I would say that they were accommodating, effecient especially Mr. Shahzad one of their Customer Service Officer/Motor Department. He assisted our company properly with our queries and accidental claims. I highly recommend Ascana Insurance..

Need to renew my car insurance with them but even after sending documents ,person is not responsive over phone and whatsapp .might be they dont want business.irresponsible staff.

Painfully slow processes and exceptionally long delays.Claims submitted in Aug are still awaiting reimbursement even after they have been showing as processed on the website for over a month.

-Still old school, long process and not answering the phone. While claims with other insurance companies are more organized and can be done thru the email in only one day.It took me more than a week to only open a file.-accident claim department are up side down and nottotally not organized.

Do not use this company!My experience is with a used car even though it has less than 30,000km they send you to motor maintenance garages who use fake parts and fake materials and to top it off they dont even use the correct tools so to not damage your car.Customer service is terrible, the level of English is terrible at best.Stay away!

I had my car insurance with them last year. Better price than all competition. I had a minor claim. Had to go to their office at Garhoud. Submitted paper. They took pix of damage. Sent me to their preferred workshop. All their workshops are at umm ramool and ras al khor... there is only 1 at al quoz... but for some reason they dont send people there.

Too bad, the first time I hear of an insurance company asking you to go to the company headquarters to hand them over to the police report? All previous insurance companies ask you to send an email and then hand over the original report to the insurance representative at the repair shop when the car is delivered to the agency !!!! It appears that the group made a budget cut and all delegates walked! Then I leave my job and a delegate worked for their eyes. A mistake, God willing, the last time I am safe in this company
