Worst company ever exist, stock on the street for 5 hours.. Not a single employee pick up the phone.. Pls dont traped with them like me.. What made me more sad that I paid extra two hundred above the market price for their useless insurance.. Cant express how angry I am.. In advance dont say sorry cause it will not be acceptable.. Shame on you if you know any mean of shame

Quite literally the most incompetent ‘organisation’ (if you can call it that) I’ve ever dealt with. Had an incident 4 months ago which I wasn’t to blame for (green slip). Still haven’t been paid out - not through objection, but they’re complete lack of process, common sense and care. They won’t fight your corner whatsoever, have done everything including dealing with the insurance authority myself. They never return calls, absolute nightmare to deal with. Expressed my frustration to a senior manager in person. Promised to call me back and didn’t as usual... Avoid at all costs and use someone reputable!
