I took 3 payment policy from uae and agent in saudi arabia told me it is like investment rather forced saving and whenever you will surrender policy you will earn huge profits. I paid 4 premiums SR 80000.00 and surrendered policy. I was hoping to get huge profits but to my surprise statelife deducted SR 48000.00 and returned me SR 32000.00. I requested statelife to shift my policy to Pakistan they refused. I could do nothing other than to bear this loss of SR 48000.00. I regret time when I met statelife agent who was liar and I was taking him expert. He trapped me for small benefit and caused me huge loss. I request all to think before you leap and take policy of value that is peanut for you. Never go for investments as you go for banks. Investigate all pros and cons yourself and donot believe agents. most of them will hide any loss that you will get on surrendering policy. Keep in mind insurance companies give you assurance of 30% paid premiums minus 1st premium on surrendering policy.

Very very very bad customer care services. Really upset, my worst experience so far. Another government institution is in the hands of people who dont care.Its been More than a month and I have not received my policy, despite my several calls and messages. let me quote the agent (sir I will call you back sir give me some time it is almost ready boss ap naraz no hon...) and so on.I am feeling really bad for my country....If anyone else faced same issues, please let me know...

One of State-life agent took SR8000 but never deposited that against my premium. Even after depositing that amount and rest of the premiums, whole office is annoyed and seems involved in taking bribes. They are not aware of any customer service. After depositing all my premiums, no one is telling the status of my policy even the head of complaint department seems to be involved. Dont go to them ever
