Okay frankly speaking those guys are not even close to being janitors.There service is the worst ever!Beware of getting fooled by their fake promises, I have to decided to boycott them at all levels and in all circumstances.I was going to lose everything because of their discriminatory system!Stay safe and never deal with them or buy policies from there!

I deposited 90,000 DHS in 5 years. When I closed the policy after 5 years, they gave me back 74,900 DHS.This money is forbidden for them. I will not forgive them for my money in the Hereafter.

Best insurance company as per my experience which happened recently. I got my car flooded in recent rain and got water inside the car and car was insured by union insurance. I called them told all the story and got approval to fix the car at dynatrade and then I come to know that car is total lost declared by dyna trade and i got good insurance compensation from union insurance without any hassle. Good motor insurance. Claim aprovel will take 1 week. Service was good. I recommend it. Once my car hit on Gate Barrier. I opened new claim. They repaired my car and gate barrier. They didnt make any objection. I paid only excess amount.

Worst insurance company in UAE. They are not transparent. They lie and they will cheat you of your hard earned money. This is the biggest Insurance fraud company in the UAE. I needed to replace my back windshield glass and my insurance policy clearly states that any part that is replaced comes with a guaranty. Union Insurance has deliberately refused to give me a guaranty even after I pointed it out to them that I am entitled to a guaranty cos its stated in my insurance policy. Please stay away far from them. UNION INSURANCE IS A FRAUD!!!

Process is fast and good.. I was thinking previously that it’s not a good company but when had accident they did took care of it very fast. I hope they maintain the same level of service. Mr. Mohammad Halwani is a nice guy and helpful.

I have submitted a claim, was then directed by union insurance to a garage which seems to be run by monkeys. I took my car back before the repairs could start and have informed union Insurance to provide me with an alternative garage a week ago. They have not replied after multiple calls and emails.

I was taken Union Insurance through RAK BankI got very poor service and lot of mistakes on the policy.I will not recommend to anybody.

I would not like to give any rating to Union Insurance, but will give one star for their online claim submission and approval process was good. Apart from that after sales or response to the customer agony i would like to give a big fat 0. They dont care even if their client is in trouble due to delay in finishing the car repair. Instead of providing solution they boost about that claim was approved fast and as per the agreement rent a car was given. My question is this rent a car was not FREE!! We had to pay extra Aed 250 premium to get this so called FREE rent a car!! I will never suggest anyone to opt for union. I have been their customer for last 3 years and only this year i had a claim and Im happy that it happened in third year and i got to experience their outstanding (with no solution) customer service. You keep sending mails but no response!My advise to Union Insurance please treat customer mails and problem seriously irrespective of whether they got a RED or GREEN slip from police, as like others they too have paid premium and have a right to ask for solution to their problem!!

Better to insure your car some where else. They will try not to pay you as much as they can even if it is less than 1000AED. Thats also after a month with a cheque.

The worst insurance I have dealt with. They have approved a refund for car rental, as a result of an accident, for 10 days which was approved by the faulty insurance as well but after chasing them for the refund, they said the approval was for 4 days only.What made me more angry was that they replied to my email by saying “we have done our part” and you can contact the faulty insurance directly and discuss with them.I don’t advise this insurance at all because of their dishonesty and lies.

Very bad experience with health insurance.Approvals take forever, mediocre customer service.the worst was the renewal process! the quote was more than double with no explanation. it was so late we had to pay fines for the time gap. I changed my health insurance provider and ill never come back to this company.

Please update the Ramadan timing on we site as well ... I came from abu hail metro by walking. And saw its been close I know its Ramadan but The company has to mention on site that the Ramadan we close at 2.30 PM .

Worst service except for the online claim process which I give one star. My car was hit and they assigned me the Cars garage in Deira which took a weeks time to fix my bumper. When we went to collect the car we noticed that the bumper wasnt aligned properly and so was the cracked part of the bumper not fixed. The insurance dint give a approval for 3 days to re fix it . After repeted calls finally I got my car in exactly 2 weeks. I would not recommend Union Insurance. Its the worst ever.

They dont even deserve one rating such a bad experience ,i paid for comprehensive full coverage insurance and my cars bumper was broken and they din even replace for a new one and that doesnt end there the garage they appointed me was so so bad that they spoke so badly to me and did not even send an apology to me ,the worst insurance company even if u pay extra to other companies please dont take from here real cheaters . first experience of insurance lesson learnt ,they dont even deserve one it should be zero rate .

I would like to share my personal experience. My car Nissan Tiida met with an accident on May 9th 2018. I registered a claim and in 6 days I got to know that the car will be considered as total loss since the repair cost was exceeding the 50% of the market value. I had to meet Mr. Halawani for settlement and I would like to say that he is the best man I have ever seen in claims department. He was very helpful in settling the amount and it took me around one month to clear the vehicle since it was on loan. The suggestion of garage I would say takes time and even I had to suffer for taking my vehicle to garage which I dropped in some garage in Ajman and next day they asked me to take it to KM Garage. But the recovery was provided by Insurance company it self for which I did not have to suffer. Some times it would be tricky and you need to be sure of what clauses are in your policy and be confident and double check of what is covered and what is not since I read a review that when he purchased he was told of replacement car and when he needed it, they told it was wrongly promised :D. Good luck guys and hope this helps someone eagerly looking for a good review ;)

Took me well over 45 days to repair minor damage to my car. Zero control over the whole process. Had to call very often to complain to get things moving...

Feedback on 06-Jun-2018.I got my cars rear bumper smashed and went to KM Garage suggested by Union Insurance. collected my car today and got what expected - car dirty in and out, quality of job is poor, stuff is not willing to listen to Clients. left my feedback on KM Garage page. tried to raise a complain to Union Insurance regarding my bad experience with their garage, will see what will be their response.updated on 11-Jun. UI contacted KM Garage and asked them to resolve the problem. awaiting for feedback and appointment schedule from KM Garage. assume that this is mostly garage problem, but Insurance Company should select not only cheap workshops but the ones with quality jobs to protect Clients from rubbish delivered as a service. otherwise it looks as a cheating - pay money for comprehensive insurance and get your car back from the workshop in worst condition.Feedback from 15-Aug-2017.Staff (his name is Ralston D) is not aware about all aspects of his job, can only press the buttons and make a routine job. With 3 years of employment in UI, he spent about 5 minutes to find an information regarding unknown third party clause and asked for assistance from other personnel. They will always try to get more money from Clients, and be careful during purchase of policy as Ive been promised that can get a replacement vehicle in case of accident and now they rejected and said that Ive been given a wrong information.

Hard to get hold of when you have a claim, they keep giving you phone numbers. They ask you to take the car to a garage called RPM garage in Dubai which has really bad reviews on Google, thier other garage options dont look good either and I was told earlier that they work with really good garages. The worst thing is that they told me they put used parts not new.

The worse customer service I have ever encountered. They have let me waste a day at the car registration as they did not do the correct date and took them a day to sort it out.. Only to get a call to go home and try again the following day.. absolutely disgusting service.

They never tell you about the amount you should pay when you make a claim. And adds all stupid features to your policy while removing the others. You will be asked to pay 2000 or higher(double) when you make a claim. Ridiculous. Recheck your policy details when you renew with them. I dont recommend this.
