with the sales staff.My advise would be to keep in touch with the sales staff and his or her manager so that you have a proper inside contact to speed up your requests.

Had taken a medical insurance policy for my wife and son. My son was diagnosed with pneumonia and all claims were paid promptly and with zero hassle. They even renewed the policy for a 2 additional months without any hassles. My experience was very positive.My car insurance was also purchased from Union Insurance and I had zero problems during the claims process.I also purchased a life insurance policy with Union Insurance due to my positive experience earlier.Overall I am happy with the company.

UICs service was excellent. They assessed the damages very quickly and arranged the compensation very promptly so I can replace my items. Communication was clear from the beginning till the end. Really impressed.

Guys Dont get trapped with Union Insurance.Iam a Super secure policy holder with Union insurance for last 5 yearsWhen a customer asks about a loss you usually say that the profit or loss of this policy is subject to stock market risk. But here UI can not say these quotes . This is because the poor management of funds from Union Insurance side that causes huge losses to customers.If the investment is in stock market it should manage accordingly.Over last five years I feel that you guys throwing customers money to some where and sleeping- Ofcourse there will be heavy loss if it is not manged as stockmarket. Then there you have Juicy quotes to copy and paste. -- the profit or loss of ghis policy subjected to Stock marketIf I requested for fund switching from one stock to another it will take long time by the time I lost the money already . If you ask about it then again the Juicy qoutes -- Your loss is subjected to stock maerket risk And Union insurane never give a chance to customer access the police online for manage it themselvesAnd there is another big issue with UI is Transperancy . They will never let you know how much amount removed from one stock and moved to another .And there are many charges they have . but they will never let the customers know how much amount they deducted from their fund.

If I could give them a minus score I would gladly give it to them.Absolutely unprofessional approach towards their customers. They change deadlines every time we follow up for refund on their super secure policy. Their so called helpline numbers are never answered and the customers issues are never escalated internally to senior staff even after numerous telephonic follow ups with very junior staff and even after several emails to IpOps. I never received any callback from a senior executive to know customer experience and to resolve them. Visited their office twice with regards to an early termination of a Super Secure policy which was sweetly sold by a sales executive. All they do is read the rule book to the customer.I’m extremely frustrated with the whole experience with Union Insurance.My advice to prospective customers is to not even touch them by a 10 foot long barge pole. Just Stay away from Union Insurance companyAnd, RAKBNK if you value your reputation please don’t promote such fraud companies and don’t trick customers into doing business with such companies if you are unable to intervene and resolve grievances of those customer who have been influenced by you into buying their products

Worst company !!! - they do not update customer on claims - and delay process so that we forget about it and then after few days and weeks they update status that too incomplete and we get tired of resubmitting files - we waste time in checking status in application and then they do not return money , then provide 100 of complicated reasons that we cannot understand easily which is related to medical - then at the end they say it is because of the delay in submitting claims. providing reimbursement form and receipt should be enough as many insurance companies does. and they can ask for all details from hospital from where this document was issued. @insuranceAuthority should look at the comments and reviews here, majority complaining from same reasons.

If i can give zero star i will give them.dont trust their super secure policy. They fouled me and inform me that their investment plan is about not withdrawing the money before 5 years. after 5 years you will receive 100%. Union Insurances SuperSecure Policy is by far the worst insurance policy in the market. Post payment of all premiums and completion of full term, upon full surrender of my policy, I received an amount that was way lower than the total premiums paid. From an investment growth perspective, when the markets have been performing well overall, receiving an amount lower than the capital infused, doesnt make much sense. Also, in a digital world, I was told that I would receive my funds within 6-8 weeks (which already seemed unreasonable). However, I received my funds only in the 11th week and that too after contacting them every week! That is almost 3 months to receive ones own money. Pathetic policy and Id never advise anyone to buy this! The name SuperSecure is contra-indicative as how would one feel secure incase of any emergency if s/he received their own money after 3 months?!

Very Poor Quality. Sales representative tricked me in to buying the Super Secure policy and after three years when i try Partial With-drawl, they told me that my 72000 AED is worth 28000 AED Now.NEVER buy an insurance from them.

Was quite forced the do investment with Union Insurance through RAK bank. Well, I just home I will get my money back. Visited office of Union Insurance. Unprofessional stuff, asked to talk to main manager as I have serious questions but very unqualified person assisted me, who seems to be very far from finances and banking. Nobody knows anything. The only hope that it’s done through RAK bank, but Union Insurance on it’s one looks very amateur company with uneducated stuff in this field. Be aware if you consider this company.

Ive been tricked by Rakbank agent to buy saving plan from Union Insurance called super secure planDO NOT EVER GET SUCH SAVING PLANSobviously RAK Agent was suggested this by showing me examples of other customers saving estatment to explain how amazing the interest and unfortunately Ive signed one! they never told me the minimum years to invest is actually 3 years and made me sign a 5 years plan. Then I released only recently that not only you dont get 0 interest after compeltion of 5 years plan BUT also you will loose the original money you invested if u decide to finally withdraw your money by end of plan!!!And if u decide to cancel the plan anytime within 5 years they will NOT give you back a single Dirhams of your own money!!!The biggest financial mistake of my life is this SUPER (UN)SECURE PLAN by Union Insurance

Not the best company to deal with. They refused to help me re-open a job card with a workshop that didnt fix my car accident damage properly claiming that they cannot force them if I signed that I have received the car in good condition. I explained to them that this signing happens before you start driving the car, but it seems they either do not bother or do not want to bare any further cost. I reached out for them desperately to convince the work shop to have a look at the error showing on the dashboard before they make a decision about it. But job is closed, payment is done, CUSTOMER SHOULD GO TO HELL!!GREAT JOB GUYS!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Unfortunately they work with very low quality car repair agencies like AG Car Service in Al Quoz. They did a very bad repair (assisted by Mr. Vijith), delayed a good 60 days for a minor accident and left the car super dirty (found chips and bottles of drinks inside my car).

Completely useless and fraudulent company. Renewed my “policy” in April. When I tried to go the doctor in July, i was told my “policy” does not exist. So i have been paying them for nothing. Useless call center, non existent support. Just a total waste of time and money. Horibble beyond words.

Never responded to renewal request, even though 5 employees are on the email loop with 5 reminders sent and a phonecall. My car is a 2017 Mercedes and never had an accident in my life, had my UAE license for 7 years. Never seen a more unprofessional company.

I had been told by the union insurance co. to go to RPM workshop and the work shop is asking for 350Dh from my pocket to replace my Front windshield with a *Used Windshield* where the actual cost for a used WindShield is only 200AED then why should i take an insurance cover . very disappointed with Union Insurance they should have said its not covered instead of charging me .After following up with the insurance company they agreed to replace with original glass and all charges waived . When I got my car back from RPM workshop after changing the glass I noticed that my glass right side beading is missing . They are telling they dnt know abt the beading . There after the fight when i started to leave the workshop I found my petrol is fully drained to empty which was 3/4th full when I given .Then they told that they will pay the money for the petrol with out any arguments.So guys pls be informed and be alert while you give your car to RPM .

I was originally told my car will be fixed within “20 days maximum”. My first visit to the service center was 2 weeks after they took the car and the car was still untouched. The delivery time was delayed 6 times so far, now 2 months later my car is still not fixed and no one cares about customer feedback or the fact that you have to take taxis around Dubai for months. Worst insurance company in entire UAE and they deal with the worst garages. Don’t insure your car there even if it was for free.An update: They’ve had my car since 19th of September. Now it’s 10th of December and my car is still not properly fixed.

Hard to get hold of when you have a claim, they keep giving you phone numbers. They ask you to take the car to a garage called RPM garage in Dubai which has really bad reviews on Google, thier other garage options dont look good either and I was told earlier that they work with really good garages. The worst thing is that they told me they put used parts not new.They ended up putting Chinese copy of taillight. Avoid them.
