At first I have doubts getting this service but good thing I followed my instinct. This company has been great in costumer service and the transaction went very smooth. Took my money for a travel insurance policy and I entered my passport details as requested. I later got an email asking me to upload documents, the link was broken and I was unable to get them to answer the phone to talk about it (it was a Thursday evening, so weekend, then PH, so I assumed that was the problem). My trip is now over and theyre still not answering their phones. I can only assume that I wasnt covered as I never received my policy documents. Far from good, paying for a service that I never got.Update - theyve contacted me as a result of this review, explained a system error and offered a refund. Appreciated.

1- I am not sure how they promise their customers to receive an insurance within 60 mins!!!2- after agreement and payment, why I should receive a phone call saying you can not purchase this insurance and the price has increased for about 1000 Aed!!3- Why Ive to call thousands times to get a response and promise to call you back to resolve an issue and never call back.Ive talked to 2 agents, Mahmoud, and this would be the worst experience so far, including their manger who didnt yet manged to resolve the issue. Mohamed Anees tried to help out howeveryou wasted my time, ruined my mood, delayed on my commitments.Update:- received the insurance policy after calling thousands times, however without original stamp or signature which is not acceptable by the bank to process the purchase with dealer.

I purchased 2 car insurances at the same time online. Paid for it and ended up 4 days waiting for the insurance to be issued. I kept hearing 1 excuse after the other. A so called technical issue on the insurance company side. After having contacted them myself, they were not having any issues. Asked for the refund, took 3 days and not even a confirmation that I would get my refund. Now 7 days later, I gave up on the refund and went ahead and was able to get 1 car insured. The second one is having now other issues. I am getting promised that the insurance will be issued but still nothing has happened, And of course, again 1 excuse after the other. Meanwhile the cars were uninsured because of the incompetence of this company. ! car today is still uninsured in front of the house

Theyre quick to respond to emails and queries, but need to pay more attention to detail. Raffy was good but didnt realise that the same Insurance company that I used last year had changed the seating capacity from 5 to 7, as though my car grew in a year!! After I pointed it out to her, she had the policy reissued with the amendment, but had she checked the document prior to sending it to me, she probably would have spotted it. Overall, Souqalmal is a good company to deal with.

The process started very easy and simple. The website was easy to use, but once it came to submitting documents and receiving my insurance, there was bit of a hassle. I had to call multiple times and kept being told i will get a call or receive my policy in the next hour, and that went on for days. If the process was smoother after the website, it would have been a better experience.

Prices, qoutes and all info Cannot be trusted. They give you an offer but later on you discover that the qoute doesnt March . Their agent was also rude with me and blame me for their own system mistake.

I am having the worst experience with this company. They owe me a refund of 3200 dhs (which is confirmed over email I have proof) which is delayed for over 8 weeks and they are not agreeing to take responsibility of my refund instead asking me to speak with the insurance company directly. Why are they even brokers and taking payments from me if they cant sort out the issue? I have had 3 managers calling me and confirming that I would get my money back but nothing so far. The employees are high unprofessional and have cut calls on my face. I am taking them to consumer courts as this is really the worst thing they can do to one of thier long time customers.Do not ever use them.

I have been trying to get a refund for over a month now with no progress. Poor customer service.

I initially receive a different quote, a cheaper one of course, then was told a few days later that Union Insurance told them that they changed their quote a week before hence i need to pay extra which is totally frustrating.. You can’t ask customer to pay something extra which is totally different from what was offered and what you paid initially! I don’t know if this is just away to sell their product, if that’s the case having to have good reviews I think matters most. To be fair though, the agent’s customer service is good, I feel that he handled the issue very well and has been very polite all the time, but still it was a bad experience... I have checked again though, re insurance rates, I think they had the best offer.
