This is the worse experience i had ever with any insurance companyNever recommend AXA for anybody, they rune my life with bad customer service and break all their promises and don’t stick to the insurance policy- they reject the police report and say to me by word ( we do what we want and not responsible of what come in the police report) the company technician told me what i want i will do and u can’t do anything to me.- they reject to fix all the parts which showing in police report even iam full insurance and i pay 367.5aed- i give them my car on Saturday and i ask for replacement car as per my insurance policy terms they do approval on Monday to be just only 3 days rent for them and they ask me to pay 2500aed as deposit to the car replacement to be with them for 30 days ( imagine they need me to give them 2500aed to have car for 3 days ) of course I reject- when i told them i will complain them to customer rights they told me do whatever u wantFor everyone see my review never ever deal with AXA insurance company or recommend it to any of your family and friends.

Axa is good but they keep rejecting the iron pills when my wife is deficient. The reason is, it has vitamin C in it. According to scientific study, vitamin c increases the absorption of iron thats why they add it to pills!! So she can cure faster.. i don’t understand insurance logic some times.

After years in a group policy with AXA for visa purposes my company needed to shift me to an Individual policy. I was accused by AXA underwriting team to have some preexisting conditions and not wanting to declare them in the application form.The base of the accusation was that I had a small knee injury at the gym the year before and after doing MRI and XRay the doctor informed that the only needed treatment was 10 sessions of physio. I took 4 sessions and then stopped as I was FINE! After more than 4 month why would I declare that as a pre-existing condition as there was no condition at all?

I’m totally dissatisfied by Axa medical insurance. The doctor at Iranian hospital had requested very basic tests that were rejected twice by Axa claiming the pain in my hands was pre-existing which is not true. If a couple of months mean years to you I have no words. You just lost a loyal customer who also had Axa home (2 policies) and a personal accident insurance that will be cancelled at the earliest. Well done!

I am with AXA gulf for the past 15 years, despite their high prices compared to other insurance companies, but it was accepted compared to the quick unique service provided, but since 2-3 years, their level of service dropped very clear, example: road side assistance will take long time to come while u r in bad need for it (2 times happened to me out of 2 times I requested), another example : the alternative rent a car provided that u pay for it in the policy in case ur car involved in an accident , u need to book 1 day before (minimum) even if your car got smashed and dont work, so youll stay at home 1 day without work or u pay from ur pocket for rent a car... Also if you insure an Audi or Mercedes, the rent car should be same category, but whats happening is they play pressure on you to accept a cheap car by always saying (not available currently).... To conclude : the level of service dropped dramatically because AXA hiring very cheap 3rd party companies or very low value 3rd party contracts..

I needed a Roadside Assistance on 27.10.2020. The driver Faizal Ahmad arrived very fast. He did his job efficiently and quickly. I am very grateful to him. Totally satisfied with his work. Top class! And AXA operator, who received my call, was very helpful and operative and she called me back to be sure that everything has done successfully. Thanks a lot! Very good and professional Team!

Ive been dealing with insurance companies all my life and this was the first time I opted for AXA falling for their sales guy. And this turned out to be my worst experience ever. I was asked by the doctor to undergo a surgery for my medical condition that apparently was developing over the last 2 years. This came to my knowledge only when I faced the pain and consulted doctor and received the lab reports. And they rejected my claim saying this was an undeclared pre existing condition. While their own definition of pre-existing says this has to be known and existing. How am I supposed to self declare something which I dont know myself?., Now I have to pay the entire money of the surgery in cash while having a very costly insurance policy. If I could rate them zero, I wouldve done that. Brotherly advise, please look elsewhere for a a health policy

Worst car insurance company even you buy an expensive full comprehensive car insurance. They dont even deserve a single star. My car is clear from last 3 yearsand got defected in car registration test now because of their poor repair by Gear one garage sharjah. They dont care about their own customers. They care about other car insurance even they dont have to pay for single penny in a claim.Strictly not recommended...

One of the worst health insurance Ive ever used. They dont cover 3/4th of the medicines and Hospitals/Clinics. The medicines that are covered take 1 million years to get approval. Extremely Dissatisfied!

AXA health is horrible , their monthly updated network list gets worse with time , you complain and you get systematically blocked by unprofessional customer care department , I wasted my money in buying a health insurance policy from them , that’s my experience with all honesty .

Claim delay and not responding back to emailsThey declined my claim after I received the approval for total lost then they declined the claim . My car currently under axa name since October 2020 and I don’t know where is it, already Submit complain and no one reply or try to contact me regarding the issue. Very disappointed . I need my money or my car to be fixed

I have requested for COC from this company and i am waiting for more than 48 hrs and no response. I have followed up with customer care people they are communicating with them but the Admin people are worse and not even responding on time. This review is all about the admin people which are absolutely has no professionalism.

Worst insurance company! I’ve never had such a bad experience with any company, for all the 10 years I’ve been living in Dubai. I had a major problem registering my car because the change in the policy didn’t show in the system. The staff at the counters is very incompetent and they always direct you to their call centre - and guess what - the call centre customer service directs you to the counters.

Purchased 3rd party Motor insurance policy on 20th Jan 2020, registration was expiring on 6th Feb. Went to shamil for registration, they refused to register as policy was not uploaded on RTA portal by AXA staff. Tried to call 800292 no response. Sent mail but useless. Why did AXA staff did not bother to check with RTA if the policy was properly uploaded before leaving the work place???? Left without vehicle on 7th Feb, weekend plans ruined. This type of carelessness is not acceptable at all from a reputable insurance company like AXA. I am totally dissatisfied with the service what i received so far.

They assigned 2 body shops for my claim.After moving my car the first time from the wrongly assigned body shop, to the second body shop, they send a third email to move it yet again to a third body shop. 15 wasted days with unprofessional unaware untrained team. Do not waste your time and money here

Used to be one of the best, but after my accident I saw the other side of no commitment. My car was repaired in a dishonest garage, they said that they replaced the axle but when I went to the car market to sell my car. The car was checked by an estimator and found that the axle was welded not replaced as what the garage told me and when I asked for the repair sheet, they just told me to ask AXA for it. With so many communications with AXA Insurance, no efforts was done to investigate and rectify the issue. Eventually I sold the car with loss. Never insure your car for garage repairs with AXA insurance, youll be scammed by the garages that they work with, as there is no proper checking from AXA insurance.

Did my motorbike insurance here.- The agent (Janet K.) was very prompt in her quotes and facilitated the entire process from start to finish in a matter of few hours.- Very impressed with the quality service from this employee.- More companies around here need excellent staff like her.In regards to the insurance, here are a few pointers- Axa required the bike to be physically examined to give a full insurance!* I had a current valid RTA passing certificate where authorities physically examine your motorbike and then pass it. RTA pretty much wont pass a damaged vehicle. AXA refused to acknowledge that entirely.- This unnecessary process costed me towing my bike to axas office on sheikh zayed road and back. A avoidable additional extra expense. (peak summer time riding is insane)- AXA does not cover Natural Perils (storm/flood) under a Premium cover for motorbikes as they say its high risk for them. So if for unseen circumstances if you live in any area with bad drainage and there is a flood, well... well...* On the other hand cars seem to covered under this cover. A bit absurd!- I also had a car insurance up for renewal but their quote was twice the price than I currently was quoted by their competitors RSA.

Cheap medical insurance with disaster customer help. They find excuses not to authorise fundamental medicine payment, the ones doctor actually prescribe for the sickness. Stay away from them if you can!

I only wanted to BUY a policy (renew my existing one). what a big mistake! :) I kept calling many times, had to wait in average 5-10 mins on hold until I dropped the line. No customer service. When someone finally answered, they transferred me to 5 different people (literally), each time asking the same question (I gave existing policy number to all of them) although I had chosen the right option in the call menu. I had to finally give up and go to another agency. They were not like this before, they were very good and fast. I think they changed their call center but its not working properly apparently.
